What do you do with a truly unique product but create a truly unique website? Band In My Hand is home of the original record album purse and we had to do their funky grunge style justice. This new design not only showcases the company’s products front and center but adds unique flair and style to the ordinary shopping experience.

Rick and Catherine came to us via Katy Castro and were looking for not only a great design but some consulting on starting their new blog. As a team we choose the right blogging niche for them, walked them through using WordPress, and set them on the road to earn an income with their new blog. For the blog’s design, we wanted something clean and simple but we couldn’t do that without making a big statement somewhere. Our solution was to feature various sports with high impact colors and tone down the rest of the design with simple and calming colors. This allows their blog to have a big statement but is still easy on the eyes.

Kiss My Code Note

Richard hired Kiss My Code through Katy Castro and received blog consulting through Katy. Both Katy and Mindy were responsible for the design of Richard’s blog, Sports Dedicated.

It was time for Katy’s family to have a blog dedicated to their entire family, rather than just Zadey Jade. Our design included an angled sidebar and consideration for A LOT of photos. We’re quite pleased with the results.

A new project from us, we built WP Rookie to be simple and functional. The design we kept to a minimum and in place of a lot of images, we used punches of color to draw the eye in. Additionally, to keep with the “rookie” theme, we used a baseball to indicate a novice to WordPress. Watch for this new blog to be launched soon.

Built to be a gallery and contact website, we developed and designed all aspect of Hansen’s Custom Construction. From the logo, that’s placed onto their work trucks, to the smallest details of the website. The site is now a great showcase of their amazing work and a great place to request an appointment.

One of the things we have discovered is that a great deal of “web designers” in our competitive price point have not designed their own website. We believe our biggest asset is our design for Kiss My Code and we’d like to draw your attention to some of the highlights our site has to offer.

Each major category throughout our site is accompanied but a unique layout, a distinct color, images, and our signature alien. From home page to support page, we offer a lot of information on our site but have chosen to present the information to you in a way that allows you to go in dept and read or just take a scan over what we have done. We have 6 different sections on our site: Home, Easy Site Builder, Portfolio, Support, and Error pages. Each section is marked by it’s signature images, color, and alien which allows you to know at a glance where we are at.

Lastly, our design is here to showcase to you how involved and complex our abilities are. While not every custom design client will need a large scale site, we want you to know by a simple glance at our site that we have the abilities to customize your site the same way we have customized Kiss My Code. Box Office World was a larger scale portal for movie related news and information from around the web. Our development and design consisted of clean lines, multiple sources of information, and integration with a feed plugin.

What do you do when your little girl is growing quickly and all of your family is out of state? Build a blog. This cute design was created with Zadey’s help in choosing colors.
