In realtà nulla è cambiato per voi (per me si, il vecchio indirizzo era troooppo lungo da scrivere!) visto che Blogger reindirizza qui tutti gli accessi al vecchio dominio… ma se voleste cambiare i link nei vostri blog mi fare ste un favore :)   ...&lt;br/&gt;

Da buona italiana la amo, sotto ogni forma, ne mangerei a tonnellate –soprattutto se si parla di pasta lunga-&amp;#160; ma se devo pensare alla cena… beh, preferisco preparare un risottino, una zuppetta, un curry, qualunque altra cosa… preparare una pasta m’annoia!!!  
D’estate si, la faccio più spesso, con zucchine-melanzane-peperoni si tira fuori un...&lt;br/&gt;

Ma insomma, se si sta tentando di migliorare le proprie capacità frittose ed arriva una sporta di mazze di tamburo (Macrolepiota Procera) dritte dritte dal bosco, che altro ci si può fare??? Alla dieta penseremo domani ;)  
Con la stessa ricetta ovviamente si possono cucinare altri funghi, e considerato che non sempre c’è un gentile fungaiolo a disposizione ci si può...&lt;br/&gt;

Ho trovato questi ciliegini siculi, rossi rossi e profumati… ho lottato invano per impedire alle mie zampette di ghermirli ma niente, kaputt, eccoli qui a dare un bel tocco di colore a questa insalata scopiazzata dal libro Insalate + verdure&amp;#160; di Donna Hay.

Soffici soffici, rapidi e golosi… ne ho una bella scorta nel congelatore, sempre pronti a finire nella griglia per un panino al volo o una cena improvvisata!
Il ripieno? Quello che preferite… a me fa sbiellare anche solo il connubio pomodori-senape-basilico, ma anche le polpettine speziate ai funghi con una salsina allo yogurt, oppure verdure grigliate e hummus (anche in versione...&lt;br/&gt;

Ultimo acquisto, una bellissima cialdiera per fare i coni gelato :D   

A me un gelato senza cono lascia un po’ così, come se mancasse qualcosa…
Ovviamente assieme alla cialdiera c’era pure un libretto con ricetta, ovviamente con...&lt;br/&gt;

E questa insalata va pure consumata fredda... ma che è, mi sto piegando? Ah no, barcollo ma non mollo!!! Il forno va a pieno regime per quanto consentito da lavoro, veterinari, aperitivi con la Mirella, esperimenti con le cialde per gelato, e sogni ad occhi aperti... solo che di solito è...&lt;br/&gt;
