When i first saw my nails i just felt they looked like some mystical fire in the night!! Well though i did a post here on how and what i did, i just wanted to share some more pics here and also show you this gorgeous ring i borrowed from my sis *.*

In this 2nd pic you can see its actually dark purple which in some pics doesn't show its true color!!

I was asked if i would like to try their 'natural,organic, safe' products by Omved team. It was first time i heard their name so i went ahead to check their website. I was suddenly curious and excited. First it was natural and organic and next i am being asked to give a try before even buying?? Whats more interesting to a woman than that?? *.*

I personally would have picked Multani Bath bar but i guess every bath bar has its own uniqueness. Like what i was sent to try!!

This is what i got in my parcel yesterday -

Omved Mom bath bar(kinda tiny i know *.*) with Lemon and Neroli, Priced @ 80 INR
Omved Intense Moisturising Cream

They all smell sooo good esp Omved Mom bath bar... It smells like nice lemon candy but a little more stronger.

Infact after first use i am so impressed with the Omved Baby bath bar.

Its nice and creamy, lathers well but not too much like any other normal soap did and left my kid's skin soft and very supple. Which unfortunately was long forgotten since the winter set in here and also the drastic climatic change we had to face (though its winter in Lagos its not so cold as here in India).

But at first look it so much reminded me of the saffron milk i used to have during my pregnancy. Nice and creamy, soft and pale yellow color from saffron and hints of saffron threads here and there. It seemed as though they just froze that creamy milk to soap and sent over to me..... *.*

As for the lemon and neroli soap, it smelled great and lathered nicely too. Left my skin fresh and clean but i kinda liked more of my baby's soap than mine.... Is it okay to cheat and use his soap for myself *.*

And the intense nourishing cream came in a small bottled jar which so much reminded me of the Zandu Balm bottle. Am not quite impressed with that packing but as for the cream it left my hands nicely moisturized and pretty soft. And the smell of it stayed all evening till midnight. It was like am carrying some kinda aroma therapy oil with me *.*

Well best of the lot was the Omved Baby Bath bar. Only the point to consider is the price, if one can afford its the best i have come across so far. As for me i am gonna order more of Omved Baby bath bars but only after checking how long a single soap is going to run. They claimed that their soaps run longer than the mass produced soaps so lets see....

Am sure you would find something too that you would love to use ....

I had to share my love with you. This scoop of icecream is called Miss Africa. Anyone who's been to 'Softy Pub' and 'Softy Den' behind Chermas, Abids(Hyderabad) would know what i am talking about.

This is so rich, creamy and chocolate-y that any chocolate/icecream lover would kill to eat this. Best part is the chunks of dark chocolate this icecream has. Hmmmm.... so yummmy!!! Am sorry am bad at describing sometimes but trust me this is heavenly anyday anytime!!

I kinda forgot about this one since i left to Lagos and when i met my friends for lunch recently, until they mentioned it totally skipped my mind. Since i was reminded i was kinda dying to eat. So i convinced my husband to take me at 1030 PM the same day. It was such a fun going out at that hour and best part was eating it when its actually chilly outside. *.*

In conversation my friend told me that this Miss Africa is actually Dark Belgium Chocolate Icecream from Scoops... now thats some good homework she has done. From now on i can just pick a family pack *.*

If you love chocolate icecream you should definitely try this....

Lotus bud, Kumarkom backwaters..

I actually had fun time today, hanging out with old friends, gossiping and talking for long hrs, eating lunch @ Ohri's Banjara Hills, Road no 12 and even visiting exhibition. Any hyderabadi would know which exhibition am talking about. Well if you aren't one, people from different parts of the country and even local too set up their stalls selling some exclusive stuff. From jewelry to clothes, kitchen items to decor, icecreams to chat, one can expect alot from this event that happens annually from Dec-Feb. But for me am visiting for first time after marriage and its almost 5 yrs i haven't been here and yet today i didn't like anything that i would be happy to buy. well thats me again!!

New and happening place is called 'Night Bazaar' started @Shilparamam, Hi-tech city which is open from 11.00 PM(you read it right, its PM) to morning 3.00 AM

I bought a 'Police' watch for my hubby for 12000 INR as a Anniversray gift *.*

I bought another pair of goggles with purple shade glasses and white frame for myself from fasttrack!!

We went all the way from DSNR to Abids just to eat icecream that too at 10.00 PM. Now thats called being in own city freedom *.*

Back from my Kerala Trip

Hello Lovelies,

It feels like its been ages since i last got chance to talk to you all.... well my vacay was awesome!! i have enjoyed way too much!

Maybe so i had bad time travelling?? Yeah i am too sensitive and can't take long travel well. I faced motion sickness when going by Bus so took all the pain to book train tickets and yet i faced same problem as this time food i ate didn't suit me. Yeah we ordered food in train and i guess that didn't really be kind to me. That apart trip and my enjoyment was beyond lovely...

This time of the year, most of the temples in South India esp Kerala, Tamilnadu and Karnataka and some parts of Andhra Pradesh too, are overflowing with devotees of Ayyappa. They say Sabarimala is a place to visit and there are conditions for girls/women to visit that place. I won't get into those details for now but yes we had tough time getting tickets for train and even bus.

Yet we managed and yes saying again it was an awesome trip.... *.*

Hahaha... thats what shows up as my current place on my mobile right now. Am currently in Kumarakom, Kerala a beautiful backwaters place with lots of resorts and houseboats.

Well i sincerely apologize for not mentioning it here to all of you my girlies that i am going away on vacay. Well that was pretty much a short notice plan/idea that i hardly thought of blogging/tweeting about it.

I had a chance to buy lots of lipsticks and other cosmetic stuff which am way too eager to share with you. Esp my glitter nail colors. But for that i need to reach Hyderabad. Luckily i got internet facility here and at 11.35 PM am here blogging about the short bits of what i have been upto.

Coming here to Kerala i visited some Kashmiri stalls(how weird is that??? lol *.*) thats what i could see all around in Thekkady...

Buying Nikon was the best thing. I have so much of pics to show you all...

But for now i will have to go and catch some sleep as i need to start early to Cochin. I have my train from Cochin to Hyderabad at 11.50 AM and from here its kinda 2 hrs drive... so goodnight to all of you, will ctach up soon once i reach Hyderabad.

And i got Nikon so expect more pics in my posts... *.*

Yes, i bought my new NikonD3100 yday.... i couldn't be more happier!! Though this manual settings and all is totally new to me, am sure loving to try...its soooo exciting!! (for anyone who's interested, i bought this @V G Chimalgi, Banjara Hills. Mr.Sethu Raam also gave LCD protector, UV Filter, HP 45 Lens hood free along with my Nikon Camera Kit which costed 32950 INR)
Watched MI : Ghost Protocol... it was kinda kool and nice to watch Tom Cruise for a change ...
After ages had Dominoes Pizza. I forgot how good it tastes than any other pizza i ate till date *.*. whats your fav pizza???
Haven't been to Karachi Bakers yet!! They make some awesome cookies and cold cakes/pastries... my all time fav is pineapple pastry. Whats yours??
Looks like am surely gonna put on weight ...oops *.*
Btw my friend has sent me some lovely Kurtis all the way from Kanpur to Hyderabad. Can't wait to try them *.*

Belated Happy New Year Wishes...

Am currently in India and have been too busy to write a post. Haven't taken much pics but yes did alot of shopping. Still waiting for my Nikon and once the visa processing starts we are planning to go on a small trip to South India.
Bought a pair of flats @Mochi. I just love wearing them. They are super comfortable and pretty fancy too. Nothing stones and glitter still the Orange and Beige combo with dark brown base adds that extra glam quotient
Bought more nail polishes - OPI (Lincoln Park After Dark), Faces(Purple Rain), Colorbar, Streetwear and some brand called Camille. Have you heard about that one??
Bought Concealer, Compact powder, Kohl pencil from Body Shop for these i had a discount and got powder brush free *.* I love freebies, do you??
Placed order for some Avon products which are yet to come...

With almost packing done, i was torn between these two(not that i have more gloss to choose from) as what to wear for travel.
I have almost shied away from all my lipsticks lately and have been just going for glosses.
Which one is the question???

Why Loreal

Its intense and rich in color
Super Shiny
Applicator is kinda wide
Stays for long
Stylish pack when compared
Instantly brightens up a dull face
And its Loreal *.*

Would i buy again? Definitely YES. Loved this color so much i can't wait to give a shot at other colors.

Though this one in particular is not available in market, there are other beautiful shades to check out.

Why L A Colors

Net qty is comparatively more
Very natural color
Very Shiny
Stays for good time but need touch ups often

Would i buy again?? Yes maybe try some other color like Red Rubies which is more rich in color.

Looks like Loreal has more points to get voted *.*

I guess its more so for the sole reason on staying for long and intense color.

Well did i mention i love rich and intense colors in everything - from polishes to glosses??
