Q: What is the KITESTRING Cocktail Colour Story?

We like to add a cool splash of colour to our Fridays with a KITESTRING Cocktail Colour Story.

Mixing colourful tones with bubbly tonics, we started this tradition to get together and toast to our accomplishments. At the end of an action-packed week, our team gathers around to concoct a new Cocktail Colour Story. It's more than mixology, it gives us a chance to regroup and build upon our synergy so that we can continue to deliver awesome ideas to our clients!

Earlier this week we let our clients know that one of our employees is moving on from KITESTRING. After four years of acting as strategist and communicator at the agency, Meg Coppolino will be joining St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s Public Affairs team as of May 22nd. It’s a bittersweet departure, as we will miss her enthusiasm, but are also excited to see her thrive in a new experience.We are currently in a selective search for a new team member, and we’re looking forward to updating our community with this news when all details are finalized.

We loved working with the YMCA on this video for their Beyond the Bell program. The KITESTRING team had a great day hanging out with these awesome little stars! We created a custom song for the piece inspired by Three Dog Night and worked closely with an animator to depict a board game theme. On my first day with KITESTRING, I went to a meeting where Meg pitched the storyboard for an upcoming promotional video. A few short weeks later, I got the chance to see it coming to life! We spent yesterday dashing around Toronto filming some of the city's most stunning architecture.

The World's Smallest Movie

Today, KITESTRING, along with the rest of Hamilton, is celebrating Sew Hungry. This annual food truck event brings people from all over the city together on Ottawa Street for one purpose; To enjoy food.

Even though we're a small studio we never do anything small, and as a sponsor of the event we wanted to celebrate this joyous occasion with social engagment for social good.
