The time has come! This Saturday KZSC announced the arrival of it’s Spring pledge drive. This is the time when you can show us how much we mean to you. Your donation means that we can continue to broadcast over the air and through your computer year-round, without commercials, and and without sacrificing our completely original programing.

To show you how much your support means to us, we have bucketloads of goodies to give back to you. Tune in to any of your usual favorite shows to see what they’ve got for you.

For those of you into indie rock, we have SIX of the new Beach House records to give away, “Teen Dream”. The CD comes paired with a DVD that features a video for each of the songs on the album. And, by the way, this album is killer. Read our review here and check out the video to their song “Silver Soul” below.

After decades of legal entanglements, his estate is releasing new live and studio music from the guitar master and will do so for many years to come. Promised in the near future: the historic sessions done with Stephen Stills. Just released: Valleys of Neptune, a mix of unreleased familiar songs (Hear My Train A Comin’, a cover of Sunshine of Your Love, etc.) and new tunes (Mr. Bad Luck, Crying Blue Rain, etc.). Hendrix fans couldn’t be happier. KZSC is offering copies of the new CD as a thank you gift on our website and during our on-air pledge drive. Our Friday artist profile program, “Block of Bliss” will spotlight Hendrix on March 12th at 5 pm. Rock on Jimi!
