EMPLOYMENT LAW

KSBC is the only firm in Pinellas County to have two Board Certified Labor and Employment Attorneys, Ryan Barack and Michelle Nadeau. There are only 200 attorneys in Florida who hold this certification and only board certified lawyers can refer to themselves as experts in their field. KSBC’s employment law department is managed by Attorney Ryan Barack. Ryan truly is an expert in the field of labor and employment law. Ryan is an employment lawyer’s employment lawyer, accepting referrals from other employment attorneys on complex cases such as employment class action lawsuits. Additionally, Ryan is a past chair of the Labor and Employment Law Certification of the Florida Bar as well as the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar. Attorney Michelle Nadeau works closely with Ryan in the representation of the firm's employment clients. Michelle is an experienced labor and employment law lawyer in her own right, representing hundreds of employment clients over the years. She is also a past present of the Clearwater Bar Young Lawyers Division. Ryan and Michelle have represented clients in cases involving a wide-variety of issues, including non-compete agreements, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid overtime and minimum wage, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
