noreply@blogger.com (ilie) — Wed, 6 Jun 2018 16:00:00 -0700

Woo Jinyoung and Kim Hyunsoo continue to drop teasers for their upcoming special mini album, ‘Present‘. This is seen as an album that is dedicated to their fans for their continuous support during their time in ‘Mixnine‘. So, as a gratitude gift, they have presented fans with this gift. So, check out the latest teasers, as well as the tracklist below!

Unit Teaser

As we have previously seen with their individual teasers, the boys once again pose in front of the lovely silky red curtains. This allows the flash to really stand out and give their images a brighter look. They uniquely pose in front of a hoop with confetti drizzling down. Their facial expressions are blank and serious, making the whole image a whole mismatch! Meanwhile, in the other group teaser, they are seen posing with fruits again. However, this time we get to see them both in the same image! They still have the same facial expressions, making it super irresistible to look away.

Tracklist

There is a total of four tracks including the title track, ‘Falling In Love‘ and its instrumental version, Woo Jinyoung‘s solo track, ‘Which Star Are You From?‘ and Kim Hyunsoo‘s solo track, ‘It’s You‘.

Meanwhile, they will reveal his mini album on June 14th. Are you excited? Let us know in the comments below!

Lee Hi looks like a choding in her penguin backpack

noreply@blogger.com (ilie) — Wed, 6 Jun 2018 13:56:00 -0700

Article: Lee Hi shows off cute looks with a penguin backpack "choding going on a school trip"

Source: Newsen via Nate

1. [+334, -46] Is she normally this short? Her arms... are the length of a choding's ㅋㅋㅋ

2. [+267, -55] She has crazy star disease

3. [+215, -46] She's been looking weird since her nose job

4. [+36, -6] I was never fond of her since a long time ago because I thought she was too cocky and arrogant for how young she was... I could see that on the surface and I guess others caught it too. She wasn't even a top star yet and already had the star disease... she was cocky before even joining YG. She needs to learn to be more humble before she ruins herself...

5. [+29, -1] Why does everyone dress like a Japanese beggar nowadays

6. [+27, -3] Did she get on Yang CEO's bad side ㅋㅋㅋ why isn't he putting out any albums for her ㅋ

7. [+25, -3] I once asked someone who worked in the industry what she was like and I always knew she had a star disease but it's actually worse, way worse after hearing from someone who works in the industry

8. [+20, -19] Comeback please........ YG get to work ㅠㅠ

9. [+18, -4] Lee Hi's always been short. And who cares, as long as she sings well;; I wonder if her parents still run that seafood restaurant in Munraedong..

10. [+14, -5] She looks like a bean, and a potato when she smiles

11. [+13, -5] I think Lee Hi has decent looks and skills, not sure why the best replies are like that

12. [+12, -0] I saw her around my town and she was already walking and looking like a top star ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ and that was right when her audition show ended ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I still can't forget her facial expression

Highlight’s Lee Gikwang is joining the cast of new KBS drama ‘Lovely Horribly’

noreply@blogger.com (ilie) — Wed, 6 Jun 2018 00:00:00 -0700

It’s been confirmed that Highlight member Lee Gikwang will be joining the cast of KBS‘s upcoming drama ‘Lovely Horribly‘ (literal translation).

His agency, Around Us Entertainment confirmed in a statement, “Lee Gikwang will be appearing in the new KBS Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Lovely Horribly‘, which will begin airing in August as the follow up to ‘Are You Human, Too?‘. He will play the role of Sung Joong, who can see ghosts.”

‘Lovely Horribly‘ is a romantic horror (I know that sounds a bit weird to you too doesn’t it?) comedy that follows the story of a top star and drama screenwriter who share one fate between them, and the strange things that happen around them as a result of that shared fate. The script won the grand prize at KBS‘s miniseries screenwriters contest last year.

Park Shi Hoo and Song Ji Hyo have been confirmed to star in the leading roles in the drama

GiKwang will join Park Shi Hoo and Song Ji Hyo in ‘Lovely Horribly’

Gikwang will be playing the role of Sung Joong, a rookie producing director (PD) who holds the key to unlocking the secrets of the drama's plot. His role is set to be pivotal in increasing the tension in the drama. He stated, "I decided to appear in the drama because the script was so much fun to read, and I was charmed by Sung Joong's polite, considerate, and sweet personality. I'm excited to be working with such great actors in a great project."

‘Lovely Horribly’ is scheduled to commence airing in August.

What do you think of the news of Gikwang‘s casting in a new drama? Have you watched him in any of his previous acting roles? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

SHINee are already teasing ‘The Story of Light Ep. 2’

noreply@blogger.com (ilie) — Tue, 5 Jun 2018 23:00:00 -0700

It was only a few days ago that SHINee released the first episode in their ‘The Story of Light‘ comeback and the title track ‘Good Evening‘.

However, they have already started dropping teasers for the next episode ‘The Story of Light Ep. 2‘ and the next title track ‘I Want You‘.

As we’ve mentioned previously, ‘The Story of Light‘ SHINee‘s sixth full album is being released as three separate episodes. Each with its own track list and title song. It’s a perfect way to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary.

In the teaser clip we don’t get to hear too much of the track, but it does sound like another strong song. The clip features the members looking down into the same reflective well that we saw in the teaser clip for ‘Good Evening‘.

Check out SHINee’s ‘I Want You’ teaser clip

The group have also dropped a number of teaser images in the lead up to the next release.

The images have the same feel and concept as the earlier shots did. They’re all very colourful and have a whimsical, dream-like feel to them.

Take a look at SHINee’s teaser images

The group has been releasing teaser images and moving teasers through their Instagram account. They have been released in sets of three, with the first posting being a commentary from one of the members about one of the tracks, then the two subsequent posts are moving teasers for the track. It’s a unique idea and gives you a glimpse of what the members think of the tracks.

Check-out SHINee’s Instagram teasers

The next EP in the series to make up the group’s full sixth album ‘The Story of Light‘ is ‘The Story of Light EP 2‘ and will be released on June 11. The final EP, ‘The Story of Light EP 3‘ will be released on June 25.

In the short MV teaser, we see the members running around a sporting oval and in many other picturesque scenes. It looks like it’s going to be a visually stunning clip. We don’t get to hear too much more of the song than we heard in the album preview.

The second clip that has been released is a dance teaser for the comeback track. We get to watch the members as they warm-up and rehearse the choreography, however, parts of the clip have no sound with parts of ‘Complete‘ blocked out so we don’t get to hear too much of the song before it is released in full. Their dance moves look powerful and reflective of the concept of the song.
