More at 2kewl4u.com - Got this late present from my brother. Le Tag was a graffiti "expo" held at the museum Le Grand Palais in Paris which ended in May 2009

Just having that take place there was quite a stroke of genius. 150 artists from around the world worked on the theme of love, the format was a rigid two-canvas sized at 60 x 180 cm (~ 23 x 70 in)

This piece by L'Atlas is one my favorites, it's simple and has style. It's not graf but this kid gets up and it rules anyway

This straight letter work by Utah is quite the jam too

More at 2kewl4u.com - This show was very similar to the one I saw at Great American a year ago, except Mezzanine kinda sux. Got to stand pretty close though, the crowd was hipsdom but pretty mellow

With a lineup of Anthony, Morgan and kick ass drum guy, the set seemed a bit short, and at the same time it was long enough for these old legs :-(

James Yuil was the opener, pretty good actually

Morgan Kibby went thru some metamorphosis from her long curly hair/flannel shirt last time. She shed her glasses and got a cool haircut, wearing a pretty revealing almost see thru top. The makeup job though was the best, a sideways streak thing across the face over one eye. She wins. Her dancing at the end of the show was super awesome. Keep it hyphy girl

Another revelation was Sitting with the "let's go" sample, good fun (from the 2003 album M83)

- Couleurs (so love this song)

Nicole sorta hated it, more from BC and SF Appeal (thx for using my picture, you don't have to ask but you could give me credit.. whack)

PS the show gave us a chance to check out the new Italian restaurant 54 Mint, make sure to try the Arancina

This little shop opened a few weeks ago and is doing well. It's clearly a labor of love for owner / super baker Anthony Lucas (also friendliest dude ever)

I've had cookies before, fresh ones or whatever, Anthony's are incredible. They are 6 or $5, go get some

Chocolate chip ones are good, make sure you check out my favorite (pictured): the toffee chip
