Killswitch is starting off the new year on the right foot. With new work blooming and the office back to full speed ahead, there is lots to be excited about this month. We are proud to announce the new Jenner & Block website has officially launched and the result is an outstanding product. In a collaborative effort with Faust Ltd, the design firm on the project, we managed to surpass expectations of what a law firm website should and could be. View Project + We also had the opportunity to work with one of our older clients again, Cannon Design, on designing and developing their 2012 interactive New Year's card. The card was created to spread the message of change and was sent to Cannon employees and clients around the world. View Project +

Fall Wrap Up

The Killswitch office has been very focused and hard at work in the past couple of months, working on redesigning and developing the new getschooled.com (which launched in August). Get Schooled is a non-profit organization that is aimed at engaging young people in activities to improve overall high school graduation rates and college success rates. The Get Schooled team had envisioned new ways to get their students more involved, and Killswitch was able to make those visions a reality by creating a new user interface that not just involved their students, but got them excited about going to class and sharing their experiences, as well. View Project + In other Killswitch news, we are in the process of wrapping up a branding project for a local shoe designer. Not only are we doing the branding, but we will be designing and developing the new e-commerce website in early 2012. Check back soon to see the branding and how it all turned out!

In upcoming news, Killswitch is wrapping up the brand new Jenner & Block website. Jenner & Block is one of the most prestigious law firms in the city of Chicago, and we were honored when they came to us to be their development partner on the new site. In a collaborative effort with Faust Ltd, the design firm on the project, and Jenner & Block, all three teams created an outstanding product that will surpass expectations of what a law firm website should and could be. Killswitch was introduced to a new side of the North Park community last year, The University of Ministries. The University of Ministries came to us with the request of redesigning their website in order to make it more edgy and different from normal religious websites might look like. We had so much fun working with their team and are very pleased with the final result. What's Happening

As part of our ongoing collaboration with UCSD's ArtPower!, we created identity, along with branded promotional materials, to promote this 3-day interchange of choreographic creation, sparking a new future for dance in San Diego. View Wonderland Project + Start-Up companies and Killswitch have entertained each other since Killswitch has opened its doors. One start-up that has been in the works since last year, is Abodigy. Abodigy is a great company formed by a homebuilding expert and a technology expert who have come together to form a product that redefines home maintenance. The soup to nuts process started at the Killswitch office, where we helped them form their brand and logo, then created a web design, and finally developed an amazing website. Spring is finally here, and we look forward to sharing some new projects in the summer months! We're working on some cool websites for a couple of startups, as well as a new website for Zorch, a great company that has revolutionized the promotional products industry. We're also in the process of designing his season's performance brochure for UC San Diego's ArtPower! Multi-Arts events. Check back in late June to check out the final brochure.
