I’m so excited to get into the studio and start recording some of these new songs! I can’t thank you enough for believing in me and your support in helping us create more music.

We are so thrilled with what we’ve been able to raise so far that we’ve decided to try to record a full album instead of a 5-song EP and we are RAISING OUR GOAL TO $20,000 by Nov 30th!

We’d love to record additional songs for a full album and anything we can raise over our initial goal will get us closer to recording an album instead of an EP.

Even pledging as little as $5 will still get you a copy of the full album and all of the exclusive downloads and updates we’ll be posting on Kickstarter.com.

We know that new KTA Music has been long overdue, which is why I’m writing you now to ask for your help in making our next record.

In my many years of touring, traveling, writing, recording, and performing, I have met tons of amazing people, fans, and friends and so to make this next record a reality, I thought I’d turn to you guys for help.

With the help of Kickstarter.com, we are running a campaign to raise $10,000 to put us in the studio to record some of the new songs I’ve writen this year. Songs like Not the Only One, Nothing More than Strangers and others you haven’t even heard yet.

I know it’s been forever and a day since my last post.

It’s tough sometimes. I try to interact personally with so many of you that I forget to just go ahead and voice out loud what I’m up to or all those out there who are just curious what makes me tick.  So here is a little quiz I give myself to enlighten you:

My Favorite color: green (i think), Favorite food: STEAK, favorite car snack food: combos (pretzel cheddar of course), Favorite candy bar: Whatchmacallit AND Toblerone, Favorite chewy candy: tie between Starburst & Swedish Fish, Favorite TV show: Entourage, The Office, Best dish I make: Black Bean Turkey chili (best in the east)

Recently we headlined the Gramercy (Blender) Theatre. Let me just start by saying it was pretty much our best show yet. The band was clicking and the crowd was into it from beginning to end. I pulled out two new songs “Going Against the Grain” and “Don’t Run Away” at the show in addition to the other newbies that we play live. They got great reviews from the fans after the show, just increasing my excitement to record a new album in the very near future.

Man it’s freakin humid in NYC. Or should I say hot.

We’ll call it…. humot
