The 14 week programme

Helping you to get to where you want to be as soon as possible is our primary goal. However, sometimes it does take time. So the live online programme is designed to last for up to 14 weeks and includes:

5 hours of one-to-one integral healing and support sessions helping you to develop your personalised practice plan

6 meetings with your integral life healing group (4 - 8 per group)

each meeting for 90 minutes once a fortnight to deepen the process

a total of 14 hours blanket of support.

Ongoing individual and group support programmes also available.

You can join the programme from wherever you are in the world, and wherever you are on your path to self-discovery. The programme is run using Skype and webinar platforms. If you already have Skype, there are no further costs for set-up or communication.

Collaborative Enterprising

Collaborative Enterprising is an agile and flexible business structure that enables self-employed professionals to organise themselves into competitive and sustainable business enterprises. The enterprise can be established without the requirement for capital, infrastructure, or fixed employment. It can also be operated with almost zero fixed costs. This structure is suitable for service providers such as coaches, consultants, freelancers, home based businesses, virtual assistants, and other self-employed professionals.

Adding value to solo professionals

Operating on their own, self-employed professionals do not have the full range of organisational skills required to run a successful and sustainable solo business. Ki Work uniquely enables them to earn substantial additional income by collaborating as a team. Ki Work provides added value through product creation, business development, sales and marketing, branding, web-based tools, and co-ordination.

Key principles

The organisational model is based on the followng key principles:

an entrepreneur identifies a potential business opportunity for services and recruits a team

Future of Outsourcing and Offshoring – is it all over? Is Homeshoring next?

Futurist Dr Patrick Dixon, author of 12 book including Futurewise, recently made this keynote speach at a conference in Sweden. He asserts that massive wage jumps in India and China of up to 100% a year mean that cost advantages of outsourcing offshoring to these countries are rapidly disappearing. What next? Will jobs move back to America or Europe? Will huge salary inflation impact for senior executives in India and China make outsourcing economics harder. He is seeing up to 100% wage inflation in China and 40% in india for experienced business leaders.

If we include the uncertainties of exchange rates, the risks of offshoring appear to be increasing. Does that mean that companies will start looking seriously as homeshoring (where savings of 20% - 40% are achievable), or will they seek to go down the cost curve by seeking out lower cost offshore destinations?

Ki Work seeks associates to help develop homeshoring pilots

Ki Work is developing applications that will provide a virtual operational platform and marketplace for an on-demand contingency workforce. This provides an opportunity for virtual entrepreneurs to create, market and operate their own homeshoring businesses, requiring minimal start-up and set-up costs.

Ki Work is currently at the stage of developing small homeshoring pilots as proof of concept. The process starts by providing homeshoring consultancy and feasibility studies.

The company is looking for associates who can help source prospective customers and engage in the operation of pilots.

Organisations with small contact centre operations are likely to be the most susceptible. The initial focus is in the UK.

Ki Work has recently won a sizeable government grant under the UK's Future Jobs Fund. This is to employ 40 Green Energy Specialists to provide green audits and to offer related services/products to third sector organisations and SMEs.

As the venture is a social enterprise, Ki Social Enterprise CIC has been set up as a new initiative to provide energy consultancy, services and products for small- to medium-size organisations in the third sector, especially charities and social enterprises. The company will initially employ, train and mentor young people that are long-term unemployed and people over 25 who are in areas of high unemployment as Energy Specialists to deliver these services.

Besides receiving full training, these Energy Specialists will be provided emotional and practical support through coaching, counselling, and mentoring to help them find satisfying and sustainable jobs through government, private and third sector initiatives. In the first instance, Ki Social Enterprise's activities will provide benefit to

unemployed jobseekers - especially long-term unemployed and people in areas of high unemployment throught the provision of

sustainable employment in the green energy sector by the creation of new green energy jobs

training, coaching, mentoring and counselling

small and medium size organisations in the third sector - through the provision of energy efficiency consultancy enabling those organisations to benefit themselves, their communities, and the environment through the leveraging of green energy technology.

Community benefits

The community will benefit through the provision of energy efficiency consultancy to third sector organisations such as charities and social enterprises. The objective is to help all involved to leverage green energy technology and initiatives. By demonstrating best practice in energy efficiency, third sector organisations will be benefiting their members, local communities and the environment by

reducing their carbon footprint;
saving costs and thereby being able to increase their services to the community; and
demonstrating their leadership in this critical area of social change.

With respect to the unemployed youth, the community will benefit through the provision of coaching, counselling and mentoring support to young workers entering the workforce. This enables jobseekers to manage the traumatic effects of unemployment.
