Exercise Time?

I think there’s something wrong going on inside my body. Of course, I have health problems and I don’t want to mention them. Maybe some of my readers, if I have any (lol), know it. Well anyway, there’s this pain I’ve been feeling, for days, in my left side. It’s not actually the side, it’s more like it’s right under my left breast. It’s not really that painful but it’s kind of a bother. I’m think the it can be my stomach, my left lung or even my heart! And my left hand (including the fingers) were all numb yesterday. I’ve searched the internet and found out that it could be a sign that I’m going to have a stroke! Scary! I really need to see a doctor as soon as possible.

But for the mean time, I think I really need to start exercising again, like maybe using dip station or just plain walking. I used to have morning walks a few months ago but I just stop one day.

Oh, I can’t afford to lose my left hand. My right hand is not functioning properly ever since I was born so if my left hand will stop moving then that will make me totally useless.

… I want to have a new laptop! I got this laptop just last June 2009 but I really want to replace this for a new one - a brand new one. I am so tired of settling to second-hand things. Actually, I already checked some laptop deals and reviews in the internet but I guess I will decide on what to buy when I have the money. Well, I have a plan. I’ll save money for at least 20 weeks then sell this laptop. Together with the money I will save, I think I can buy a new laptop. But I have to stop procrastinating first to execute that plan.

I feel guilty. I just texted my mom – asked if I can borrow money. We’re not really rich and I know she’s saving money to renovate our house in Las Pinas. I also feel guilty that Floyd will give me money for tomorrow. He has money problems right now – well, it’s family-related – and I’m not even helping him. Instead, I’m fangirling. I completely understand why Floyd hates the fangirl in me. I can’t stop, I know I can’t. But I think, I just need to manage my time and balance my attention.

When will my “I’m-broke” era end? I so miss having lots of money in my bank account. I miss eating out and shopping for groceries – I even miss seeing barcode scanners in the cashiers area in SM malls.

Oh well.

Oh, for those who are going to the FT Island Showcase in Manila, see you guys there! I’m going with Thea!

I am procrastinating, I know. I was distracted because we just had a funeral last week in my hometown so I stopped working for a bit. I don’t know if I can continue on my work today because my body is just too tired from all the lack of sleep but I’ll try.

I am going to the FT Island concert on Saturday night! That’s the second concert I’ll be attending. The first one was the BSB concert and that was just last week. I wasn’t planning on attending because I don’t know anything about FT Island and I haven’t heard any single song from them. But there was an online raffle a few days ago and I just randomly joined it. I didn’t even hope to get pick. But I won so I’m going.

Since I attended the Backstreet Boys concert last week and because I procrastinated a bit, I am currently so broke. n<' class='wp-smiley' /> I currently don’t have even have money for tomorrow! I am hoping to borrow money from my mother today but she’s out so I’m waiting for her. I bet she’s not going to like my reason for borrowing money so I’m not going to tell her about the concert. LOL

I really need to save up, no? For my future and like what if 2NE1 and Big Bang will be the next ones to come here and have concerts? It would be great if I have a credit card but I don’t so I really need to save up. Speaking of credit cards, I really want one but I don’t think I can have one because I’m not qualified? _<:' class='wp-smiley' /> I’m just a freelancer and my income isn’t that big and I procrastinate a lot and I don’t have enough valid IDs. I so wish I’m still a student. Well actually, I don’t know much stuff about credit cards. I just know that there are probably good ones and bad credit credit cards. Do I make any sense?

With that said, I’m planning to open another bank account when I have money. I just hope I can get around with a Postal ID and Voter’s ID.

I’m playing Star Ocean: First Departure in PSP right now. Currently on my quest for kingdom emblems.

Star Ocean: First Departure

I got introduced to the Star Ocean series last year, when I played Star Ocean: Second Evolution in PSP. It’s kinda weird that I played the second installment first that the first one. LOL Anyway, I’m not really a gamer but when I play a game, particularly RPGs (Role-Playing Game), I get hooked instantly. Just like when I played Final Fantasy X in PS2. Oh, I love that game.

I’ve wondered before about the meaning of Star Ocean. Floyd, my boyfriend who I currently live with, told me that the “ocean of stars” is the galaxy. Makes sense, no? But I didn’t get that. I thought the creators just like those two words together. Well, the introduction part in First Departure mentioned that bit.

I’ve read that the creators wanted the game to be sci-fi themed but with elements of fantasy. Isn’t that kinda weird? A world where advanced technology and magic both exist? It’s like a big contradiction. But they definitely pulled it off.

I’ve been also thinking about this – in the games, planets which don’t have super advanced technology but use Symbology (the magic in the game) are called underdeveloped planets. Why is that? I mean, for example, a Symbologist can heal in an instant but advanced technology needs time, industrial equipment and/or medical equipments, money and a bunch of stuff.

LOL Why am I thinking about that? And why am I even playing? I should continue on my work!

I’m trying to play the game without reading FAQs and Walkthroughs. Like I said, I’m not a gamer so I’ll probably miss a lot of things like recruiting some members. orz

I had the time to maintain this site yesterday. Created pages like the links and contact pages and installed the WP Ajax Edit Comments plugin. Yeah, Wordpress stuff.

You know about my decision regarding my “friends”? Please read about that in the previous blog post. Well, I should actually call them my ex-friends by now. Life is really unfair, no? But despite that, we have to move on. Yes, life goes on!

Speaking of life, we should look for some insurance quotes in this day and age. I mean, it wouldn’t hurt to try these things, it’s like an investment and security for the future.

I decided to enjoy my life as it is. My life isn’t that bad. I have a wonderful boyfriend. He is not perfect of course – he sometimes annoys me but at least he’s here with me and for me. Well, I’m mainly writing this because of my so-called high school “friends”. Yes, I’m kinda dedicating this post to them. I don’t want to share what happened recently. Let’s say, I finally realized that they’re not my true friends anymore. Maybe before they were but right now, it’s so clear that the friendship is all over.

Last night, I attended the Backstreet Boys concert (I am blogging about this later) in Araneta Coliseum – alone. It wasn’t bad – going out alone. I used to think that I always need to be with someone when going out. But really, doing things all by yourself is much, much alright than what I imagined. It may look like lonely from outsiders view but it actually isn’t. This reminds me of the Japanese drama I’ve watched last fall – Ohitorisama. The main woman, Akiyama Satomi likes to do things all by herself. She wasn’t really lonely. In fact, she enjoys her life. And even though she ended with someone (who’s younger than her, btw ) in the end, it wasn’t really an “I’m-alone-and-lonely-I-need-someone” kind of story. Well, she still enjoys being alone at the end of the story.

So what I’m trying to say is who needs those friends of mine? I was like a fool trying to mend things. I used to think I need to know their side and them to know my side but with what happened last night, I think it’s really the best if I forget about them – surely, they don’t care about me anymore. Do I sound bitter? Well, I think being bitter is better than having false hopes that we can all still be friends.

So I’ll just enjoy my life as it is, work hard for my loved ones, get instant life insurance quote, treat myself alone if Floyd or my mom can’t come and meet new people or bond with old friends. I still have my college friends and online friends, anyway.

I am at peace right now. I can be happy now. Yay!

So everybody in this house love to play Rockband, the game. And right now, someone’s playing (just the guitar) “Highway Star” by Deep Purple.

I haven’t really paid attention to the lyrics before so I just found out that it’s a song about cars just now. Speaking of cars, I want to have a car! A Honda Civic will do. I don’t know how to drive though and I doubt that I can. But Floyd can drive. He used to have a car before and he used to take up an automotive course. He didn’t finish it though. If he did, he probably has an auto repair shop right now? But I think what he do right now totally suits him.

The problems with having a car: One, gas expenses. Tho I’m not sure if it’s cheaper than commuting or it’s the other way around. Two, when the car needs repair, the head gasket for example. If I’m in Los Angeles or near, I can search for Los Angeles auto repair shops but since I’m miles away, I can just go to somewhere near.

In other news, I will have money on friday! I can now go to the Backstreet Boys concert on February 27 in Araneta Coliseum. But I’m kind of hesitating because someone has just died in my extended family.

Larger than Life

I know there are tons of reasons why bloggers blog. First and foremost, there are bloggers who like to blog about their personal lives like what I used to do. (Well now, I rarely blog about too personal stuff. ) There are those who blog about their hobbies and interests. I think they are called niche bloggers, examples are Tech bloggers and Anime bloggers. There are those bloggers who like to share their knowledge and voice out their opinions. Then there are bloggers who promote their own products, promotional products of others or some other business in their blogs.

My blog is something in between a personal blog and a hobbies blog. I kinda blog about myself and my life and I also blog about things that interest me.

In a different topic, the Backstreet Boys are going to have a concert here in Manila! I’ve been a fan since sixth grade! I only found out about it last Sunday and I was kind of shocked cos I’m broke! Tho, I think I’m gonna be able to attend the concert but that depends on my fate tonight. Yes, tonight. *crosses fingers*

Sleepover

Got home a few hours earlier from Dasmariñas, Cavite. Went there because last February 20 was my cousin, Ellen’s 19th birthday. I didn’t attend the party because I hate parties.

So what happened in Cavite? I arrived yesterday at 6pm. All visitors had left so I was at least at ease. We ate spaghetti for dinner and mocha cake (oh I hate mocha cakes!) and ice cream. Then after dinner, I tried to fix their PC (I’m not good with fixing computers tho. Floyd is the one who’s good at it) but it turned out that their DVD reader/drive was broken so their PC is not functioning as of now.

And because I can’t sleep last night, I was able to watch the first three episodes of Kuuchuu Buranko aka Trapeze! That anime is surprising good and hilarious. The bit with live scenes intergration is awesome!

I want more!
