Due to skipping meals and lack of exercise, I gained about 10 kg during my two years of studying. I find it hard to stop doing works to eat during the day, and find myself eating excessively at night. As a result, my thighs getting bigger, my waistline increases&#8230; My whole body just expands I can say. I have hard time fitting into my old clothes. Can you spare me some tips on how to lose weight? I am now on semester break, I&#8217;ll be back to the U in June. Can you help me to lose some weight while I&#8217;m at home? I&#8217;ve been controlling my food intake and exercises occasionally, but the progress is really slow. I also would like some tips on how to keep myself healthy and not gaining weight when I&#8217;m back to the U. Please help me. Thank you so much for reading this.</p>
