बदन को रूह का रास्ता दिखाती है,

मोहब्बत इक़ दुआ है, जो

हमेशां साथ रहती है.

मोहब्बत ठंडी छाओं है, जो

सहराओं के सफ़र में काम आती है,

मोहब्बत उस का पल्लो है,

जहाँ उम्मीद के कुछ लफ्ज़ बंधे हैं.

मोहब्बत उस की आंखें हैं, की

जिनमें ख़वाब जागते हैं.

मोहब्बत उसका चेहरा है, की

जिसमें दिल की तह में,

रखी ख्वाहिशें सांस लेती हैं.

मोहब्बत दिल पे दस्तक है.

સહુનું ગમતું સદાય કરતી, સાચવે સહુનું મન,
મનનું ગમતું કરવાનું એને નહીં થતું હોય મન?
મા પણ થાકે, મા કંટાળે, મા પણ માંદી થાય,

ત્યારે જે ના સમજાયું, એ આજે હવે સમજાય;

નાનપણે મા યાદ રહી નહીં, પછી યાદ ના આવી,

આજ હવે સમજાય છે આપણે માને કેવી ભૂલાવી?

ગમતું અણગમતું કૈં કેટલું આપણે રાખ્યું યાદ

સાવ નકામું સાચવવામાં, કામનું થઇ ગયું બાદ.

સાવ એકલી તો યે માતા કામ કેટલાં કરતી?

કદી કહ્યું નહીં, થેંક્સ કે સોરી, તો યે હેત વરસતી

એ જ રસોયણ, એ જ તેડાગર, એ જ બની જાય આયા,

થાકે એની કાયા તો યે ફરતી એની છાયા

વાટ નીરખતી, માનતા માનતી, મનમાં મંત્રો જપતી

સાજા નરવા જોઇને માતા દેવને દીવો ધરતી

શંકા નહીં, એ ચિંતા કરતી, જ્યારે કરે સવાલ

શબ્દથી ઝાઝું આંખ બોલતી છલકી રહેતું વ્હાલ;

મોટા થઇને બાપુ જેવા થાવાનું મન થાતું

માના જેવા થઇ શકાય નહીં, સત્ય હવે સમજાતું,

નામ અને સરનામું થઇને બાપુ સાથમાં રહેતા,

માની ઓળખ ભૂલાઇ જાતિ, સમયની સાથે વહેતા

મા બાળકથી થાય ના જૂદી, ભલે કપાતી નાળ,

દૂર હોય કે પાસે, માતા સદાય લે સંભાળ

જીવતી હોય એ જાળવી જાણજો, ના જાળવો તો ભૂલ

સ્મરણ હોય તે મનમાં માણજો, આંસુ બનશે ફૂલ;

મા ઈશ્વરથી અદકી છે, તમે કદી ન ભૂલશો આ,

ઈશ્વર સઘળે પહોંચી શક્યો નહીં, એથી બનાવી મા,

માને દુ:ખ દેવાથી મોટું જગમાં ના કોઇ પાપ

આવા પાપી થશો તમે તો ય મા તો કરશે માફ.

नैनों में किसी की नजाकत ना होती,

ना होती बेकरारी ना होते हम तन्हां,
अगर जहाँ में कमबख्त ये मोहब्बत ना होती.

ना होते ये सपने ये ख्वाबों की दुनिया,
किसी को चाहत की तमन्ना ना होती,

ना जुल्फों की छायाँ ना फूलों की खुशबूं,
यादों में उनकी ये रात ना कटती.

जो ना होती मोहब्बत ये आंशु ना होते,

दिल भी ना खोता आज तन्हां ना होते,

दीवानों सी अपनी ये हालत नहीं होती,

अगर जहाँ में कमबख्त ...

If you can look to the past and smile,

If, when faced with the bad,
when told everything is futile,
you can still look up and end the conversation with the phrase..."yeah...BUT.,"
then you still have hope.

Hope is such a marvelous thing.
It bends, it twists, it sometimes hides,
but rarely does it break.
It sustains us when nothing else can.
It gives us reason to continue and courage to move ahead,
when we tell ourselves we'd rather give in.

Hope puts a smile on our face
when the heart cannot manage.

Hope puts our feet on the path
when our eyes cannot see it.

Hope moves us to act
when our souls are confused of the direction.

Hope is a wonderful thing,
something to be cherished and nurtured,
and something that will refresh us in return.
And it can be found in each of us,
and it can bring light into the darkest of places.
NEVER LOSE HOPE!
