E di, guarda un po', scendere al bar sotto l'ufficio e trovarsi davanti questi cosini rossi, al posto delle solite patatine... si, proprio loro, quei peperoni cruschi di cui hai appena scoperto l'esistenza! Già fritti, ok, ma potevo non chiederne un sacchettino??? Consultando Tinuccia mi dice che con i legumi stanno benissimo, quindi perché no, anche&amp;nbsp;sulle sue lagane... e aveva ragione!!! (no, perché, c'erano dubbi???)&amp;nbsp;E...&lt;br/&gt;

Li ha provati Paoletta ormai parecchio tempo fa -li avevate visti???- con altre dosi ed usando, secondo tradizione, lo strutto... io ho preferito impastare con olio extravergine usando la ricetta di Anita, aumentando leggermente la quantità di grassi ed impastando con latte, ma volendo si può...&lt;br/&gt;

Come al solito l'ho segnato nella mia wish list insieme a mille altri libri, ogni tanto tornavo a guardarmelo ma che capperi, quasi quaranta eurini per un libro di cucina greca tradizionale in cui forse avrei trovato qualche ricetta interessante -tendente al veg, insomma- ma che non avevo nemmeno la possibilità di...&lt;br/&gt;

Ma poi... quanto tempo era che non utilizzavo la farina di castagne? O meglio, quando mai l'ho usata???? Sei o sette anni fa credo, in un -pessimo- tentativo di fare un castagnaccio... di cui peraltro avevo orribili ricordi, ma ne avevo appena assaggiato uno strabuono ad una rievocazione storica. Insomma, un ricordo ormai abbastanza lontano...

Dovendo usare un altro impasto ho scomodato Mr Montersino che nel suo Golosi di Salute presenta questa frolla di farro all'olio extravergine d'oliva. Una piccola aggiunta di cacao all'impasto, la ganache che guadagna in olio e latte ciò che ha perso in panna, et voilà, le jeux son fait...&lt;br/&gt;

Vi lascio un dolcetto semplicissimo. Quasi light se non fosse per quel po' di latte di cocco e quel cicin di zucchero. L'ideale insomma dopo i bagordi dei giorni scorsi, se si ha voglia di dolce ma... proprio non ci sta!

Questi biscottini sono un po' particolari, così rustici per la presenza della farina di grano duro. Nemmeno un granché appena fatti... un po' troppo duri e scrocchiosi,&amp;nbsp;ruvidi e trooppo profumati,&amp;nbsp;ma dopo qualche giorno... si, devo dire che dopo un periodo di riposo (quanto? booo! qualche giorno o anche più) mi sono piaciuti. Non so che farci... una sera purè di cannellini, un'altra adocchio i koupes... e poi, quelle patatine novelle... no, non ne ho avuto abbastanza, sono da rifare!



E se non replico qualcosa rubo un abbinamento... come in questo dolce, una classica, banale torta rovesciata all'ananas arricchita da uno sciroppo aromatizzato con cannella, pimento (pepe garofanato, allspice, chiamatelo come vi pare ma è sempre lui ;) e qualche chiodo di garofano.

Al Darkoniglio piacevano tanto tanto i pangoccioli del mulinostanco.
Il Darkoniglio ha conosciuto me, che col cavolo gli facevo comprare quella roba... te li preparo io, te li preparo!!!
Il Darkoniglio è diventato vegano.

Semplice, un korma di ceci –fenomenale- è stato postato qualche tempo fa da Alex ;)     
No, non vi sto ripropinando la stessa minestra… ma provata la sua ricetta mi sono informata un po’ su questo tipo di preparazione: con korma o khorma si definiscono quei piatti cucinati in un intingolo abbondante e denso, in cui la pietanza viene brasata e poi cotta con yogurt, latte di cocco o panna.

Ogni tanto li riprendo in mano ma quando becco una ricettina interessante non è mai il momento giusto per provarla… vuoi la stagione (ma mo’ con i post-it li...&lt;br/&gt;

Da buona italiana la amo, sotto ogni forma, ne mangerei a tonnellate –soprattutto se si parla di pasta lunga-&amp;#160; ma se devo pensare alla cena… beh, preferisco preparare un risottino, una zuppetta, un curry, qualunque altra cosa… preparare una pasta m’annoia!!!  
D’estate si, la faccio più spesso, con zucchine-melanzane-peperoni si tira fuori un sughino sfizioso in un attimo, ma d’inverno… un bel ragù è la risposta! Magari di fagioli neri, belli...&lt;br/&gt;

Quindi vi propongo una semplice cremina sciuè sciuè, di quelle fatte al volo, buttando due cosine in pentola mentre si corre a far la doccia… poi una frullatina e via, in tavola! Non...&lt;br/&gt;

Facile no? Di solito mi fa un po’ fatica, lo ammetto, e poi diciamocelo… ma veramente vi interessa??? Io mi diverto un sacco a leggere le risposte degli altri, ma non credo di avere lo stesso appeal nello scrivere, ecco. Li devo provare!!!     

Ora, io non ho né visto il film (!) né letto il libro (!!) ma i pomodori verdi fritti sono comunque rimasti nel mio immaginario… e quando ti ritrovi a fine estate (beh, insomma… quasi) questi bei pomodoroni dal fruttivendolo, incredibilmente belli –ma quanto sono belli i pomodori verdi? Più di una volta li ho presi...&lt;br/&gt;

Perché sono le uniche che apprezzo? Principalmente perché io con la frutta mi sbrodolo, ecco… mentre con queste prugnette di solito non ho grossi problemi e le riesco a mangiare pure in ufficio senza ritrovarmi inzaccherata e con le mani appiccichente. 
Solo che questa volta presa dall’ansia da persecuzione da mele-pere-arance...&lt;br/&gt;

Ho trovato questi ciliegini siculi, rossi rossi e profumati… ho lottato invano per impedire alle mie zampette di ghermirli ma niente, kaputt, eccoli qui a dare un bel tocco di colore a questa insalata scopiazzata dal libro Insalate + verdure&amp;#160; di Donna Hay.
Un tantinello estiva, eh, ma perfetta per questi ultimi giorni di caldo. Una bella fettazza di pane ed è ottima pure nella la schiscetta da portare in ufficio....&lt;br/&gt;
