Two slices of bread for toast, slices of mozzarella, broad leaved basil, ham of your choice and all breaded in bread crumbs and straight to the pan.
Very tasty and easy snack for all times. Whether leisurely breakfast in the weekend or quick, light supper, or for a group of friends escorted by cold beer, which, especially in summer goes too!

Bright red strawberries, aromatic, juicy, sweet or hypoxic, gentle, sensitive, sexy! Favorite fruit of chefs since the color and juicy texture is impressive and compelling. The top combination is, above all, raw dipped in soft and sweet whipped cream.
Here strawberries and whipped cream is surrounded with a fluffy, soft, and well cooked cake, made only with eggs, sugar and flour. Cut into round pieces nicely without leaving crumbs.
Try it!

<div class="" dcap">Avocados are usually eaten raw in salads, in sauces together with other ingredients or in guacamole, a Mexican dip.
This proposal is to be the second main ingredient in a delicious chicken pie.
The creamy and buttery flesh of the avocado blends beautifully with chicken, bacon, and with the remaining ingredients of the recipe.
The dough with cilantro and star anise give it excellent flavor and taste.

Traditional brioche of Greek Easter.
Simple process, easy way, classic ingredients and aromatics used to have a fluffy, inflatable and beautiful brioche.

Cabbage Rolls, very tasty, with many spices, cooked in a pot on carrots and leeks. The difference, which characterizes this dish is that the meat is cut into very small cubes. The process is more complex but the result is much more delicious than if we used plain mince.
With the same stuffing we make and red/purple cabbage rolls, with red cabbage. They have a little sharper and peppery taste.

Lemon Curd or lemon cream. Tasty, soft and smooth texture. With an intense aroma of lemon or lime. Made with whole eggs or just yolks, lemon juice and zest and little butter for more velvety texture. Often replaces, in many desserts, the pastry cream.
Here used with the whipped cream to fill delicious, small, individual cakes with festive view and romantic style.

Specialty of Corfu for festive or sunday table. Can be made with beef instead of the rooster. It is certainly preferable a free range rooster. The taste is unbeatable.
The aromatic spices, onions, the fresh tomato and the addition of the vinegar and wine, help enhance the flavor, giving us a very rich in taste, and calories too, food.

Timeless, classic and favorite cheesecake. From the time we started to discover sour compote, canned sour cherries the first and outlandish recipes. Since then circulated an infinite number of variations, which were made in our kitchens by our mothers to us or by us for our children, but this here is a version that remains one of the most favorite flavor in our memory.
So classic ingredients and process. Flaky biscuits, soft cream cheese, french crème fraîche and sour cherries naturally! Sour cherries with sour taste and minimal sweetness, dipped in a syrup, with a beautiful deep red color.

Classic, timeless and certainly beloved by many, spinach. We can do it tastier and more attractive to be loved also by those who had doubts, adding white wine, a ripe tomato, a few leeks, and orange juice.
Try the "drunken" version, you will surely love!

Simple tart, made easy, with the main ingredients, the sour cream and marzipan. A thin layer of powdered sugar gives it other than sweet taste, and a decorating idea. Thin, wavy golden brown crust surrounds and holds the delicious filling.
