Situated at a space of 18 km north of Bogra town. Mahasthangarh is the oldest archaeological site of Bangladesh on the western bank of river Karatoa. The spectacular site is an imposing landmark in the area having a fortified long enclosure. Beyond the fortified area, other ancient ruins fan out within a semicircle of about 8 km radius. Several isolated mounds, the local names of which are Govinda Bhita Temple, Khodia Pathar Mound, Mankalir Kunda, Parasuramer Bedi, Jiyat Kunda etc. surround the fortified city. This 3rd century B.C. archaeological site is still held to be of great sanctity by the Hindus. Coastal New South Wales and the ACT

When gold was discovered near Bathurst in 1851, and the first goldrush began, New South Wales’ fortunes were assured. Although penal transportations ceased the following year, the population continued to increase rapidly and the economy boomed as fortune-seekers arrived in droves. At much the same time, Victoria broke off to form a separate colony, followed by Queensland in 1859.

Town names, too, invariably invoke the British Isles – Perth, Swansea, Brighton and Dover among them.

Tasmania is the closest point in Australia to the Antarctic Circle, and the west coast is windswept, wet and savage, bearing the full brunt of the Roaring Forties. Much of the southwest is pure wilderness; a place of wild rivers, impassable temperate rainforests, buttongrass plains and glacially carved mountains and tarns that form a vast World Heritage Area, crossed only by the Lyell Highway, and offer some of the world’s best wilderness walking and rafting. Japanese are very good listeners

Politeness and good manners are very important and business meeting are very formal. Business cards are also important and they exchange these at the beginning of a meeting. Japanese always look at them carefully, so you should do the same as they might think you're rude if you don't. A lot of communications is no-verbal. They are very good listeners and may ask a lot of questions to check they understand everything. In a conversation they wait longer before they reply than westerners do, so it's important no to speak in those long pause but to wait for their reply. In their culture it's rude to ask direct question or to say ' No or 'I disagree' . In work it take a long time to make a decision because they have to ask everyone in the company. When they say ' yes ' it may mean ' I understand', not 'I agree', and when they smile it might be because they don't known what to say.
