center;">
Though there are many martial arts that teach effective knife-fighting (European, Asian, and otherwise), the most popular ones nowadays, and therefore the easiest for you to find, are the Filipino. In particular, Sayoc Kali has developed a reputation lately of being a good knife "attacking" art.

Hawaiian (Lua), Sicilian, Italian, French, Indonesian, Malaysian, and many other martial art systems have effective knife fighting training. You may also want to consider the "modern" systems like Kelly McCann, Gunsite, etc.

Given that you are living in New York, you probably have access to an excellent variety. So let me give you more information in terms of how to select a school, rather than just names of styles. Like other forms of fighting, knife fighting is very much INTERACTIVE. You have to be responsive to what the opponent is doing, and vice versa. For that reason, YOU MUST SPAR. Making a million anatomically-targeted cuts through a foam rubber and duct-tape dummy may make you feel tough and deadly, but it isn't actually going to develop real fighting skill.

Now... you can't truly spar with live blades. Anyone who does partner practice with live blades is either doing choreographed stuff or does not care about their own well-being. Sure, they'll give all kinds of reasons (ranging from "realistic appearance and feel" to "learning respect for the blade") for using the live blades. They're idiots. You want to train with something that will actually let you TRY TO CUT YOUR OPPONENT. Typically, training knives are wood, unsharpened aluminum (that was a big trend about ten years ago because it had the glint of metal) or rubber. Knives made of floppy rubber are the worst training tools--knives made of stuff rubber are in my opinion the best. With these, you really only need eye protection.

Good schools often also edge their knives with lipstick or chalk so that they mark each other's clothing for feedback.

If you are interested in learning offensive knife for the purpose of self-defence, you will want to train with some of the more modern systems (Kelly McCann is one of the good ones) that teach both draw-from-carry and jurisprudence. If it's more just for sport/hobby, obviously this is unnecessary.
Michael Janich knows knife fighting. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Janich recently and I was instantly impressed with his unassuming manner. But don't be fooled by it. He knows the fighting arts and he is a true master of the blade.
I am also a big fan of his Fighting Folder video series. Unlike many martial artists who use the video format to show off their skill, Mr. Janich refrains from such childish behavior and gives the viewer a solid presentation on how to choose a blade, carry it, and draw it as quickly as possible. I saw him draw his knife in person and I can tell you that his skill and his speed are incredible.

While there is useful info within the pages of Michael Janich's book, I personally found it to be a big letdown, based simply on his claims regarding one of the foundations of knife combat--i.e., proper grip. After inaccurately criticizing the "saber grip" (which is, in fact, used in many knife systems around the world, including the Filipino arts which Mr. Janich professes to be "proficient" at), the author introduces us to the ludicrous grip he refers to as the "Filipino grip", where the knife is held only by the 4 fingers, and not the thumb! Considering that the thumb is responsible for at least 45% of one's grip on a knife, one has to wonder what Mr. Janich was thinking, when he decided to advocate such a weak grip. Even more ironic is the fact that Mr. Janich himself can be seen in many of the photographs in his book, reverting back to the more practical "saber grip" and sometimes also to the "natural grip" (aka the "hammer grip").

Janich tries to validate the use of this so-called "Filipino grip" by talking about "established neuromuscular pathways", but his reasoning is easily blown out of the water by anyone employing plain old common sense.
SEAL Clint Emerson, discussing this book on television and after seeing him elaborate on a sample of “skills”, I immediately ordered it. 100 DEADLY SKILLS offers a wealth of common-sense techniques used by elite military operators that can be applied for civilian use (for the most part). I found the book’s value centered more on making the reader smarter, more aware and more prepared; not as a tool to instigate trouble.

I like (“American Sniper”) Chris Kyle’s simplified view of people: there are the sheep, the wolves that prey on the sheep and those who take on the wolf to protect the sheep … the sheepdogs. 100 DEADLY SKILLS’ purpose is to provide readers with enough necessary information to become sheepdogs. The method is simple, provide the sheep (easy victim) with the same tools and know-how wolves (criminals, terrorists, etc.) use on their prey … fighting fire with fire.

Learn how to defend yourself fast and win any situation, inside is "seal knife fighting techniques step by step"

The simple presentation of the material is particularly effective. There are no long, laborious chapters of text to sift through. Emerson generally uses a two-page technique for each of the 100 skills he presents. The left page provides a brief, easily understood explanation of a particular skill and the right page offers a simple step-by-step graphic presentation of the skill. This one-two punch makes a solid impression that is easy to remember. The range of skills covered in the book is diverse and some of the skills are a little extreme (hopefully, most readers will wonder why they need to know how to dispose of a body).

But, again, I sense that the purpose of this information is less about actually USING each and every skill as it is making people understand that most of the skills presented are already commonly used by those with ill-intent … the power is knowing what they know and finding ways to avoid or effectively counter their methods. Emerson calls the understanding/use of these skills characteristic of the “Violent Nomad” (or, in Chris Kyle’s world, the tools of the sheepdog).

So, for those of us who don’t really have a need for knowing how to: Dispose of a Body (skill #86), Steal a Plane (#26) or Cross Enemy Boarders by Sea, Air and Land (#11, #12 and #13) … what does reading such a book offer? Quite a lot, actually. First of all, I read this book while on a vacation and it provided several practical tips pertaining to everyday travel: how to hide things in a room and how to discover whether or not your suitcases have been opened.

Additionally, it revealed how unsecure you really are in your hotel room with instructions on how to bypass hotel room doors and unlatch door locks. The section on surveillance techniques probably won’t come in handy for most, but understanding how to detect and lose those who may be sizing you as a potential victim certainly may be useful.

Educating people on personal, cultural, situational and third-party awareness (#17 Blend into Any Environment) is probably one of the most important skills presented in the book because it’s the one skill that can be employed to avoid using most of the other skills (by having the presence of mind to avoid a potentially deadly encounter).

100 DEADLY SKILLS is filled with useful instructions on weapon improvisation, defense and safety techniques that certainly could be useful in dire situations; as well as common inconveniences, like being locked out of your home (#50 Defeat a Padlock or #53 Discretely Open a Garage Door).

100 DEADLY SKILLS is a tremendous source of USEFUL information that gets readers out of their comfort zone. Most everything presented is based on common-sense and uses common household items with a little ingenuity. Some may see such a book as equivalent to “giving the fox the keys to the henhouse”, but the author asserts most all of the items discussed in the book are commonly used by criminals/terrorists; we just don’t realize it. By giving us a better understanding of the criminal-mind’s ingenuity, we are better prepared to avoid/survive a negative encounter (especially for those who travel to less-than-friendly parts of the world).
Clint Emerson, retired Navy SEAL, spent twenty years conducting special ops all over the world while attached to SEAL Teams (including the elite SEAL Team SIX) and the National Security Agency (NSA). Utilizing an array of practical skills he developed to protect himself while at home and abroad, he created Violent Nomad—a personal, non-kinetic capture/kill program cataloguing the skills necessary to defend against any predator or crisis.

There are many styles and, therefore, texts on shaolin gung fu. Which text you buy depends on what you want it for. If you want a basic history and description of each of the shaolin styles, I recommend you look at "The Shaolin Grandmasters' Text'.

If you seek a text which will teach you how to use shaolin gung fu for combat, I highly recommend that you reconsider. As has been the response to many other people who have asked if martial arts can by learnt using a book, martial texts are a good supplement to training in martial arts, but they are not a substitute for good hand-on training with a qualified instructor. It is dangerous to try and use a method learnt in a book in real life self-defence situations. If you are not looking to teach yourself using a book, then disregard this paragraph, I just thought that it should be said if your intention is to teach yourself. Good luck.

Should I Learn Kung Fu in China?
I am 13 a guy and i am in martial arts in america. the traning i am recieving is too easy and my moves are sloppy and weak. i am strong for my age and size and do well in martil arts. after high school i want to go to china and recieve true traning from the real masters. i want to hear any opinions that you have??

China the best place to learn Kungfu. I would say....probably not. I have met some people good at kungfu in China, mostly it is the their family kungfu. There are only a few kungfu schools in China. Shaolin temple area has many, but they are not shaolin monks. I have met a real Shaolin monk, but not actually in the Shaolin temple (where it is very hard to meet the real Shaolin monks). So I know where to meet a real master (with the real iron head and mystic powers who lives in a cave in a ruined temple giving advice to people...I am not joking).

Anway, this real Shaolin Monk currently lives in Foshan, the home of Huang Fei Hong (of once upon in time in China and Drunken Master and several other famous kungfu movies....he is so famous he has been played by Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee and Jet Li).

So I would recommend going to Foshan to learn kungfu, as there are many schools there and you can also go up Xiqiao Mountain to look for the monk and beg to be his student (also he grows his own vegetables which are really delicious). Oh, and he also currenly has a 12 year old apprentice who could probably kick your butt no problem.

For learning Kungfu, there are many aorund the world. I have met many people who go to Korea as they take their Taekwondo very seriously (during a training run, if you finish last in the group people beat you with sticks) or Japan (which I know less about).

Hong Kong can also be a good place to study.

The problem with learning Kungfu in the US or any western country is that most people who study it are doing it for fun and exercise. Most real Chinese masters get annoyed with their students lack of discipline. I would suggest shop around and find someone who can is more disciplined.

But I would also suggest that you are 13, and at your age you will perhaps be a little sloppy. Don't worry, keep working on it and I think you will get better.

i'm 17 and i really really really would like to learn kung-fu, but i would like to know before i start how intense it is, what should i prepare for, how should i prepare for it, how long will it be before i can master any form of it, and what should i look for when trying to find a place to learn it.
Please Give As Many Details As You Can

17 is a very prime age to start training in Kung Fu and I highly advise you do. On average, it takes about five to ten years of training to master any style Kung Fu. External styles take less time, whereas internal styles take longer.

As for intensity, it all depends on the instructor. Nothing really to prepare for either, the instructor will tell you what to do.

Be aware that Kung Fu is very broad... there are contemporary styles meant for performance, styles meant solely for combat, styles meant for both combat and philosophy and etc. Research different styles and figure out what's for you.

Also be aware of internal Kung Fu such as Tai Chi or Bagua. Chen style Tai Chi master Ren Guang Yi said that he had always wanted to learn Shaolin Kung Fu, but became so impressed by the power of Chen style Tai Chi that he decided to dedicate his life to that instead.

Its only as intense as you and your instructor wants it to be. Some martial arts school students I see hardly gets up into a sweat after every lesson while others come out with big bruises all around their fingers and limp away because their legs are too tired to walk properly.

However, I would suggest that you don't prepare for it except warm up a little before a lesson and remember to bring a water bottle and a towel to wipe sweat away with! There is no need whatsoever to be so nervous though, buddy! The instructor will know you are a beginner, and you would start off with the basics. It may be a little painful or overwhelming at first (at least it was to me) but you will get through it and enjoy it.

Learning kung fu can take you a life time (literally) as there is so much to master and perfect and there is always people who can or who has the potential to beat you in a sparring match. If you've got grading at your school though, then a typical black belt (or whatever equivalent to that) will take you around 3-5 years? It depends on your ability though and the timeframe might be shorter or longer. I know some people who got their black belt in two and a half years time. Likewise, I also have a friend who is into her 7th year of taekwondo and is still a red belt (two grades away from black). However, if your future instructor tells you that you can master something under a year, then you may have landed yourself in a macdojo/mcdojang.

Ask your neighbours/friends/family and see if either of them do kung fu. Its nice to go to a gym and already know someone. If no one does, just walk around the district and search the web.

I was just wondering how long it takes to learn? I wish I could go to China and learn from a real Chinese kung fu fighter! It would be so exciting!

It takes a day to learn Kung Fu, but it takes a Life Time to understand it. What i mean about a day is, in many gyms for Martial Arts, you can learn one move and master it in that one day.

In 1 week you would have mastered 7 moves like Round house, Jab, Uppercut, Knee strike, etc.

For a life time, well, it takes a life time to really learn the Martial System as a whole.

Its not the Length of time you should be asking, its whether you want to train and if there are gyms nearby where you live that teach what you want and preferable under 100 a month for fees.

There should be some people who teach REAL Kung Fu in the Western world now. People from China. I've met Shaolin Monks here in NZ and a man who was an Assassin for Gangsters too.

Edit: Like i said before. You can learn some moves in a specific system in a day but not the whole thing. The whole thing will take much longer and there are multiple styles in Kung fu. Kung Fu is the generic word to name Chinese Martial Arts.
Yes, the otehr answers are just ignorant by saying, "A life time". Well, it takes a life time to learn anything but it takes 5 years to get a 1st dan Learning the 1st set of Whatever that martial art was.

Even if you are a master you are not done learning.

How can I Learn Kung fu Myself?

I would like to learn kung fu (the form that uses quick and swift punches rather than acrobatic movements). I get beat up a lot outside. My parents wont let me learn it saying that it is a bad influence. Any way i could learn it at home?

I don't get beat a lot. just 3 times but badly : broken arm and stuff.. Can anyone provide links to sites or videos to teach techniques and what to do and what not to do?

Follow advice:

hard work and brains will get you far. Obviously a good class will improve your technique, but you don't need much in class instruction before you can practice what you've learned.

Ed Hart, one of Bruce Lees first students, put in the work and that is how he got good at boxing, before he met Bruce. He literally just took a bunch of bricks, wrapped it in a sack, rolled some carpet around the outside, and used it as a punching bag. He figured if he could just hit really hard and really fast, then that was good enough.

My point is, that instead of looking for the perfect solution, get to work, do something, and if you find a good class someday, then great, if not, at least you practiced something and got better. If you don't have a bag to hit, use weights in your hands, and just do speed chain punches or something.

Other than that, YouTube and dvds can help. Be sure to look into proper form, so you don't hurt your elbows, or hands.

and also, actually fighting should be your last choice because you can go to jail for beating people up. One guy in my circle of classes got jumped by 6 guys, he beat them all up, but went to jail, because one of those guys wasn't actually in the fight. He was just a random guy was standing too close to the fight. You never know what will happen.

Get one of those high quality pepper sprays meant for self defense. It works better than hitting someone, and you get in less trouble for it.

Shantung Black Tiger book, a Shaolin Fighting Art of North China
This was a martial arts book that I read in the 1970's. I think it is a good book considering the decade that it was written in but for today's more practical reader's and practitioners of the martial arts I am afraid it would fall short of expectations.
If you are a Chinese martial arts enthusiast you will enjoy this book for the written sections on background, history, and practice of this old style.

A wonderful book actually including contained therein clear images.
Detailed explanations of the Black Tiger style.Good arrangement and scientific images with text below each image shows how to carry out the movements and how to benefit from them.

Begins with an overview of the history as one of the Shaolin and arts of fighting in Northern China, which depends mainly on the legs kicked.

Contains a part teach you how to use the techniques of The black tiger positions in self-defense true situations.
Applications very new way to use the kicking and punching the way the northern tiger kung fu using the graphics are clear and precise as to how to perform the movements and stances.

The book includes teaching you how to use what is listed as applications, in other words, how to exercise applications on the dummy fighting, for example, and how to the exercises yourself without the help of one and how to practicing on the applications of the fighting by using movements and stances The black tiger with a partner to increase your understanding of the techniques and speed application in any position of real fight.

With a strong piece explaining brief and does not contain nonsense unnecessary.
With the book provides a brief explanation, but the book contains details of how to perform
a satisfactory techniques in The black tiger combat situations.
Which offers a very in-depth study to learn the style of black Tiger as of Shaolin without
a teacher at home easily.

This book presents an interesting form from a style not seen much in the U.S. or outside of
China. Donn Draeger learned this standard Shantung Kuntao form from Master Khiong in return
for teaching him Kusarigame Jutsu (chain-and-sickle fighting)when he was researching
material for his book,The Weapons and Fighting Arts of Indonesia. This book is an excellent
reference of the complete techniques of this style.Traditionally the study of Kunato is
banned by the Indonesian Government and few of non-Chinese blood ever get to learn it or
for that matter see it performed,so the fact that a system is presented in such detail in
book form is an achievement in itself.

Disadvantages of :
The only problem lies in the line drawings. While they're generally pretty good, some of
them do NOT make clear how the stance/strike is performed, which makes things confusing
when you get to the photos. The balancing stance drawings, for example, don't show the
hands exactly as they're supposed to be (refer to the first practical application in
chapter five for the actual positions.) .

The book in overall has very strong explanations which will benefit beginners and old practitioners at all.

Learn tiger style kung fu from a book for beginners

Online there are many educational books to teach the old ways in the Chinese martial art of Kung Fu .
Most books and educational films available in the market now does not include Tiger martial arts education only , but there is the so-called education system five animals .
The five animals system is the style was drafted in the Shaolin Temple and includes movements fighting for five animals , including tiger and leopard, crane and snake and dragon too.
It is difficult to find an educational resource for the style of one of the system.
After searching the Internet and found this wonderful work of the teacher of Kung Fu Ke named Paul.

This guy explains how you can rely on the movements of the Tiger in combat fighting and ensure that his explanation of the Tiger style of the other five animals.

Tiger in the Moonlight book by Paul Koh Published by Bo Law Kung Fu Federation in April 2004 under ISBN-10: 0975520105.

Sifu Paul Koh has been training in the art of Chinese Kung Fu for the past twenty-five years, beginning with the instruction he received from Master Tony Lau and culminating with the instruction he received over the past decade from Master Tak Wah Eng, both of whom were superior students of Grandmaster Wai Hong. Under their tutelage, he has learnt a wide variety of Kung Fu styles, including Northern and Southern Shaolin, Five Animal System, and classical weaponry.

Advantages of "Tiger in the Moonlight book ":
Powerful historical background:
Enjoyable historical insight into how the animal forms came to be. Information on the tiger claw system is like discovering a rare gem. More publication on this system would benefit the martial art community. The book beautifully illustrates the esoteric fighting style of this powerful animal. So little information is published about five animal kung fu forms, and this book gives a brief history of the system and the form itself.

Better for beginners:
Sifu Paul Koh provides an introduction to the tiger matching set for martial artists who want to know more about this form. But it also captures the attention of the curious and will certainly encourage them to study kung fu and truly learn the techniques behind "Tiger in the Moonlight." There aren't many martial arts manuals that are so well designed and this book should be in the library of any serious kung fu practitioner.

Excellent photographs of each move in the illustrated form.

Clear, concise instruction provided especially for beginner who want to start learn tiger techniques quickly.

Disadvantages of paul book:
Don't expect to find any ancient forms of tiger kung fu style:
This book based on the not so long illustration guide to the style Fu Jow Pai, and does not contain explanation about traditional shaolin form or the original hung gar form of tiger and crane.

The problem of short demonstrations:
The form is rather short and no proper explanation is given even though the pictures are clear.

More kung fu books reviews will be added frequently, if you want to review your work just PM me.

Tiger style kung fu Vs wusu kung fu styles Vs Boxing

Today I will share with you some videos that prove how could style the tiger method face other methods and other martial arts styles.
There is no one "Tiger style". There are white tiger style and Black tiger style kung fu, show (Hei hu quan and Bok Fu). As mentioned before that early masters recognized that animals were superior fighters and developed fighting styles that mimicked the movements and attitudes of the animal. The dance-like movements appear graceful on the surface, but can be deadly during a confrontation. The animal's elegance and grace is matched only by its efficient ferocity. Animal style practitioners are quick, deceptive and are taught to end a fight almost instantly, usually either maiming or killing the opponent.

The Fire and Water student may pursue Praying Mantis, Tiger, Eagle, Snake, Bear, Monkey, Crane and Dragon. Students will receive practical fighting / sparring experience in both empty hand (controlled) and gloved (full contact) bouts.

In both tiger styles you must start of with the basics (kicking, punching, bow and arrow stance, horse stance, bow and arrow and horse stance combos. And then after that the school will put you to handset training, Handset training is learning the forms and different animal styles.

Tiger style kung fu has a very special method of fighting such as to make our hand like claws and from there was taught very complex techniques to attack the throat, gabbing techniques, as well as scratching.

Actually you don't have to literally imitate a tiger in order to learn tiger style kung fu. The predatory skills which makes a tiger such an effective predator is what a practitioner of the tiger style would want to translate into combat in order for him/her to become a powerful fighter. Attributes of the tiger, such as its ability to instill fear into its prey, its fearless spirit, its tremendous speed when attacking, its aggression not of evasion, emphasizing overwhelming force, simplicity & directness in attacking, its effective camouflage, its surprise attacks on its prey, its powerful strikes, are what a practitioner of the tiger style should emulate, . So, given the attributes of a tiger, a practitioner ought to have a heart of a warrior, his legs should be developed so just like a tiger he/she would be fast when attacking the opponent, would have strong legs for stability in his/her stances and could deliver devastating kicks and sweeps. His/her arms, fists and hands should be developed so that his punching, clawing and grabbing techniques would be powerful and effective. The tiger's camouflage and its ability to catch its prey off guard is to be translated as a fighter's ability not to telegraph his/her attack and the ability to bait the opponent into a trap.
From: Interviews of Mr. Enielo Jubac in Rapid Journal.

I want a school to learn tiger kung fu fighting:

You have to find a school that teaches it. A lot of kung fu styles have
tiger forms - hung gar, Shaolin five animal fist, choy li fut...all
utilize tiger and that's only 3. There are other styles that focus on
tiger and nothing else, like fu jow pai, bak fu pai, and Shandong black
tiger.

Most martial art kung fu schools now a days
dont specifically train just tiger style. A good kung fu school will
have varies animal styles 5 or more.

Most schools won't
teach just the Tiger Boxing. They will incorporate it into another
style, such as Hung Gar or the Five Animals Style. I'm not saying that
there aren't schools out there or that the teacher won't offer to teach
you that style only, but it is a challenge to find one.

My
advice would be to interview each school that you look up and ask them
very specific questions on the subject of learning Tiger Boxing. Styles
like White Tiger more than likely won't be found over here. Black Tiger
and Tiger Claw are the most prevalent here in the United States.

Tiger style kung fu Programs in united states:
There is a White Tiger school in the US that has been here for many years. It is Doo Wai's White Tiger Kung Fu. He is a highly respected Master here in the US. http://www.whitetigerschools.com/ He has a couple of branches in LA. Contact him and ask the locations. There are a few Shantung Black Tiger schools too. If you like those styles, you might want to look at Bak Mei as it is similar to White Tiger.

Some martial arts fans thought that there is a cat style kung fu or a fighting style is a cat-like kung fu, the Hsing Yi has a "Cat Form" as I mentioned in another topic about xingyiquan kung fu, and jackie chan emulate a cat-like techniques in his old movie about "jackie chan the Snake in the shadow of cat claw".

I will mention the main difference between different colors of tiger kung fu styles and how this is not the matter of just colors, it is about the fighting techniques and powerful stances and movements taken to fight using every tiger coloring style.

First: Fighting Techniques of Black tiger kung fu style:
Also named "Hei hu quan". It is
characterized by its extensive footwork, acrobatic kicks, low, wide stances, and unique fist position (where the thumb is curled in the same manner as the other fingers, rather than wrapped around them). According to the Shaolin Grandmasters, the style is the single most external style in the Shaolin canon; the longer the stylist practices, however, the more she or he comes to rely solely on internal power. In this respect it is similar to Northern Praying Mantis.
also no special costumes of tiger kung fu.

First video is about learning the black tiger kung fu style form:

Note that: Black tiger kung fu is the Shaolin Shandong black tiger fist (Chinese: 黑虎拳, Hei hu quan) and it is a northern Chinese martial art which originated in Shandong Province.

Masters and teachers of shaolin kung fu style:
Grandmaster Shi De Qian The Vice President of Henan Martial Arts Association; Secretary Chief of China Shaolin Quan Research Center; President of China Shaolin Wushu University.

Master Shi Xing Jian (Master Bao) is a 32nd Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk from the original Shaolin Temple in Henan province. He is an outstanding martial artist, a national first level coach and successor of Yi Jin Jing.

Master Shi Yan Can (Master Can) Born and raised in Dengfeng (birthplace of Chinese Kung Fu) Master Can is a 34th gerneration warrior monk of the Shaolin Temple. He has been practicing wushu since 1999.

Master Zhang Chaojie The master of traditional fist and Qi Gong started to learn traditional Chinese Kung Fu from his father at a very young age. He has been doing martial arts for over 20 years. He is a traditional martial artist with high moralities and a friendly personality, who has been teaching traditional kung fu for over 10 years.

Second: Fighting techniques of white tiger kung fu style:
Bok Fu is an external martial arts system incorporating primarily Kenpo and Kung Fu fighting styles. Bok Fu translates to “White Tiger.” The white tiger is a rare and aggressive animal that exemplifies the system's fighting mentality. Upon observing a white tiger in India, the founder of the system, Richard Lee Couvelier, adopted the Chinese translation of Bok-Fu for the name of his style of martial arts ,which had been passed down over many generations, under many names, from Shaolin, by way of Japan.

Bok Fu is an aggressive external martial arts system. It combines the 5 animals of Shaolin – Tiger, Crane, Panther, Snake, and Dragon – with Kenpo Karate and Shotokan. The training progresses from hard Japanese Shotokan movements, to hard/soft Japanese Kenpo style movements, to fluid soft style Kung Fu movements - each with the mentality of the Tiger.

Sample of deadly strikes of tiger kung fu:

But the question will be; is the tiger kung fu still valid to be applied in the real fighting combats??
I think It will be always found in the real fighting situations as a very aggressive fighting style, this video show you how to applay some tiger techniques.

Also you can learn from shaolin tiger kung fu how to apply and utilize fighting techniques in real situations to defend yourself.

If you want to learn tiger kung fu online you can download some tiger style books available in the internet but beware of dangerous skills on your body, before learning to fight with tiger fighting techniques you need first to train your fingers and make them strong enough to fight with them, also train your arms to attain aggressive implementation of tiger skills.

The striking movements are lightning fast, agile and powerful.

Tiger kung fu is one of the techniques found in Shaolin temple as many of traditional chinese martial arts, where skilled player of Tiger claw has strength and ferocity, speed and power fist and fingers.
But before we rehearse on Tiger Claw you must first rehearse the basic exercises such as stances and the steps and the method of punching, defense and kicking

Common Techniques which are unique to Fu-Jow Pai kung fu style are ripping, tearing, clawing and grasping applications."

There are basic exercises that must be mastered well before to specialize in a certain style
These exercises include five animals of shaolin boxing (* Snake * of Tiger * Dragon * Monkey and Crane)
These exercises require a long time and this depends on the player himself and the extent of its development, and then be able to specialize in the method that he wants
Learn the kata or the Form and its applications and then learns fighting it out with any other method
Tiger Claw and exercises rely on strength exercises fist and fingers

Clawing Jar training to enhancing fingers power.
from "shaolin.org"

Hold a jar using a tiger claw, and move it about. Add a cup of water each day. When the jar is full of water, add a cup of sand each day to increase the weight of the jar. Keep adding sand according to your endurance limit, or until the jar is full. Practice daily.
Fierce Tiger

An old picture showing Sifu Wong practicing “Clawing Jar”

The above are the methods to develop Tiger Claw Force. If you train diligently morning and evening for one or two years, you will certainly succeed. The biggest hindrance in force training is whether the student has perseverance. If you persevere and progress gradually according to established methods, you will certainly succeed irrespective of what kind of force you attempt.

During the training process, the student must have sufficient “spirit” and “energy”. If the student is lacking in “spirit” and “energy” (i.e. mentally and physically weak), not only he will become tired easily but also harm himself physically and mentally. Students must realize this important point.

It is recommended that during the training period students drink one or two doses of “Concoction for Nourishing Energy and Nurturing Blood” every month. (The ingredients are provided in Chinese in the illustration.) He should also have sufficient sleep at night.

Second exercise: it is simple, Push exercise on fingers for 60 times in three sessions
Exercise III: Hit the hot sand or beans with fingers

What is xingyiquan?
In chinese 形意拳 and typed as pinyin text "Xíng Yì Quán"; and in Wade–Giles written "Hsing I Ch'üan" or "Hsing I"
xingyiquan latteraly meaning is "Form/Intention Fist", or "Shape/Will Fist",

Xingyiquan history:
Is a martial art originated in Henan Muslim Province in the heart of the Muslim clan Hui and is considered one of the strongest arts and methods of self-defense and martial in China for a long time it was known that the best way to fight the real and effective in street fighting , but it was little are known correct way to learning and training
Xinyiliuhequan and Zhaquan and Qishiquan embedded and fired them Jiaomenquan

Training methods and exercises of Xinyiliuhequan not like any art methods of training or another style of combat , there are new things that have been used in the fighting, such as beating a shoulder style to fight over short distances

Also many Legends are behind how the Xingyiquan has been found?
As legend of Ma Xueli of Henan Province and Dai Long Bang of Shanxi Province
According to the book Henan Orthodox Xingyi Quan written by Pei Xirong (Chinese: 裴锡荣) and Li Ying’ang (Chinese: 李英昂), Xingyi[disambiguation needed] Master Dai Long Bang"...wrote the Preface to Six Harmonies Boxing in the 15th reign year of the Qianlong Emperor [1750]. Inside it says, '...when [Yue Fei] was a child, he received special instructions from Zhou Tong. Extremely skilled in spearfighting, he used the spear to create fist techniques and established a skill called Yi Quan [意拳]. Meticulous and unfathomable, this technique far outstripped ancient ones."

    "于乾隆十五年为“六合拳”作序云：“岳飞当童子时，受业于周侗师，精通枪法，以枪为拳，立法以教将佐，名曰意拳，神妙莫测，盖从古未有之技也。"

Throughout the Jin, Yuan and Ming Dynasties few individuals had studied this art, one of them being Ji Gong (also known as Ji Longfeng and Ji Jike) of Shanxi Province. After Yue Fei's death, the art was lost for half a millennium. Then, during the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shaanxi Province's Zhongnan Mountains, Yue Fei's boxing manual was discovered by Ji Gong.

Hsing I legends In the modern world The Ten Theses of Xingyiquan credited to Yue Fei however he is not the real founder of the xing Yi boxing, but he put many editorials and development from his martial background and strong understanding of xingyiquan. Or Xing Yi Quan may well have evolved from military spear techniques without any credential to yue fei.

For a period in excess of two centuries, this method was too secretive and do not know is a very small number of Muslims who live in China and the beginning of this century, only the clan Han learning this method

But to this day can find many of the experts and skilled in the style of the Masters Xinyiliuhequan communities in many Hui Muslim clan

As mentioned at the beginning of this century spread this method , especially in Shanghai through Lu Songgao method is divided into two main branches as they branch Lushan and Luoyang branch and the final section is still rare outside the clan Hui

xingyiquan techniques, moves, and forms:
aggressive, seemingly linear movements
short range cobat style which make it a powerful fighting style.
coordinated movements to generate bursts of power intended to overwhelm the opponent
Attack when defending techniques as in wing chun and jit kown do.

Forms difers as schools difers but most xing Yi forms characterized by:
bare-handed fighting with empty hands and in usage of weapons and grouped in forms "combination of single movements into simeltaneous sequence".
Most movement and body mechanics depend on the practice of staffs and spears.
shoulder attack is a special skill in Hsing I style.
Any way; xingyiquan is a Wudang styles of chinese martial arts which is based on internal energy and short range combat in comon.

Xingyiquan fighting styles:
Hsing I style is consists from two main classes:
Ma family's Xin Yi Liu He Quan.
Dai family's Liu He Xin Yi Quan.
Then Dai family techniques developed into three other orders:
Shanxi (including the Song-family sub-branch)
Hebei (Most commonly practiced Xing Yi Quan, and the branch Yi Quan evolved from)
Henan (an alternative name for Ma family's Xin Yi Liu He Quan, Muslims fighting styles)

Both the Shanxi and Hebei branches use a twelve animal system with five elements while the Henan branch uses ten animals. Depending on the lineage, it may or may not use five elements. Due to the historical complexity and vagueness of the lineages, it is uncertain which branch would constitute the "authentic" Xingyiquan.

Basic movements of xingyi quan:
Zhan Zhuang stance is the common due to It is the simplest method to work on the training of one's Intent (Yi). They are used to develop one's martial structure. One can learn the bodily alignments of the art and perfect them in a more relaxed state. Correct breathing can be trained more methodically while holding Zhan Zhuang. There are certain health benefits involved in such training.

Other basic moves are Hun Yuan Zhuang, Wu Ji Zhuang, Fu Hu Zhuang, Xiang Long Zhuang and their many variants.

Plow Stepping movement:
It is similar to the stance in Bagua Zhang style, and it is an explosive stepping method.

Shi Li / Mo Jin movement:
advanced body mechanics and circles.
take in your account that it may be a starting point or a help with real
classes but not an independent source of education.

Praying Mantis Kung Fu by Un Ho Bun
(0901764094)
a tiny book published in 1974 , smaller than A5 I think and 96 pages
Begin with a short history section then some hand positions and stances illustrated by about 48 pictures
End with application for some basic mantis skills
tang lang form from is obviuosly explained in this book
Dis-advantages include short descriptions which
make it difficult to be educated for beginners, also small size make
the picture seems worse so that you may be see the author wearing black
in front of a dark background and cannot recognize postures of stances.
you my advice to best choose what to learn from all the great martial
arts variety and for the most effective martial arts teaching Plans for
your children from various ages and gender.

I Here I
was able to model the simple comparison between the most famous martial
arts and the oldest is karate, kung fu, taekwondo

Most experts and players to recommend to their practice martial arts on the following order:
Kung fu, taekwondo, then Carr
And some experts in martial arts may have other opinion’s fill the pillars of the Internet
Of course, many comparisons beween other martial arts will be followed later, be followed…

Now for those 3 detailed comparisons between karate, kung fu, and taekowndo to best
choose what type of martial arts should you train it for you and for
children

1- kung fu
has many fighting styles to choose from, all of them require
flexibility and require both strength and flexibility to practice kung
fu fighting styles:
Nature style "Tai Chi": Depends on the
counter blow strong opponent using movements mimic the power of nature
in the serenity and calm, but its interior force and destruction
Boxing
style Shaolin Temple monks: depends on a strong and direct strikes that
inflict harm and decisive powers applied against opponents

Style
of kung fu schools all use weapons like a sword, knife and daggers and
sticks along with the use of hands and legs in punching and kicking
accurately and efficiently and with great flexibility, strength acquired
by Kung Fu trainee with the time to be able to exercise this powerful
and difficult movements

You must choose a kung fu school that fit your hobbies and hopes that you want, and
If
your body is strong, or you want to strengthen your body and wish to
have to punch and kick a strong and decisive, then I advise you by kung
fu techniques that rely on the strength and rigidity in the battlefield
is the best combat tactics for you

If your body is
weak not likely to rehearse on the styles fighting hard like boxing
monks of Shaolin or like her, then the style of kung fu appropriate for
you is the styles the internal that depend on strengthening the strength
the internal and shown to give you the power of apparent in your
muscles and bones at the same time enhance trust your strength and your
own to be able to employ-power phenomenon in bringing the largest amount
of damage to your opponent and win it

Methods that depend on the strength and rigidity and difficult exercise in the Chinese kung fu is like:
Shaolin boxing style, the style of Kung Fu Wing Chen, Sandu Style, and the drunken boxing style in the old Kung Fu

Chinese
martial techniques that rely on the strengthening of the internal
energy of the body and used to enhance muscle strengths and enhance the
confidence of the trainee on Chinese martial arts is like:
Style boxing Nature "Tai Chi", Chi Kung style, the style Pak Wa
I have more reviews of kung fu fighting techniques, look it up.

2-Taekwondo: is an exciting sport and a martial art is also strong
Taekwondo is defined as the method of use of the hands and feet for self-defense.
- Tae section: means the foot.
- Kwon section: express your fist.
- Part Doo: meaning method

Taekwondo rely on more than punches kicks even combat groups in taekwondo called "Boumza" also contain more than punches kicks
Taekwondo also contain a wide range of acrobatic movements such as the flying kicks
Taekowndo
is a sport and art of fighting without weapons, and using hands and
feet to attack and defense, including the development of the mind and
the body.

Taekwondo exercise for the body:
Excellent
exercise for children in particular in the growth phase, and an ideal
way to help adults to maintain physical fitness, and as the sport
requires moving the joints many quick movements and which increases the
flexibility of the body in addition to recreation and to get rid of the
feelings of anger.

Taekwondo martial art without weapons:
Attack
and defense have hands and feet, and which distinguishes the sport and
helped to spread is a powerful rapid movements and multiple.
Taekwondo
is martial art of the attack, and at the same time focusing on the
defensive side, which prompted many people to learn the sport.

Taekwondo as a sport:
And
is considered the sport is part of the sports world to take an active
role with the Olympics, Games Pan Am and Asian Games, and Pan American
Games and Games South American. And wears clothes and protective to
limit the damage physical, enjoyment of the game is now easier and less
damage.

Taekwondo as educational way:
Taekwondo
way to train the body and mind and mental skills until we get a mature
personality, training is divided into a lesson in fitness and attack and
self-defense.

So that taekowndo is the best martial
arts for who want a free style combat, and interested more in acrobatic
tactics like in movies of Hollywood actress like bruce lee, Jackie chan,
jet lee, and Steven Segal for examples

Taekowndo for
children is the best martial arts to grow on it, give kids flexible body
along with strengthen their self esteem, I listed many benefits for kid's taekowndo.

Karate: Is the oldest traditional martial arts known and believed that it was born all the other martial arts
Traditional Karate rely on simple kicks and punches and move in the nearby-level fighting or so called short range combat, show full list of karate techniques.
There is no in karate but little flying kicks compared with taekowndo or kung fu
Karate consists mainly of combat groups they call "kata"
Kata consists in Karate of simple movements using the legs and hands and fingers and sometimes the head

Most
martial arts practitioners agree that the traditional in Karate does
not work in the real battlefields on the streets or in the fight against
opponents proficient in martial arts more effectiveness, such as kung
fu or taekwondo

Karate techniques for adults is the
fastest martial arts in education, where you may take only two years to
get a black belt, the highest belt in karate is granted

Karate
for kids and boys can be learned as a quick and easy in the fighting,
but not actually in real fighting against groups like the rest of the
martial arts, as he was a minor in the use of combat weapon.
you can see my recommendation on how to find karate instructor, and how to learn Karate.

Finally I hope it is clear to search and find then choose the best and suited martial arts for you and your children.

Simple strategy to teach martial arts for kids from the age of 4 until the adult age:
Teaching
kids martial arts from a young age is the best way to strengthen the
bodies of your children and become men in the future are strong
physically and have dynamic minds as well as possessing great confidence
in themselves reinforce their physical forces

I think Martial arts classes for kids is the long term tactic to build a strong warrior
Children
interested in kung fu, taekownod, and Karate spirit able to learn more
of traditional fighting techniques of old monks that turn them into
great warriors like old martial artists and warriors

Kid classes of martial arts in start stage “young age’s stage”:
usually from the age 4, 5, and 6 years old until the age of 11, 12, or 13 years old
Kids
in kung fu classes start to learn acrobatic movements from the age of
beginning until the age group where they can carry the difficult
exercises for fighting Kung Fu

Kid’s intermediate stage of martial arts classes:
Also may be we call it the “boy stage of martial arts”
Children martial arts intermediate classes have a flexible body and soft muscles can be easily formed
Middle-age
stage where children are trained to kicking and punching techniques
using simple battle groups of several fighting styles in the most
traditional arts such as Kung Fu

Advanced stage to train kids Martial arts:
Starting
from the end of the age of childhood, 13 years old or 14 years old and
the beginning of puberty and becomes a boy a man of great strong body
after that over a period of flexibility and stage teach how to fight,
and now after puberty has become a body strong enough to withstand great
muscular exercises to train muscles and strengthened to bring out the
largest amount of force in the combat use of fighting techniques that
have already been learned in the stage of the boy.

More
educational strategies to learn martial arts and more teaching
techniques of martial arts for kids, boys, girls, and adults will be
added frequently follow me…

No Gi grappling Vs Boxing and MMA, how to choose MA classes?

The complete program to follow when attend no gi grappling classes is to combine with a boxing class and may be fitness gym as well, but this program could take your time and efforts, so let’s explain the whole process before trying of any:
First you should decide whether Self defense/violence situation/street fighting/UFC competitions are what you are seeking for or just want to emphasis your health and not training martial arts, it is up to you.

Boxing techniques
depends mainly on punches, so I think if the main target to learn a martial art is to use it in self defense and protecting yourself from street fighters, the boxing techniques is enough to defend the bullies.
There are some really great and exciting boxers out there who tend to be in better shape than most martial artists.

What about MMA combination?

MMA goes against moving the hips too much as the stance leaves you a little open from attack of kicks.

Cover the board: MMA classes usually cover a broad range of arts in a shorter time period, so it is less than a year and you can gain abilities and viable skills to for fighting in many situations.

The age: I think it is No doubt to start martial arts class at any age, and for what is the best age to compete in MMA fights I think that there is age not a factor in almost all martial arts as I think, for example you can see the previous month at UFC 109 the oldest competitor on the roster, 46 year old Randy Couture took on the second oldest, 45 year old Mark Coleman in the headline bout. On the same card retirement was a distinct possibility for the loser of the Matt Serra Vs Frank Trigg bout, two ‘veterans’ with a combined age of 73.Also, the average age of the fighters currently competing in the UFC is 29.5 years old.

The most common age is 28.
The youngest competitor is Rory Macdonald who is just 20 years of age.
The oldest competitor is Randy Couture at 46 years old.
In the Heavyweight UFC; Oldest Fighter: Anthony Perosh and he is 37 years old and the Champion of 2010 was Brock Lesnar and he was 32 Yo, and in the heavyweight division an overwhelming majority of 74% are 3o or over. and in the Light-heavyweight Oldest Fighter: Randy Couture at 46 years old
And I think that you can practice MMA with/without need to compete in UFC’

Comparing the reviews between Boxing and MMA and No-gis grappling

Most people think Boxers could beat most MMA fighters in a fight, one punch from these boxers with a clear blow would be a finisher and they are usually very fast (Mike Tyson could dish out 4 punches every second) at dishing these punch's out. Although as soon as the Boxer loses range and balance the MMA would have the advantage. Bruce Lee Himself said that Punches were for the win and Kicking was for the croud. I watched a lot of violence scenes from Bruce lee’s movies and approx. all fights are punches and kicks and rarely using grappling.

Boxing involves a lot of movement and rotation of the hips with your footwork to build power of moves; If you know how to move well and box well; MMA with boxing will definitely help

MMA is a mix of kicking, punching and grappling. It takes aspects from JuJitsu Combat and Muay Thai mostly with some punching, the mix of styles and fighters you see. One may be a masterful striker, while the other excels at grappling, and the amount of strategy used to get the win is what keeps me interested, With boxing you only get punching with those big gloves but with MMA you get way more action. Punching, kicking, submissions. It’s got something for everyone and is probably the reason boxing isn’t nearly as popular as it once was. Way more styles in MMA so when the fighters go up against different people its more entertaining to see what they will actually do to counter that style., I want to mention that the gloves is to save peoples lives, if these guys fought bare fisted they'd kill each other. Plus, the Gloves don't offer too much protection, David haye broke his hand in the first couple of minutes fighting the 7ft1 Beast from the east Nikolai Valuev, yet he still fought all 12 Rounds and ended up winning - punching with a broken hand.

I think I can help you to choose:

General fighting situations: Most people are fighting with fists in schools or bars or crowd…, so the Boxing is a common fighting style, because boxing decrease the time used to start fighting and doesn’t require a short distance or long distance to begin the moves, then most fights ends with ground grappling, so that we see that all natural fights uses Boxing techniques then ground grappling or submission, so if you the kind of that, Boxing and No-Gi grappling is the best combination of martial arts styles.

Broad fighting situations: Some people may love to learn many situation, so that when depends on the situation; ground fights like to use JuJitsu Combat , and if it a Close fight, boxing is suitable solution, but with Longer distance fighting Taekwondo (tkd) will be fast way since TKD depending mainly on kicking moves, where Taekwondo is almost entirely kicking and works strongly on the legs.

combining many classes to improve your fighting skills are too expensive to take classes in Boxing and another class in grappling and another class in stretching techniques, As you have the Time and money to spend every thing could be great!, but if you have to work for a living, training-competing cost a lot of money, travel-food-hotels ect..., The burdens of life may be an obstacle in order to practice the martial arts with various styles as well as you cannot engaged in many martial arts classes for the same reasons and people with old ages also may find the same obstacles.

So MMA or kung fu the Sanda style is enough to combine all fighting and sparring techniques either in real fight at streets or in competitions, and no need to additional classes in gym or boxing or even No-gis grappling (BJJ)

Notes:
No-Gi is: the form of competition and training that does not use a "jacket", "gi," or "combat kimono," often worn with belts that establish rank by color, may be called “Submission wrestling, as submission fighting, submission grappling, submission wrestling, sport grappling, or simply as No-Gi”.

No gi grappling is focusing on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds, in MMA grappling techniques sometimes called submission wrestling to refer to mixed martial arts competition skills that are submission wrestling skills used to defeat an opponent, Brazilian jiu jitsu is the a No-Gi grappling martial art.

How to Learn Shaolin Kung Fu Fundamental Training by Jwing-Ming Yang

The Needs to best Martial arts course to learn from home will not stop as well as experienced martial arts instructor, so one of the well-known Kung fu shaolin DVDes is one called Shaolin Kung Fu Fundamental Training, that written by sifu Jwing-Ming Yang.
Some recommendations of wing chun kung fu masters and teachers I found round there:

Wing Chun in North Suburbs Tony Kariotis teaches north of Chicago called Glenview. His website is www.mukjong.com, He's a bit eccentric but very well experienced and informed.

William Cheung Wing Chun in Chicag: I donot know if this school still there or not but anyway Sifu Milan is he teacher and he also a certified personal trainer (which means you won't be getting the lazy man's/woman's wing chun here) and he also teaches Qi Gong which has helped me help to relax, destress and focus better.

Wong Shun Leung lineage. which in my biased opinion, is the best. and proven.

Amazing collection of kung fu schools/classes in chicago, PA, WA, and NY Citites added every day at Children Martial Arts Blog

Be carefull of teaching a two dimensional "face slapping" method of wing chun fake teachers. Actually, most kung fu systems suffer from same
problem, in that the people teaching them are not genuine instructors.

Kung
Fu is the best martial arts, at least in my view, as a person exercised
a lot of martial arts, the spectrum has helped me to identify the style
and the way each combat and fighting strategies in each martial art.
If
you decide to learn kung fu I think you are starting to take the right
path towards the best way to defend yourself against harassing you on
the street, but please do not use kung fu against your friends in school
and I warn you also that you use against your sisters or brothers at
home or who are younger than you are.
Because kung fu martial arts and all MA
styles been invented to go out where all the internal energy stored
inside you, which leads to the accumulation negative effects on the way
you interacted with people and the way of discharging your duties daily.

Kung Fu practice
helps you improve style of interaction with people and helps you to
spend your day and you are relieved of the body and clear the mind.

How to learn kung fu at home without paying any cents?
First:
you must know that martial arts should be exercised under the
supervision of a teacher of martial arts professional and an expert on
how the treatment and training of trainees in all ages and knows how to
train the bodies of the players, is also know to train their minds and
take out the best in them, thus he have achieved the goal of martial
arts correctly.

Second: to learn kung fu of free books
or other free stuff that are everywhere on the Internet, some of these
books distributed illegally, but you can purchase, there are great
references to Kung Fu cheap and bear fruit as well and deliver you
valuable kung fu lessons.

Third: We must know very well
that you should learn the technical basics and strategic kicking using
the legs and punching using hands and learn the types of fists in Kung Fu also
must take strong idea about the beginnings of kung fu and how to deal
with every style in kung fu, because each style needs to be a way
specific and consists of various steps and stances for the other method
or style in kung, for example styles that originated in northern China relies on kicking legs more than a fist punching and vice versa in styles that originated in southern China, such as Foshan the Chinese city of martial arts.

Fourth:
Read firstly well for each style of kung fu and know very well the way
that suits your potential physical and mental capabilities, there are
those who can not implements some movements, for example, exercise
methods in kung fu animal styles that mimic the movements of animals
that need to get to a good level of physical resilience to learn kung fu
for ways of animals, but if you want to learn an easy way to defend
yourself is better for you is Kung fu Sanda or Sando kung fu, which is
plain and simple and consists of essential Kung Fu kicking, punching and
movements , and if you want to exercise a kung fu style strengthens the
Respiratory way and make your breath a long and it helps to relax your
body muscles and nerves; Tai Chi kung fu is the best technique of Kong fu for you to learn and exercised at any time.

Fifth: I advise you to look for some videos published by some of the players and lovers of martial arts and many of them on YouTube, for example, videos on YouTube explaining how the good performance of the movements and the proper steps to implement the martial arts movements.

V.:
Train quietly and continuity because few hold exercises will make you
stronger, but not to continue every day in the exercise will make kung
fu exercises lose its effectiveness every day and look like you start
the first time every time you intend to exercise them.

Sixth:
You can post one of your friends or neighbors who trust them to learn
together so you can both implementing of collective kung fu exercises
and make simulation of a real contact fight.

Seventh:
Do not lose your patience if you can not perform some movements because
this means that you have to rehearse more to get leniency and
flexibility necessary for kung fu training, however kung fu is also not an easy art.

Eighth:
I forgot to tell you that you have to "Empty your Cup to start Learn",
means you must your mind be cleaned of all the combat movies such films:
Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee that you interested in and loved them
and affected you because it will hinder your mind on the implementation
of the movements; the truth, as some films Represent fighting movements
with Visual cinematic tricks, so not everything you see in the movies
