Yes, just like the first iDOLM@STER project, Project iDOLM@STER 2 will also have sub-projects so it could be more manageable and less intimidating. Breaking it down actually makes it look very do-able. XD

Here is what it will be made off:

.: Project M@STER 2 :.

Just like the first Project M@STER, this sub-project will include songs with (M@STER VERSION) on the track name. The idea is that translating every song with (M@STER VERSION) means translating all the in-game songs. However, we’re not quite sure. lol

.: Project M@STER ARTIST 2 :.

The songs in this project are sort of character songs for each individual idol. We can give a number to this project, as there are thirteen idols, this project will have thirteen songs.

.: Project ANIMATION M@STER :.

The songs in this project cover all the original songs from the ANIMATION M@STER series of albums. Technically not game songs, but let’s cover the animation project too~!

.: Project JUPITER :.

The new rival idols for the game THE iDOLM@STER 2. There was one album released for the group Jupiter (all male cast) and all of those songs will be included in this sub-project.

.: Project OTHER M@STER 2 :.

All other songs we don’t know how to categorize will go in here. These tend to be album only songs.

Keep in mind, these may not be all the sub-projects for Project iDOLM@STER 2. As more and more new songs and albums are released, new sub-projects could be born.

And also, we don’t want to make any promises but:

So we hear THE iDOLMASTER Cinderella Girls will be getting song singles too. We’ll probably make it a project! XD

Oh wow, I can’t actually believe we FINALLY completed our biggest and longest running project! I think we started this project about two or so years ago… that’s a long time ago! And I know, we’re sorry for taking so long. We weren’t in any rush seeing as Project iM@S has had a good list of translated songs.

And after the main in game songs were translated, we slowed down and focused on anime songs as we didn’t think of prioritizing any iDOLM@STER songs.

During that time, a new series popped up (Dearly Stars), THE iDOLM@STER 2 game was released, and even an anime project has come and gone!! And now, another new series has been released, THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls!

I think we got ourselves in a never ending project! But, one part of that project is completed! It took us a long time, we can finally say we have completed Project iDOLM@STER!

Hehehe~ see 53RG10-sama, this is what you can accomplish if you set your mind to it! I honestly thought it would take a lot longer. XD

And now that we’re done with Project iDOLM@STER, we’ll start categorizing and planning Project iDOLM@STER 2. Though I think the sub-projects will be named the same with a “2″ appended. lol

This Project consists of songs from the M@STER SPECIAL series of albums. These albums contain new character songs for each idol, including the two new 961 idols Ganaha Hibiki & Shijou Takane. Also, each production office has an exclusive song for their idols. That brings the song count up to fourteen!

Lookie what we have here, another sub project done! This sub project was created late, just when we thought we were almost done, a couple more albums were released in the time span we didn’t do anything. lol

Originally, this project had sixteen songs, but we realized two of the songs were not iDOLM@STER songs but covers of other songs, so we dropped them off the list. One of the was already translated so was moved to the COVERS list, the other… well, since it’s half translated, we’ll post it soon. lol

Most of the songs on this list were good, but the ones we really like are Shijou Takane and Ganaha Hibiki’s songs. We were really impressed by the 961 idols since the first time we saw them in the PSP game and have kept an eye on them, haven’t disappointed us yet! The other idols have high tier songs too, but we can’t keep our eyes off the 961 idols (which includes Miki)! lol
