SHINee is back! Well, not just yet but soon enough surely, as the popular noona-baiting group has already released fabulous teaser photos of its members for their much awaited comeback. SHINee is set to release another full length album – their third – this month called Dream Girl.

Now we all know that the SHINee boys are style icons in their own right. In this post we feature the fashion from teaser photos of leader Onew and maknae Taemin. The group’s resident “father-son” team shines in bold combinations of print, in the predominant color of SHINee shade of blue.

Onew’s teaser showed him wearing a multicolored plaid blazer from Thom Browne’s Spring-Summer 2013 Collection. More blazers to suit your fancy below. He wears this over a pink and blue color block shirt with a crisp white collar. He matches his plaid top with – what else? – floral pants from Japanese brand UNIQLO. Onew finishes his whimsical look with silver studded sneakers.

Always the trendsetter, maknae Taemin is all grown up and oozing sex appeal in his teaser photo. He wears a Joyrich Sunrise Blossom Crewneck Sweater bearing a print of a cool bear against florals. Taemin keeps warm with a pretty blue Walter Van Beirendonck ‘Hand on Heart’ Blazer over his sweater. He matches a printed cap with his guy-liner, and swathes his endless legs in tribal print jeggings, ending in red high cut sneakers. Oh, and yes, a live horse.

Infinite Korean Fashion

How much do you love your pet? So much that you want to have them near your heart at all times? Well that seems to be what the boys of Infinite are saying in their recent shoot for the I LOVE PET campaign.

Hoya, Woohyun and Sungjong from the talented boy band Infinite participated in the I LOVE PET campaign by showing off some fluffy fashion. The idols posed with sweaters from the brand Beyond Closet exuding a playful fun vibe. Each sweater showed the picture of a sassy black and white dog with a distinct personality. The Infinite boys completed the casual look with skinny jeans in different washes and trendy high top sneakers.

Available from the website Beyond Closet with prices ranging from $78.00 to $89.00, the sweaters also come in different colors. The soft blue and red sweaters below show the dog in a fine black suit and a cute stern look on his face. A version of the top comes with a multicolor camouflage print hood, donning a military decorated dog smoking – what else – a pipe.

No one said the dog designs have to make sense. They only have to be cute and very fashionable. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!

Wonder Girls Korean Fashion

On January 26th, Wonder Girls‘ leader Sunye did the unprecedented thing in her group–she got married! There was a lot of hype about her luxurious wedding frock, but the star style of her celebrity well-wishers deserve much attention too.

A Wonder Girls wedding will not be complete without the rest of the Wonder Girls. Sunye’s beloved members made a supportive attendance to her wedding press conference held at the Lotte Hotel. Yenny and Lim arrived fashionably coordinated, in black long coats with statement buttons over their short pieces. Yenny pulled off a pale pink chiffon top over a crisp black pleated mini skirt. Lim wore a cobal blue mini dress. Both slipped on dark black tights for warmth and platform heels. Yenny completed her look with a hot pink purse.

The group’s budding fashionista Sohee walked the carpet sans coat and tights, showing off her flawless legs in high nude platform heels. She wore a delicate light yellow green sweater over a white collared shirt, with a high waist pleated black skirt.

SNSD Korean Fashion

The girls of SNSD attended the wedding conference as well to show support to their long time colleage. Four out of nine came in coordinated pink fashion. Seohyun rocked the pink tweed jacket, wearing the carnation shade over a printed collared blouse with skinny jeans and ankle booties. Sooyoung wore her blue skinny jeans with sexy strappy Mary Jane heels, a pale pink jacket over blue printed chiffon top to match her blue leather purse.

Yoona was lovely in a pale salmon coat over a white blouse, crocodile mini skirt and black tights with high heels. Tiffany was sexy in her long tweed coat, skimming the length of her black mini skirt. She completed the look with black tights, high Mary Janes and a pink clutch.

There were more fashionable celebrities who graced the lovely wedding. We wish the gorgeous Sunye a happy and blissful marriage with her new husband James Park!

Sulli Minho Krystal Korean Fashion

Popular idols SHINee‘s Minho and f(x)‘s Sulli and Krystal came together for a fashion moment for the January edition of fashion Korean magazine High Cut.

The young idols donned outfits mostly from international clothing brand H&M, expressing the concept “23 20″. The title refers to Minho, Sulli and Krystal’s respective ages. Thus the shoot was all about the fun, lively spirit of youth, friendship and the arrival of the spring season.

All three donned bed head hair for a happy carefree shot while being stylish in cotton and denim. Sulli wored a pinstriped sleeveless shirt with a high collar paired with a modest denim skirt and flat sneakers. Krystal jazzed up her look with platform heels, wearing a denim jacket over a dark shirt and diagonal striped A-line skirt. Minho, in between the ladies, looking casually fashionable in a jacket layered over a hoodie sweater and further layered over a striped t-shirt, finishing off with a pair of  cuffed jeans and oxfords.

Sulli embraced her boyish charm in a three-tone denim high collared long sleeve shirt and faded gray jeans. Minho played up the whimsical look with his white patterned blueish gray shirt adorned with a black bow tie – a distinctly SHINee look. Krystal was preppy in a color block striped sweater over a black mini skirt and black tights.

Minho and Krystal look very much like professional models in this black and white shot. Sharing a stool, the pair look good in this shot and displayed a good chemistry in the picture. Minho wore the classic boy-next-door flannel shirt over gray shirt and jeans look. Krystal, leaning against him, wore a dark denim jacket with a black mini skirt and tights.

The girls from f(x) proved they don’t need a pretty boy to take an equally great picture. Sohee has gained reputation as the sassy cute maknae of international sensation Wonder Girls. The young diva is also on her way to creating her own unique fashion taste and preferences.

Sohee’s youthful street fashion has been an on-going topic among her fans. Her outfits, though casual, are never frumpy or overly plain. Song Joong ki Korean Fashion

Only a few years back, Song Joong Ki was best known for being a music show MC and an actor with a formidable resemblance to SHINee’s leader Onew. Now with the wrap-up of Joong Ki’s biggest drama Innocent Man, the actor has transformed to a rising star who can transit smoothly from good boy to bad boy.

Song Joong Ki shows off this skill, style-wise, by posing for the December issue of High Cut magazine. He portrays his two opposing charms of good guy and bad boy through a play in light and dark, and a little bit of leather.

To showcase his innocent side, Joong ki went all white and posed with a sleepy expression and a yawn, looking meek and harmless in a white buttoned-up long sleeve shirt with black dots.

Girls Day Korean Fashion

Korean fashion is a hodgepodge of prints, patterns, and colors from influences all over the world as celebrities become more in tune with their inner fashionista. Despite this, the traditional Korean clothing has not lose its flavor, especially in special occasions like the New Year.

Hanbok is the traditional Korean dress worn on holidays such as Chuseok and most recently, the New Year’s celebrations. Even the younger Kpop idols took to wearing the hanbok, and they know how to work at it too.

Members of Kpop idol group Girl’s Day wore the hanbok to wish their fans a Happy New Year! The girls lined up and smiled for a good luck picture. The cheerful colors of the hanbok matched the girls’ youthful vibes—the apple green and fuchsia combination, golden yellow and royal blue printed hanbok, bright red and jade green hanbok and more feminine crisp white and cobalt blue hanbok.

Members of girl group Hello Venus wished their fans good luck in the New Year also sporting the hanbok in colorful versions. Members Lime, Yoonjo, and Yooyoung posed for a quirky New Year’s greeting, donning hanbok in lime green and fuchsia with gray piping, one in pretty purple with a dainty purple collar with flower embroidery and fur trim, and a yellow and fuchsia hanbok with a black sash.

The modern details and fun colors made the traditional dress look great with the young idols’ colored hairstyles and cute expressions, proving that traditional dress can be a fashion statement too.

Taemin Korean Fashion

The month of December marked not only winter and Christmas season in Korea, it was also an important time to exercise their voting rights as a citizen. Given that duty though, there is no need for fashion and style to suffer (yes, pun intended). Labelmates BoA and Taemin go out to vote proving this.

Solo singer and dancer BoA has been to enough elections in her long career, but as always she stepped out in her signature chic style. The idol bowed her head and tried to hide her face from prying paparazzi. Her dark outfit seemed designed to blend in as well, but BoA is not someone easy to miss.

BoA swathed her lithe frame with shiny-finish dark skinny jeans. The sexy look ended with modest heeled ankle leather boots. She kept warm with a structured black two-button jacket with leather panel details  and a studded black cap.

It was SHINee’s Taemin’s first time to participate in the presidential elections. The nation’s favorite maknae dressed to look the part of the grown up that he is quickly becoming. Taemin wore a long black buttoned coat over a short beige knit sweater. His white collared shirt underneath was tucked securely into his washed dark jeans.

Unlike BoA, Taemin ditched the hat and displayed his signature mushroom hairdo, and wore the signature SHINee black combat boots.

Apparently election booths, just like airports, are as good avenues as any for awesome idol style street fashion.

Henry Eunhyuk Korean Fashion

It’s been a while since SM Entertainment’s dance unit Younique ruled the floor with their debut sound, but their distinct tribal fashion remains cutting edge.

Dancing kings Eunhyuk and Henry of Super Junior fame are two of the hot idols in the Maxstep music video.  Apart from showing off their stellar moves, the boys also wowed with their unique take on the tribal gear trend.

The KTZ Masai Leather Necklace featured a full collar in black leather with yellow, blue, maroon and pink tribal print and circular buckle detail, with black metal studs to complete. Henry showed no fashion restraint though. The Super Junior M celebrity went all out tribal, starting with a KTZ Church Printed Oversized T-shirt. Black, full sized yet graceful on the body, the shirt featured a stark white church-themed print.

Going past his knees and worn over red knitted leggings, with the shirt and a black fur collar jacket, Henry rocked this winter-themed ensemble. It might have been difficult to dance in though. But it’s a challenge isn’t it?
