For the original doll house I used supplies from Ikea and the dollar store, but you can also source them from your own home, a thrift store, amazon, or whatever makes the most sense for you.

To make it easy for you I’m going to include links to items that are similar found on amazon. These are my affiliate links and I may earn a small commission if you purchase from these links.

The Dollhouse itself is from Ikea, but I also love these options:

Minimalist Wood Dollhouse

Three Story Dollhouse

Downstairs: Living Room:

Couch: Two magic erasers — yes, thats really it. I also found this couch, and now I think I need to make a new doll house reno.

Lamp: Small Reading Light there are so many styles, so pick the one that goes with the decor you are looking for. For the doll house renovation I used a red reading light and painted it white – so this is always an option if you don’t like the colors available.

Plants: I used wood beads, and clippings off of different artificical plants. (This was my favorite part of the design). These would also be so cute as magnets! Just glue a magnet on the back for as a great gift for plant lovers!

Dresser: I got mine originally from the dollar store, but there are so many cute sets on amazon.

Rug: This was a cutting from a dish towel, but you could use so many things here – extra fabric, tshirt, or whatever you have on hand!

Moving Right (still downstairs):

Shelf: Originally ikea

Plants: As mentioned above, I used wood beads, and clippings off of different artificical plants.

Rug: Also ikea

Upstairs: Dresser, I got from the dollar store, but again, so many sets on amazon to choose from! Hobby Lobby also has a great minatures/doll house section.

Plants: Same as above — I used wood beads, and clippings off of different artificical plants.

Rug: A cutting from the same dishtowel.

Bed: This is a small piece of doll house furniture from the dollar store, I upcycled a baby burb cloth for the bedding.

Chandelier: A cat toy from the dollar store. You could also use this.

Bathroom: Tile painted to look like a mirror but you could also a small craft mirror.

Plants: Same as mentioned above.

Vanity: Originally drom the dollar store, but there are many furniture sets that would work great here.

Sink: Silver part of a candle votive, with the candle removed and faucet was a paper clip that I bent.

Plant hanging on the wall: is held by a small piece of twine that I tied, then hot glued to the plant pot (bead) and then glued to the bathroom wall.

Toilet: a cap from a silk creamer bottle, but use whatever makes the most sense to you!

The rug and towel: are from a small piece of white fabric. You could also use the same dish towel you used as rugs in the other rooms.

I also really want to try my hand at more miniature making like these options:

Greenhouse

Garden House Book Nook

I hope you enjoyed this post, happy creating!

🌟 DIY Starbucks-Inspired Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso! ☕️✨

Craving that irresistible Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso from Starbucks but want to enjoy it in the comfort of your own home? I’ve got you covered with this easy recipe that will have you feeling like a barista extraordinaire!

🔥 Brew the Perfect Shot Start by brewing a shot (or double shot) of espresso. My go-to is the Nespresso Double Chairo – it delivers that rich, robust flavor that we all crave.

🍯 Sweeten the Deal To add a touch of sweetness, mix in approximately 1 tablespoon of brown sugar while the espresso is still hot. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, allowing the caramel-like flavors to infuse into every sip.

🧊 Shake It Up Next, grab a jar or shaker cup and fill it with lots of ice – the more, the merrier! Pour your prepared espresso over the ice and seal the lid tightly. Now it’s time to shake it like you mean it! Feel the rhythm, let the ice dance, and watch as the flavors meld together beautifully.

🥛 Creamy Indulgence To elevate your beverage even further, pour your favorite milk over the shaken espresso. My personal favorite is the Chobani Oat Extra Creamy – it adds a luscious texture and a hint of oatiness that complements the flavors perfectly.

✨ Savor Every Sip Now comes the best part – sit back, take a moment for yourself, and savor the deliciousness you’ve created. Every sip of this homemade Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso will transport you to coffee heaven.

Here are the products I used: * please note these are my affilate links, if you use these links I may receive a small commission from your purchase.

In today’s hyperconnected world, building a personal brand is no longer optional. It’s a necessity. So, buckle up and get ready to learn how to become the Kanye of your niche (minus the Twitter rants).

Step 1: Discover Your “Kanye” Factor

If you want to be the Kanye of your niche, you need to find your own unique “Kanye” factor. What sets you apart from everyone else in your field? Are you an expert in a specific area? Do you have a quirky personality trait that people can’t help but love? Or maybe you’re just really, really good at making people laugh with your witty remarks.

Whatever it is, embrace it and let it shine through in everything you do. This is the foundation of your personal brand.

Step 2: Create Your Hype Machine

Kanye wouldn’t be Kanye without his hype machine. You know, the one that keeps people talking about him even when he’s not releasing new music or running for president? Yeah, that one.

To build your own hype machine, start by creating a consistent online presence across multiple platforms. This includes having a professional website, engaging on social media platforms, and networking with others in your industry. It’s all about being visible and making sure people know who you are and what you’re about.

Step 3: Embrace Controversy (But Not Too Much)

One thing we can all agree on is that Kanye knows how to stir the pot. While you don’t necessarily need to go around proclaiming yourself a genius or interrupting award shows, a little bit of controversy can actually be a good thing for your personal brand.

By taking a stand on issues that matter to you, or expressing strong opinions on topics in your industry, you’ll generate buzz and get people talking about you. Just be sure to strike the right balance – you want to be known for your bold ideas and unique perspective, not for being a loose cannon.

Step 4: Collaborate and Cross-Pollinate

Kanye is famous for his collaborations with other artists, which not only produce epic music but also help to grow his personal brand. In the same way, you should look for opportunities to collaborate with others in your niche.

Whether it’s guest blogging, participating in podcasts, or partnering on projects, working with others will expose your brand to new audiences and help you establish credibility. Plus, it’s just more fun when you’re not trying to conquer the world all by yourself.

Step 5: Stay True to Yourself

At the end of the day, what makes Kanye’s personal brand so powerful is his unwavering commitment to being true to himself – no matter how outrageous or divisive that may be. As you build your own personal brand, remember that authenticity is key.

Don’t try to be something you’re not or pander to what you think people want to see. Instead, let your true personality shine through, and you’ll attract the right audience who appreciates you for who you really are.

So there you have it, folks. Five steps to becoming the Kanye of your niche. Now go forth and conquer, and remember – in the words of Mr. West himself, “I am a god.”
