No hassles getting there and we were shortly in our Nissan Cube heading for packet pick-up.  I had one worry going into this swim...water temperature.  As most of you know very well I choose my pools very wisely...temps above 82.  Yes, this is a tad warm. Matias and I were up at 4:00am and wired.  Shelly woke up too and came out to play.  Her and Slake arrived about 11:00pm the previous night. Slake awoke shortly as well and the four of us were full of energy.  I made some work calls to kill the time.  Then it was time for some hot yogs.  This should be interesting. I still felt wasted.  But really ready to move after sitting on a plane for SO long.   Made some coffee…feeling a little better.  We headed out on bikes for downtown Kona (~5 miles from the hotel) where the action was taking place….swim, transition, race hotel, expo, etc.  This was located downtown Kona at the King Kamehameha Hotel.
