In exactly 43 days I will be on my way to Florence Italy. This will be my first time in Europe and I can not wait! Getting to explore a new culture and land like Italy is something that I know will impact my life. I will be flying into Florence where I will get to stay and see one of my best friends who is studying abroad there this semester. I am flying back home out of Rome 9 days after that. While I am there a day trip to Venice is in the works.

I have been very fortunate in my life and visited all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas, but Italy will be the pinnacle of them all. I am a history buff, wherever I go I am that person who actually wants to take the tours and learn about the things that have happened in that area. Europe's history is completely different than anything I have been able to see in the US, the architecture, art, food, and museums are going to be fascinating, and it will be hard for me to fit them all into my trip. I will keep you updated on my adventure in Italy, and cant wait to post all about it.
