I urging here what the goverment of india can provide for the patriotism of the fellow country army men.

In USA,Once the Patriotism of Obama is questioned,he hits back very strongly not to doubt even a pinch of the Opponent(Mccain - War Veteran) Patriotism and warned his fellow party men on this issue not to moke or review a War Prisoner Mccain in any terms of partriotism,as it cannot be doubted at all.He took on his stride, played very good by not degrading the army men service as a war veterman & cleverly he too managed to show of his partriotism as a politician by asking "Is partriotism is only holding the gun or guarding the borders".Such Much respect they both politicians & non polticians(all type of People)have for their country army men's & women's too.

Though,we dont spend much for the military, but in humantarian terms too, they are far exceeding,I feel so :(.
A Lot has to change guys.

It is a nice site, which details the soldiers died in Afghanistan and Iraq War. Do Check to it.Such a nice piece of work to collect the details of the died dear ones in the battle & getting a statistics out of it.Total Awesome.

http://www.militarytimes.com/projects/flash/4000/

I hope,we were not even near a margin of 1 out of 100,even in the caring of our soldiers by the Indian army or by we people in terms of respect or courtesy,I wonder.
Well, all this show me,there is no surprise, many soldiers are opting for earlier retirement nor the youth are interested in the army. What kinda of the career graph, the goverment of india can provide for a army person.I dont wanna talk about the other aspects of it but is there anything,a soldier from indian army can still try to pursure his career beyond an army.
Hope you got what i am trying to ask.It is politics.Do they or Dont they deserve a better place in the goverment machine apart from bank jobs or the bullshit ones :). Well,Certain become entreprenuers like Air Deccan Chief G. R. Gopinath or DLF Chief Kushal Pal Singh define their own careers but what about other military general or soldiers who toiled in the borders fighting against all odds in the battle ground, dont we responsible for their future or career.

What as a citizen of india,as a youth of india representing the major population, dont one should think, the entire practice or process as to change?.Just Increasing the mere salary CTC of the soldiers, will it be fruitful or answerable to the former question. The Goverment should care about his fellow army men,do they ?.As a citizen of india,do we care about our army men?.
Can anyone point out what we did as such moving a single stone for him/her as like.
In US ,War Against Terror as Quoted by the president of USA Mr.Bush, took a toll & still around 4000+ but In India,to recover our own land ladakh occupied illegally or infiltrated by the fellow neighbour country armymen or militants (Oops not able to differentiate :)),

we fought the kargil war in 2001 (though the actual reason is different :P) where the war in kargil took a toll of more than 1000+ though officially confirmed.Where are we?.

Hope I can be able to make sense, on this regard, after you too see the above mentioned site, where how they (US People) remember them (US War Veterans). The awareness level about the war veterans is much more higher for their people than us for sure.

Do you or me know anyone of them from kargil or the much hyped Bangladesh War?.

Where the mistake cant be pointed out?.

Media running behind a**es of the sportsmen or Cinema or Politicians :) can be pointed out.

But Media only can rectify out & make every soldiers familymen to feel proud equivalent to

getting a olympic medal (gold medal later :)).I meant not for heroes of the war but for all soldiers of the army.

Is winning a sportsgame is more partriotic than winning the war for the country?.

I am not saying dont do that like appreciating a sportsman or bollywood or politician but

why not differentiate & weigh people actions and judge appropriately in case of our beloved soldiers too.

Hope I feel this is the best solution to rectify our mistakes as a person but

as a society,only Indian media's can answer.

Comment on pls.

Society / Work Culture Management Simulation

True Colours 1986 - USA

A Very Nice Lyrics from True Colours 1986 Song (US)
I like it when I think about my friend, whom I studied with her during my college.
hope to see her soon and this is for her to show the friendship & Auto Drivers Talent in Campaigning Customers.
Scene 1:
Well, I had seen various kind of campaigning by the auto walla's but the one I experienced is quite different one.I want to blog this to even myself memoir it & to share it with you all too. It all happened when I got down in egmore, after failing to get in koyambedu bus stand purposefully.I had been looking for a metro bus,a auot wala1 jumped up and started bargaining with me of his own, reducing rate by time.I had been seeing around for the bus to come, meanwhile he confirmed bus is rare by this time,so do come by auto as a first customer for the may 1st workers day.
Here comes the first shot..I got convinced by it though dont show any sign of it...meanwhile he is smoking....and now another auto wala2 came ,seeing all & asked to join his auto..well I know why he came now...this autowala1 is smoking, I am may not be interested in joining him...like that....But I made to manage to forego his request by asking the autowala1 to finish off smoking and let we start as like...though I am still waiting for the bus....

Scene 2:
Now the autowala1 had finished smoking & he is looking for me to get into the auto.Though,I am waiting for the bus...autowala1 & autowala2 started conversing...
I joined them in the humid weather talk....autowala2 all of need...said today is better and breezy little bit just to soothe me...as like once i arrive :)...( eventhough I doubt that logic)...anyway..I laughed at it and skipped time went ...this time autowala1 asked autowala2 to get me and leave wherever i need...autowala2 immediately said..I cant go for west mambalam thats not my place as such..who goes there..the dialgoue continues..I am appaled by that converse..losing out to the emotional logic ...I had never been a given chance to talk there..without getting me into converse they had avoided the confrontation of me not getting into neither of the autowala's...now autowala1 becomes much favoured person without my conscent...but i have to take that....I am in a desperate situation to safeguard my location somehow not my maturity here but by their preservances..i mean here autowala2 view...I have to take my stride...so thats how I am fooled :) to get into the journey thru the autowala1..

Scene 2:
Hi All,
Another incident which took me by surprise & so much confident of the india's future on seeing a young guy's thirst.I had been having food in a hotel, one of my favourite restaraunts in the city.I had request for a juice with the waiter,as a sequence he approached the juice maker and had been yelling to get his attention.Anyhow,to his vain he is not able to get the juice maker attention.A guy (Our Hero),suddenly comes into the picture & just knocked the door loud to get his attention :P.Apparently, the Juice vendor too responded for his order..he he..yeah it is.I am really took by surprise after hearing a statement after that action from him...He Said to the waiter as "How you gonna improve in life if you are going to work like this".Did U got the Assertiveness in it?.Well the Boy is just 16-17yrs around and the waiter would be 26-28 for sure.
The Surprise

ToastMaster,Bangalore,March 2008

Tackling Table Topics - Dazzle in a minute.

In an article from the April 2006 issue of the Toastmaster magazine, veteran Toastmaster Rajiv Ramaratnam of Quincy, Massachusetts shares these tricks for taking the terror out of Table Topics – or any other impromptu speaking situation:

Begin by greeting the audience. Smile. This buys you time to think about the topic at hand.

Avoid apologies or comments like, “I’m not good at this,” or, “Gee, I don’t have a clue.” Don’t say anything that lowers the audience’s expectations.

Buy yourself time. Repeat the question or topic. “What do I think of the soccer World Cup?” Take a deep breath and speak slowly and clearly. Or include a comment like, “I never considered that question until now.” Be careful not to overdo this step, however.

Stay informed. It’s impossible to be knowledgeable about every topic under the sun, but a little preparation goes a long way. Stay on top of current local, national and international news. Be familiar with issues in politics and the economy, new trends, the latest movies, plays and books. To find information, use the Internet, newspapers, the bookstore or library, and listen to TV or radio talk shows.

Create a repository of topics. Build a list of topics that you are comfortable speaking about, and try to use them whenever possible. Also keep them in mind when it is your turn to be the Topics master.

Segue from the presented topic to one you can talk about. For example, “I don’t have an opinion on the World Cup in soccer, but let me tell you about my recent mountain climbing experience…” Be careful not to make this one a habit though.

Use your imagination. During Table Topics, you develop the necessary skills to think on your feet. For this, a fertile imagination is vital. You could use your imagination to create a tall tale, contemplate the future or formulate an opinion on any topic.

Connect with the audience. Be passionate – don’t come across as a lifeless data spewer. The more alive and original you are, the better your performance will be. Use eye contact and meaningful gestures. Sell your idea to the audience!

Think of it as a mini-speech. It’s more than an answer to a question. While you may not know the exact answer to the question, you probably have enough information, thoughts, feelings and opinions to develop a two-minute speech. Try to develop an opening, body and conclusion.

Practice! You have a list of topics and you have an opinion on all of them. Now, practice as if you were asked to speak on one of them. He said the expression "going bananas" is from the effects of bananas on the brain. Read on: This is interesting. After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again.
Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fibre. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anaemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of haemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anaemia.

Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school (Englad) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

Constipation: High in fibre, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief

Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

Mosquito bites: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

Ulcers: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

Smoking &Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes: According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, "A banana a day keeps the doctor away!"

Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of the banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe...polish with dry cloth. Amazing fruit !!!

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!!

How to conference call/chat in Google Talk?

Conference Call

Open up a copy of google talk on all computers with which you wish to conference. After one copy is opened make a new shortcut for google talk but at the end of it add /nomutex. If you installed it to the default folder then your shortcut should read "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /nomutex. Open 2 instances of the software on every user's computer. After this start a chain: User 1 should connect on one instance to user 2. User 2 will connect on his second instance to user 3. User 3 will connect using his second instance back to user 1. With this chain everyone is connected to everyone.

Possible problems: Google will try to connect you with others on the same instance. To fix this just open a new instance. It seems that google will try to take calls on the newest IM client.

Note: You can also make a conference call with more people, just have need to have one less instance than the amount of people that exist.

Check with this link
http://lpahome.com/call.html

Conference Chat

Partychat is yet another means by which you can implement group chat facility on gTalk. Partychat allows you to create your own chat rooms, where others can join for a group conversation. For this, just add partychat@gmail.com as your buddy, create a chat room by sending the message ‘/create chatroom-name’.
Your friends can enter this chatroom by sending the message ‘/join chatroom-name’ to party@gmail.com .

For more details:
http://googlesystem.blogspot/.com/2007/09/chat-rooms-for- google-talk.html.

Valentine Day Vacany Whole Day :)

Well, these flowers are "from" wayanadu but I don't know whom "to" give it but when I listened to these flowers,I infered they are yelling at me to give them to my favourite person on valentine's day :) . Well,I am feel really interested in writing blogs on my weekend activities.hope it can be useful or inspirational for you too.Well this week end...I read a book on "Mckinsey Mind", One of my friend "Mahesh Chayel" CAT Aspirant ( 5 IIM Calls are in pipeline) book it is. Well I am blown out of proportion after reading the first two lessons of the book.It is like a champagne for me..So,I thought it as like Champagne, you can't drink or read everything in one day,so decided to stop by it.By that time, I already fed up by the indepth Information it gaves me..will write a blog on it soon...I went to Forum then...Got a book something like "Hello @ MBA"..Something like tat...wow...that book tells a student life @ Stanford MBA University how that 2 years had been...one nice Quote "You can never go with your intuitions a long where as with maths with few calculation you can reach to any part of the universe"...the objective...you can get fooled by your iniuitions at time but 99.9% of the time maths leads to the right place :)...Will Blog More later some time some day :)....

My Eureka Moment - Gandhitva Vs Hindutva

Hello,
First of all,I like to thank Sadeesh for ignitting me to blog on my thinkings & ideas.I am really obliged for his concern.

I do like to thank you for visiting my blog & spending your time in it.

I don't stress on you to write a comment for the blog but it really helps in remodelling or restructuring my blog to articulate my thoughts & ideas well. So,I keep blogging & you keep commenting constructively about it :).Before getting into the actual column,I like you to visit this site -> Knowledge Caps. I am really dreaming a service like those which connects Tier 2,Tier 3 entrepreneurs, etc.Do mail me about it on your thinking & ideas,I will share more about it with you.My Mail Id is kganeshkumaran@gmail.com.

Right,Let we start with the topic of Gandhitva vs Hindutva.

I hope you all know both are different ideologies in India.
Both are followed by two different major parties of our nation.
BJP - Hindutva & Congress - Gandhitva.

20th Century
Gandhitva->Hindutva
To the forefront, I think one cannot confront Gandhitva with Hindutva,
since Hindutva is already a part of the bigger entity Gandhitva. Given the time frame,
Gandhitva is the parent of hindutva.I am deriving a relationship as such since it is the gandhitva ideology, gandhi followed during pre-independence to make british exile out of this country made a side effect or by-product of it as Hindutva.

Well,I can be crazy in saying it but it fits I suppose.

After Independence (i.e.) Post Independence, the hindutva grew stronger such a way,it influenced a person to shoot our Father of our Nation-Gandhiji,The Founder of Gandhitva Ideology.Hindutva, thus shows its emergence in the sub continent.Slowly,Hindutva gains momentum by making followers then organisations and then parties too @ the end of the 20th Century.

21st Century
Gandhitva Vs Hindutva
So,I hope you will be wandering on your thinking of Gandhitva. It is mostly refered thru words like Gandhigiri,Gandhian Principles, etc. why not Gandhitva :)?. When you google it very few sites you can see referring to it.The 20th Century Ideology is nearly a Century Old but still it fits into the 21st Century. You can see lot of films coming based on the gandhian values & its principles. The Ideology really makes me to think of thirukural some times. Both have few common and I suppose Thirukural is really a bigger entity than Gandhigiri.

Anyway,Gandhitva has its own uniqueness in this modern world.

To read more about world ideology World Ideologies

Keep your minds open, the blog travels only thru 20% distance of its journey towards destination.Stay tuned.
Will Update soon !!!!
