The achievement reflects the spirit of Diktisaintek Berdampak, which encourages higher education institutions to produce meaningful contributions through education, science, technology, research, and innovation. In the competition, Rifky Ahmad Mukzi won First Place in the Infographic Competition. This achievement highlights the student’s ability to communicate technology-related ideas in a creative, informative, and accessible manner for wider audiences.

Another achievement was secured in the Scientific Writing Competition, where the team consisting of Adinda Defani Realita, Susanto Adi Nugroho, and Avatar Putra Sigit won Third Place. Through their scientific writing, the students demonstrated their ability to develop academic ideas, analyse issues, and propose innovation-based solutions relevant to real-world needs.

In addition to the main awards, students from the Computer Systems Study Programme also received special category recognitions. In the Infographic: Best Category Digital Creative category, the award was presented to Cika Amandita, Sahla Putri Dwi Lestari, and Khaila Bunga Anggraini. Meanwhile, in the Scientific Writing: Best Category Sustainable Innovation category, the award was received by Muhammad Farras Ar-Razin and Ahmad Nurul Kalimatul Haqi.

These achievements demonstrate that Budi Luhur University students are capable of competing not only in the field of technology, but also in visual communication, digital creativity, research, and sustainable innovation. Achmad Solichin, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Budi Luhur University, said the implementation of Outcome Based Education should not stop at curriculum documents. It also needs to be supported by a system that helps study programmes plan, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve the learning process.

During the session, the Faculty of Information Technology presented its OBE Curriculum Information System Dashboard as one of the tools used to support structured and well-documented curriculum management. The dashboard includes key components such as graduate profiles, graduate learning outcomes, course learning outcomes, study materials, assessment components, curriculum mapping, and semester learning plans.

Through the system, study programmes are able to map the relationship between graduate profiles, learning outcomes, study materials, teaching methods, and student assessment in a more systematic way. The use of an academic information system is part of the faculty’s effort to strengthen higher education governance based on measurable learning outcomes.

“Every research activity should not only produce a main report, but also additional outputs. Its implementation must be optimized so that research outcomes can be maximized and provide broader benefits,” Achmad Solichin said.

He added that research conducted by lecturers can be integrated into the learning process, including as case studies, teaching materials, sources for student assignments, student projects, and final projects. This approach is expected to ensure that research activities have a direct impact on improving learning quality and student competence.

In addition to OBE implementation and research integration, the benchmarking session also discussed the strengthening of study programme accreditation and internal quality assurance. The Faculty of Information Technology emphasized the importance of continuous quality management through standard setting, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up improvement.

The discussion also covered the development of research groups, publication culture, final project schemes, recognition of student achievements, strategies to increase student participation in academic and non-academic competitions, and the role of alumni as strategic partners in study programme development.

Through this activity, Budi Luhur University and Universitas Indraprasta PGRI are expected to strengthen academic collaboration and exchange experiences in improving the quality of higher education.

JAKARTA, June 5^th 2026 – Budi Luhur University, through Yayasan Pendidikan Budi Luhur Cakti, continues to strengthen its commitment to expanding access to higher education by awarding Beasiswa Nusantara scholarships to four students from Aceh Tamiang, Aceh, a region recovering from flash floods and landslides.

The scholarship initiative is part of the university’s effort to ensure that students from regions affected by disaster continue to have opportunities to pursue university education and build a better future. The program highlights the role of higher education as a pathway for recovery, resilience, and social mobility for young people across Indonesia.

The selection process involved students from several schools in Aceh Tamiang, including SMK Negeri 1 Kuala Simpang and SMA Negeri 1 Kejuruan Muda. Four students – Muhammad Ramdan, Ardianti, Wan Fakhri Rifat Zakwa, and Husna Yasmin – were selected as recipients of the Beasiswa Nusantara program to continue their higher education journey.
