न्याय (Justice): धर्म के तीसरे अवयव न्याय की बात करें तो इस दुनिया में शान्ति को स्थापित करने के लिए सभी को न्याय मिलना बहुत जरूरी है। यदि सभी को न्याय नहीं मिलेगा तो दुनिया एक असंतुलन पैदा हो जाएगा।लेकिन दोस्तों कभी कभी कहा भी जाता है की भगवान के घर देर है अंधेर नहीं , अगर हम देखें तो यह बात पूरी तरह से सही नहीं लगती है। क्योंकि न्याय व्यवस्था में अगर न्याय मिलने में देर होगी लोगों का न्याय पर से विश्वास उठ सकता है इसलिए सभी को समय से और सही न्याय मिलना चाहिए।
सदाचरण और समभाव(Good conduct and equanimity): धर्म के आखिरी और महत्वपूर्ण अवयव में कहा गया है की सभी जीवों के प्रति दया एवं समानता का भाव रखें। यदि इंसान अपना जीवन शिष्टाचार और अच्छे व्यवहार से जीता है तो लोग उसे मृत्यु के बाद याद करते हैं। विश्व की प्राचीनतम भाषाओं में से एक संस्कृत के एक श्लोक में मनुष्य को सदाचरण व्यवहार करने के लिए बताया गया है मनु द्वारा लिखित मनुस्मृति में यह श्लोक उल्लेखित है –

धृतिः क्षमा दमोऽस्तेयं शौचमिन्द्रियनिग्रहः।
धीर्विद्या सत्यमक्रोधो, दशकं धर्मलक्षणम् ॥

श्लोक का अर्थ: मनुष्य को क्षमाशील होना चाहिए , अपनी वासना पर नियंत्रण करने वाला , स्वछता एवं सफाई का ध्यान रखने वाला , इन्द्रियों को वश में रखने वाला , बुद्धि का प्रयोग करने वाला , और हमेशा ज्ञान को ग्रहण करने के लिए लालायित होने वाला होना चाहिए। यह एक सदाचरित मनुष्य के सर्वगुण हैं।
