Terms and conditions of purchase

• This is a one day once a year opportunity only

• Vouchers must be paid for on the promotional day only

• Payment is to be made by cash or card only, no cheques (credit card fee of 1.4% of transaction value applies)

• Buy one get one free vouchers are sold as pairs, pay for one and get the second one free. Both vouchers are to be of the same value or same treatment. For example if you purchase a £100 buy amoxicillin antibiotic online voucher you will get a matching £100 voucher free, the free one cannot be split into two £50 vouchers. If you purchase an aromatherapy massage voucher, the free one will be for the same. Vouchers can be for an amount or specific treatment.

• To allow us time to process the vouchers they will be ready for collection from the Friday following the promotional day.

• Vouchers can be posted to you or the recipient’s if you are unable to collect them. There will be £1 charge for each address you wish them sent to. They will be posted by 2nd class mail on the Friday following the promotional day.

• Payment can be made in person or over the phone

The very first class is on Thursday 17th January 2013 at 7.30 – 9pm and will run every Thursday at the same time.

Sabine (BWY Diploma Teacher) will teach her ‘Intuitive Hatha Yoga’ class, incorporating the subtle approach to posture work inspired by Vanda Scaravelli with the traditional elements of Hatha Yoga. The physical aspect of her classes is structured around the functional movements of our body to enable each participant to find their individual entry into Hatha Yoga Postures and then develop their practice further at their own pace. Her classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and also include pranayama (breath control), meditation and relaxation.
The aim is for participants to come away from each class refreshed, revitalised ready to face the everyday challenges with a calm mind and healthy body.

Sabine Smith, after a long and successful career in the UK with the printing and multimedia manufacturing arm of Bertelsmann AG, one of Germany buy amoxicillin online overnight shipping most prominent companies and running her own multimedia consultancy, decided on a complete change of direction for herself and became a full time Yoga Teacher.

Born in Kent in 1949 and drawn to painting at the age of 10 by an Adrian Hill book. At Grammar School, Art ‘A’ level was gained at ‘A’ grade and a short spell at Camberwell School of Art followed.

A career in the art and graphics industry with breaks spent as a professional musician took care of the next forty years. The first sale was in 1965 and, since that time, many works have been sold into private collections here, in France, Spain and Thailand. The RA selected an oil painting for the Summer Exhibition in June 2010, while last year I exhibited at Lingfield , Battle Art Fair and Ripley Art Centre.

The style of painting could be described as relentlessly representational and inspiration comes from anything in the real world that is visually stimulating. The subtleties of moody English winter landscapes are as appealing as vibrant Mediterranean scenes.As a resident of Biggin Hill for over forty years, it follows that much material comes from local scenes.
