So yeah, I'm revamping everything to make it all set for my re-release.

Surely you have heard that iTunes 4.9 has been released...and with podcast support!!!
I'm super psyced about this, there's one majour problem though.

Atom≠RSS

This is a problem; I think I can list my podcast in the directory...but I can't use any of the special iTunes tags, this would make my podcast look like shit, so either Feedbuner or Blogger needs to do something...and fast!!!

Ok, I've got a majour problem.

I'm really sorry everyone (there's about 200 listeners based on what I can tell), but I need to put everything on hold for awhile. My .Mac account has been acting a little wonky lately,... and I couldn't figure out why.

It's been incredibly hard to upload, many many times, and I've contacted .Mac, and they've tried to help me, but nothing has worked; also, to make matters worse, my subscription to .Mac has run out, you should still be able to download the files for a period of time.

Money is a weeeee bit tight for me right now, and there are few things I need to work on first before I buy another subscription.

-My Cellphone is crapping out, and I need to update as soon as possible
-Car Payments
-I would -really- -REALLY- like to upgrade my iPod shuffle to something better...
-Other various things

Seeing how I make about 60-80 bucks a week, its going to be awhile before I can get things running again. Especially cause I can't get to the nearest Apple store (and I can't use my parents' credit cards... I've asked). I've got lots of stuff comming up too; a work trip, 4th of July trip, camping trip...bleh. I might cancel the latter 2...but, we'll see.

So the King of Red Lions has been postponed indefinitely, the only way I could keep going, is if someone would let me borrow server space for free (and I don't think thats going to happen, I'm going to assume that anyone that's listening owns a server with OODLES of free space). So, until my grand re-debut,....

Too bad it was so soon, hope you can wait!

I am the podlion.

I spent about 5 hours or so re tooling this entire site. I didn't like the template...so I went with a blank design and worked from scratch. It took,...a -very- long time (I guess it didn't help that I forgot to save it the first time around. So please, I would appreciate it, if you could tell me how you think of it!

I forgot to mention Jawbone, from Jawbone Radio, he, is, FUCKING AMAZING! He drew that awesome lion attached to the .mp3. The first one (with the words), that drawing is mine, but if your using iTunes (i'm not sure if it works with other music players), you should be able to click the arrow at the in the upper right corner and see other pictures attached. Isn't that an awesome drawing? I recommend everyone check out his podcast..., and I'll be talking about him in the next show.

I think...it's only a possibility, that the last podcast (June 20th), is...umm... an AAC file that says in MP3. I don't know/nor can tell if it's true...it was a little mix up with iTunes. If anyone is having a problem, pleas contact me as soon as possible so I can't switch it...for now...aparently there is no prolems....

Show 3 should be up later tonight...if I can get a good chunk of time where no one uses the phone (basically,..while I'm asleep, I'll be uploading)

Check weather reports for minnesota...we have got some majour thunder storms goin' on. Especially where I am...*glaces at the TV*, severe T'Storm warning for my county, that's what it says on that little border around the TV show.

So like I always do, I'm going to shut down the computer and unplug it...I don't want to risk blowing up my computer!
to make things worse... .Mac won't let me upload any files at the moment...so I guess you'll have to wait... arg! Sorry! I know I promised for today...but I don't know if I can hold true to that..., I hope that i'll be able to get it up...

I just got done kayaking..and boy to I have some stories to tell...grr, for all of those that have been like: Ugh...this podcast is dumb..he never does them! Please stay subscribed (shamless begging!). I'm at my fathers house with no recording/mixing tools what-so-ever. I promise I'll have one on monday.

Oh...and I won't use Adam Curry's opening...now that I've been thinking about it...that was really really really dumb...I got 3 emails saying that since I used his opening they, probably won't listen anymore, cause I wasn't original. :'( Sorry!

I'm going to let my first show sit 'til maybe next monday, for I won't be here this weekend (kayaking, yay!). Please, remember to send topics, feedback (email or audio comment ((try to keep it short on the audio,..I have dial up remember))).

I was amazed, within' 10 hours of setting my first podcast up, I had 38 subscribers and 16 topics in my inbox. I have submitted my podcast to Podcast Alley, and I might stick with that first episode until the Podcast Alley thing is up (they are sooooo slow!) I just finished my promo from the Podshow and the Adam Curry's Daily Source code
Keep in mind that my HTML is a little rusty, and I'm doing all by scratch (no Dreamweaver for me...!), and for whatever reason, Blogger (sometimes...) double spaces when you use the "< br >" tag, so i'm trying something with the "< ul >" tag to get the effect that I want.
If someone could tell me how to get on the iPodder.org Directory that would be great. I think I put myself up on the iPodderX directory...but that's it so far...,
eep! Gotta get back to work (I'm on my lunch break right now), so subscribe/download, enjoy, and send me topics...RAWR!
