• At quarter end, the stockpile was estimated at 124,350 tonnes at an average grade of 2.65 g/t Au for contained Au of 10,558 oz

Q1 2026 Mako Financial Highlights

• Mako total gold sales of 13,721 oz Au for total revenue of $68.6 million in Q1 2026
  • San Albino Mine sales of 10,398 oz Au at $4,901⁽²⁾ per ounce
  • Moss Mine sales of 3,323 oz Au at $4,912 per ounce
• Delivered 274 oz Au in connection with gold stream related to the purchase of the Mt. Hamilton Project
• Cash balance and trade receivables of $96.1 million as of March 31^st, 2026, after a previously accrued 2025 $13.2 million annual tax payable was paid

Terry Harbort, President and CEO of Talisker Resources (TSX: TSK) (OTCQX:TSKFF), joins us for an production and exploration update at the Mustang Mine, to outline the development towards Bralorne West and over at Olympus, the recently announced 105,000 meter drill program, and to review the work going into the upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) and Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) at their 100% owned Bralorne Gold Project in British Columbia.

Terry outlined the areas of ramp-up in production at the Mustang Mine, currently accessing about 6 ore faces at the 1040 and 1030 levels, with the plan to eventually get down to the 1015 and 980 levels later this year. The mining has been coming from the Alhambra Vein, BK Vein, and BK-9870 Vein, with plans to also begin accessing the Brumbie Vein in the next couple of months.

The Company has successfully transitioned over to shipping ore to Ocean Partners in Q1, with over 5,000 tonnes currently being crushed, and market updates on gold payables slated for the next couple of weeks.

Development work is continuing from the main area of the Mustang Mine over towards Bralorne West, with about 150 meters to go to be able to start accessing ore faces over in that part of the deposit. 

As operations continue ramping up, expanding up to 500 tpd later this year, that the plan is then to keep developing over to increase mining from more areas including from Bralorne West to increase operations to 750-1,000 tpd about 2 years out.

Then further out the initiative is to put in a second portal into the historic Pioneer mining area to access the Olympus Mine to the southeast of the Mustang Mine, moving throughput up to the eventual target of 1,500 tpd.

Additionally, we explore how the mining process will be further upgraded utilizing ore-sorting technology by Q3 of this year. This ore-sorting will allow for shipping higher-grade material, with less associated waste, making it even more economical to be shipped to Ocean Partners.

All 2025 diamond drilling assays have now been received and are being incorporated into the vein model wireframes, which will feed into the upcoming resource estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).

• Talisker has engaged SGS Canada Inc. to complete a National Instrument 43-101 compliant Technical Report incorporating a Mineral Resource Estimate and the PEA for the Bralorne Gold Project.
• The MRE is targeted for Q2, and will update the estimate in the Company’s current Technical Report (completed in 2023) and incorporate an additional 138 drill holes (representing 31,093m of drill core), as well as the depletion of areas already mined by Talisker at the Mustang Mine in 2025.
• In addition, Talisker has engaged third-party consultants to complete studies regarding mining, infrastructure, process, capital and operation costs, as well as economic studies. The information from these studies will be provided to SGS for review and incorporation in the PEA, expected to be completed during Q3 2026.

On April 21, 2026, Talisker Resources announced that the Company has increased its diamond drill program from 30,000 metres to 105,000 metres. The program will consist of 83,000 metres of resource conversion drilling at the Mustang, Bralorne West and Olympus areas and 22,000 metres of exploration drilling targeting veins at Congress and Pioneer Deeps.  Terry further unpacks the goals of this largest drill program to date at each of these areas and how this will set the company up for its growth initiatives for years to come.

[Recorded April 21st, 2026]  Nick Hodge, Co-Owner of Digest Publishing and editor of Foundational Profits and Underground Alpha, joins us for our monthly longer-format discussion on different macroeconomic factors and market reactions to the war in the Middle East, his key takeaways from the 13th annual Scottsdale Capital Event, and investing strategies in select gold, copper, lithium, uranium and critical minerals stocks in tantalum, antimony, and rare earths.

Nick discussed how after big runs over the last year in gold and gold equities that he had elected to apply a pruning and planting strategy, in cutting back position sizing from being overweight in GDXJ, Royal Gold, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGLD), Versamet Royalties Corporation (TSX: VMET), and some other precious metals stocks to raise cash that can be deployed on either pullbacks or into other sectors.

Shifting over to the energy side of critical mineral stocks, Nick highlighted some of the copper, lithium, and uranium names that have had his attention lately.

• With the copper stocks, Nick highlighted the steep March corrections and then the recent bounces higher in many copper producers, like Ivanhoe Mines (TSX: IVN) (OTCQX: IVPAF).
• He highlighted the acquisition of Arizona Sonoran Copper Company Inc. (TSX:ASCU | OTCQX:ASCUF) by Hudbay Minerals Inc (TSX, NYSE: HBM) and how that may be used as a good case study and lens for consideration of other advanced assets and what kind of projects and jurisdictions interest the senior producers.
• Nick pointed out that 2 of the copper developers with good investor engagement, solid pounds in the ground resources, and good fundamentals that were attending the recent Scottsdale conference were Gunnison Copper Corp. (TSX: GCU) (OTCQB: GCUMF) and Aldebaran Resources Inc.  (TSX-V: ALDE) (OTCQX: ADBRF).  

• Nick pointed out that lithium prices have been on the move higher and flagged the recent high-grade Li resource estimate released this week by Q2 Metals Corp. (TSX.V: QTWO) (OTCQB: QUEXF).

• Last month he was adding more to his position in North Shore Uranium Ltd. (TSX-V:NSU), and he reiterated the constructive macro drivers behind more growth and adoption of nuclear power and the need for new uranium discoveries.

We then pivoted from the “energy metals” over to growing investor interest in the “defense metals” like tungsten, tantalum, antimony, and rare earths.

• Nick also flagged PMET Resources Inc. (TSX: PMET) (ASX: PMT) (OTCQX: PMETF) as a company that not only has a world-class lithium project, but also compelling cesium and tantalum resources for a suite of critical minerals.

• He mentioned Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE American: UUUU) (TSX: EFR) as a company has accumulated on pullbacks, for their exposure to domestic production and processing of both uranium and rare earths.

• Perpetua Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: PPTA) (TSX: PPTA), is a company he’s supported for over a decade for the interest in both their gold and antimony resources, and he pointed out that it has been the antimony kicker that has gained the project more traction with investors, and expedited the permit approval process last year.

Next we shifted focus over to the upcoming 2026 summer exploration program their 100% owned Aberdeen Project in the Thelon Basin of Nunavut, Canada.   Their team is currently mobilizing equipment to camp, where the plan is for roughly a 10,000 meter exploration program using 2 drills to follow up and test both basement-hosted and unconformity-style uranium mineralization targets across Aberdeen.

• Tatiggaq will get roughly 4,000 meters to extend known mineralization and test a new area discovered away from the main deposit, which could represent a new uranium pod.
• Loik will get roughly 4,000 meters and possibly 15+ holes testing for unconformity-style uranium mineralization
• The potential of 2,000 meters will test the Nymeria target, and other unconformity targets across Aberdeen.

Erik Wetterling, Founder and Editor of The Hedgeless Horseman website, joins us to reflect on the key takeaways and investing themes from the news out Monday April 20^th that Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (TSX: AEM) NYSE: AEM) is acquiring both Rupert Resources Ltd (TSX: RUP, OTCQX: RUPRF, FSE:R05) and Aurion Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AU) (OTCQX: AIRRF).  Agnico Eagle is consolidating these projects to the expand its exploration and development footprint in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt in Finland (“CLGB”).

We discuss the dynamics of consolidating area plays, the Tier 1 jurisdiction of Finland, the valuations the companies are receiving, the timing of the transaction after years of negotiations and posturing from all companies, and what this means for future acquisitions from senior producers in the gold sector.

Agnico Eagle has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Rupert Resources it does not already own by way of plan of arrangement, where each Rupert Share will be exchanged for: (i) upfront consideration of 0.0401 of a common share of Agnico Eagle, representing approximately C$12.00 based on the five-day volume weighted average trading price per Agnico Share as at April 17, 2026; and (ii) contingent consideration of up to C$3.00, in the form of a contingent value right (“CVR”) and together with the Share Consideration, that is payable in cash upon certain milestones being achieved over the 10 year term of the CVR.

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Aurion Resources. Aurion has assembled a large, contiguous land position of approximately 761 km² within the CLGB, including its joint venture properties with B2Gold Corp. (the “Fingold JV”; 30% Aurion/70% B2Gold), Kinross Gold and KoBold Metals in Finland. These properties provide significant exploration upside across multiple targets, with over 20 discoveries since 2016.

• Aurion shareholders to receive all-cash consideration of C$2.60 per Aurion Share
• Purchase price represents premium of approximately 46% to the closing price as of April 17, 2026

Dustin Perry, Founder and CEO of Kingfisher Metals Corp. (TSXV:KFR) (OTCQB:KGFMF) (FSE:970), joins us for an official introduction to the company, the Hwy 37 Project, the key targets getting focus for the 2026 exploration season, the management team and board, company financials, key stakeholders, and key newsflow on tap for this year.

Kingfisher Metals is focused on copper-gold exploration across a very large district-scale property in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia. The Company has quickly consolidated one of the largest land positions in the Golden Triangle region with the 933 km² HWY 37 Project and 202 km² Forrest Kerr Project. Kingfisher also owns (100%) two district-scale orogenic gold projects in British Columbia that total 641 km².

We started off discussing the prior year’s exploration work at the Hank, Mary, Williams, Rainbow, Hickman, Grizzly, Northmore, and Turquoise target areas, setting up a substantial pipeline of compelling targets to test.

2026 Exploration Program Highlights:

• The fully-funded 2026 exploration program will include around 15,000 meters of diamond drilling within the Hank-Mary District
• Deeper drill holes will test the copper-gold porphyry targets at Hank, while more shallow holes will test the gold-silver epithermal overprint closer to surface
• There will be regional exploration programs across the HWY 37 and Forrest Kerr Projects including some drilling, at targets like Turquoise and Rainbow, as well as mapping, sampling, and surveys to further refine other future drill targets.
• Exploration program details will be finalized and announced here in Q2, and ground mobilization and drilling should begin in June.

Dustin shares his background in the industry, as well as the strong technical bench strength and experience of their management team, board, and technical advisors. The company’s shares are over 50% institutionally held, and the top 20 shareholders control ~58% of the shares, the company just raised CAD$30Million in March, and all the warrants are currently in the money.

Jason Jessup, CEO and Director of Magna Mining (TSX.V: NICU) (OTCQX: MGMNF), joins me for an overall exploration and development update at the prior-producing Levack Mine, to map out what the pathway to restarting production would entail.   We also touch upon the coming TSX uplisting process, operations at McCreedy West, and how rising nickel prices factor into initiatives at their Projects located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. 

We reviewed the continued high-grade drill results across copper, nickel, platinum, palladium, gold, and silver in more recent assays returned from the ongoing exploration and development work at the Levack Mine.

Levack R2 Zone new assay results include:

— MLV-26-14A W1 – returned 23.2% Cu, 5.6% Ni, 21.4 g/t Pt+Pd+Au, 225.0 g/t Ag over 2.4 metres, from 975.9 metres down hole,  And 10.7% Cu, 1.5% Ni, 14.7 g/t Pt+Pd+Au, 67.1 g/t Ag over 2.1 metres, from 1026.9 metres down hole

• Including, 29.6% Cu, 4.0% Ni, 32.4 g/t Pt+Pd+Au, 181.0 g/t Ag over 0.7 metres, from 1028.3 metres down hole

— FNX6083-W5 – returned 5.7% Cu, 13.7% Ni, 11.2 g/t Pt+Pd+Au, 28.0 g/t Ag over 0.4 metres, from 1117.7 metres down hole

The Company is planning to release a Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) for the Levack Mine in parallel with work to re-establish ore and waste hoisting capabilities during 2026.  At present those economics will not include the high-grade drilling completed to date at the R2 Footwall Zone. Jason highlights that a development drift is going to be implemented to support ongoing underground exploration of this area, for the potential of future implementation into development plans.

Next we discuss what the higher nickel prices seen recently could mean for the profitability of certain zones at both Levack and McCreedy West, if they persist.  This opens up a broader review of the mineralized variability seen in different areas of each underground mine and in the defined deposits.

Wrapping up we talk about the importance and value of their human capital, beyond just the mineralized inventory.   The company has staffed from around 28 employees to around 250 employees in just the last 2 years, and is excited about all the growth still on tap for expanding McCreedy West, developing Levack and Crean Hill, and even some regional exploration on projects like Kirkwood.
