My New DSLR - Nikon D80

I have been using Fujifilm S9500 for around 2 years++, although it's not a true DSLR, but it was nominated as 1 of the BEST prosumer camera in the past time.. I've learn alot of digital photographic from it and still enjoy the joy of taking fotos..

As time past by, i notice that Fujifilm s9500 cannot fulfill my requirement already.. self demands higher grade of photography quality and , i know it's time to "upgrade" already..

They tried to set "MOST Downloaded software within 24 hours" in Guinness World Record. There are over 8,000,000 downloads in 24 hours! Amazing work!

The good people of Guinness are reviewing their World Record attempt.

I sincerely wish mozilla good luck! I believe they'll achieve it!

Songkran @ Hatyai 2008

OMG, so long never update my blog already.. so pai seh..
All because of TMNuts lah.. cant online during night time close to 2 months.. =`(

Ok.. i went to Hatyai's to experience the joys of Songkran this April 2008.. it was great & i enjoyed very much there..

Anyway, will update the pix once i resize my pix 1st.. (Now can't process the pix since my PS CS2 got problems..)

Here is a brief about...

Songkran is a Thai traditional New Year which starts on April 13 every year and lasts for 3 days. Songkran festival on April 13 is Maha Songkran Day or the day to mark the end of the old year, April 14 is Wan Nao which is the day after and April 15 is Wan Thaloeng Sok which the New Year begins.

Songkran is a Thai word which means "move" or "change place" as it is the day when the sun changes its position in the zodiac. It is also known as the "Water Festival" as people believe that water will wash away bad luck.

GOD DAMN the BASTARD thieve!

Just now HSBC bank called me around 10.30pm to confirm did i conduct any transaction amounting USD600 (3 transaction, each amount was USD200) It was transferring the money to a white guy's name.. forgot the name already.. $%^%$$@#@$

Of course i didn't because why i wanna transfer money to a stranger? Luckily she told that the transaction is hold because suspected fault case. I asked the girl to block my credit card immediately to avoid any other unwanted problems, she asked to get a form to fill up and fax it back to them saying that i didn't do the transaction and ask the bank to stop it.

Hope everything will be fine.. USD600 can kill me alive..

PS: HSBC's service is very good! Cheers!

Finally Sony has announced the new DSLR-A200 camera! with the introduction of the new Alpha DSLR-A200 Camera , Sony believe they had done the great work in advancing the Digital SLR category for mainstream photographers. For those who is SONY DSLR camera fan this is what you might want have at the end of this January.

According to Sony press release “The new model is designed to be faster, lighter and easier to use. Upgraded features include a wider, 2.7-inch Clear Photo LCDTM screen for easy playback viewing; a more compact body and an easily-accessible mode dial; an easy-to-use function menu (camera function display); improved noise control for higher quality images; an auto focus speed 1.7x faster than the previous model; improved predictive control performance; quieter shutter sound; automatic pop-up flash; and a battery life indicator that displays the percentage of battery life remaining so you know exactly when to recharge.”

As seen in all ? (alpha) camera bodies, the DSLR-A200 camera incorporates Super SteadyShot? image stabilization in the body to allow shooting at shutter speeds of 2.5 to 3.5 steps slower than otherwise possible – a benefit realized with every compatible lens attached to the camera. Last night went to a cafe in kepong - Mill Wheel - 炮兵. It's kinda cool looking (mainly because they are using ICE as their theme.. the cafe's color consist of white, light blue, light green.. little bit of blue lighting to create the cold atmosphere.. there are alot of tanks' pix on the wall.. dunno why, maybe the boss there is a tanker.. LoL~

I was browsing around @ jusco kepong just now, saw these yellow guys doing promotion there.. very good deal they are offering now.. so wat am i waiting for? Hehe..

Had a movie @ 1Utama - I AM LEGEND - The Last Man On Earth is Not Alone

Note: Pls watch it! It's worth of watching.. the movie is about plague that kill humans, and turned them into scary zombies.. it was so terrifying & exciting.. although it took about 1 1/2 hours for the whole show.. there were no rooms for us to feel calm.. any how the ending is a bit.. out of expectation and too sudden.. how? just buy ticket and see it.. hehe..

PS: The movie is like Resident Evil.. zombies everywhere.. LoL~
