We have prepared an interesting program with international speakers, experts in the field of autism. The conference will take place on 10, 11 and 12 June in the Saints Constantine and Helena resort near Varna.

On February 16, 2013 at Karin Dom a training Parent-on-call was held with the participation of parents of children with special needs and the social workers from Karin Dom Centre.

Annually for the specialists at the Day Center we organize training seminars with practical orientation. Through the years the Day Center in Svishtov is developing and becoming one of the leading centers in the region.

The new year at Karin Dom started with two trainings commissioned by Varna municipality in implementation of a project Humanism and Pragmatism in Education of Students with Special Educational Needs.

Club Cafe Societe organized three consecutive meetings for parents of children visiting Karin Dom and guests. In a pleasant atmosphere parents were presented easily-applicable principles of a healthy living and balanced diet.

In 2012 six new Toy Libraries have opened their doors in Bulgaria and one of them is in Karin Dom!

Eurochild's 9th Annual Conference took place from 24-26 October 2012 in Sofia under the slogan "Promoting the rights of children in alternative care across Europe"

Between 17th and 19th October 2012 at Karin Dom has been conducted an Early intervention training with lecturer Judy Newman. Subject of training was Early intervention as a support system for children and families in the community.

In June 2012 the Center for Public Support to the Helping hand Foundation, Dobrich, launched a new Group for Early Childhood Development where children will be trained via the Montessori Method.

On September 28, the new British ambassador to Bulgaria - Jonathan Allen, visited Karin Dom. He had a "tour" in the Center and got acquainted with the work of the team of specialists...

Tim’s always wanted to cycle from his home in England to his home in Sofia, Bulgaria and he’s almost there! The whole distance of the bike ride is about 3000 km...
