I’ve been loving the Recipe’s off The Pantry, and last week, I tried week 7′s Baked Scottish Salmon-Tomatoe Pie. I cheated a bit as I already had the Woolworths normal Puff Pastry and organic slicing tomatoes, so I just rolled with what I had. So please don’t compare me to the legend, Maranda Engelbrecht! :)

 

 

I’d love to try this again with the Woolworths Butter Puff Pastry, mixed tomatoes, oh and the dill, ooops!

 

It was still delicious though! If you’re short of any ingredients, Woolworths makes it super easy to ‘Shop The Ingredients’. 

Next week I am totally trying this recipe! Mmmm, take me to Morocco!
