-250gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;

-scaglie di cioccolata per guarnire.&lt;br /&gt;

In una ciotola unite il burro ammorbidito a temperatura ambiente con lo zucchero e sbattete bene gli ingredienti con le fruste.&lt;br /&gt;

Sgusciate le uova, unitele al composto e continuate a mescolare con le fruste, aggiungendo un po' alla volta il latte.&lt;br /&gt;

Preparate due ciotole. In una unite la farina, la cannella, il lievito e lo zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-140gr di farina di grano tenero&lt;br /&gt;
-50gr di zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
-80gr di burro&lt;br /&gt;
-1 tuorlo&lt;br /&gt;
-2 cucchiaini di zucchero vanigliato&lt;br /&gt;
-1 cucchiaio di succo di limone&lt;br /&gt;
-marmellata o nutella per farcire&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
In una ciotola capiente mettete la farina setacciata, il burro ammorbidito, lo zucchero, il tuorlo, lo zucchero vanigliato e il succo di limone. Lavorate bene l'impasto e fatelo riposare tutta la notte.&lt;br /&gt;
Trascorso il tempo necessario, prendete l'impasto che potrà risultare un pò sbriciolato perciò lavoratelo altri 5 minuti e stendetelo su una spianatoia infarinata, con un mattarello. L'impasto dovrà essere spesso circa 2 o 3 mm.&lt;br /&gt;
Utilizzando degli stampini ricavate varie forme e disponetele su una teglia leggermente imburrata e ben infarinata. Infornate in un forno già caldo a 150 gradi e cuocete per circa 5-15 minuti. I biscotti saranno pronti non appena i bordi risulteranno leggermente colorati.&lt;br /&gt;
Farciteli a piacere con la marmellata o con la nutella e decorateli a piacere con una delle glasse che troverete nel mio blog.&lt;br /&gt;
Il giorno dopo i biscotti saranno ancora più buoni perchè si saranno ammorbiditi, alcuni aspettano addirittura una settimana prima di mangiarli:-)&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Mettete i biscotti macinati in una ciotola e bagnateli con il rum. Lasciate riposare per qualche minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
Intanto in un'altra ciotola mescolate il burro ammorbidito con il cacao e le &lt;a href="http://www.surfcanyon.com/search?f=sl&amp;amp;q=noci&amp;amp;partner=wtiffeub" style="border-bottom: medium dotted; text-decoration: none;" target="scSearchLink"&gt;noci&lt;/a&gt; macinate finemente.&lt;br /&gt;
Unite entrambi i composti, lavorateli e formate delle palline grandi circa come una noce e avvolgetele nel cocco. Fatele riposare nel frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
Servitele fredde.&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 spicchio di aglio&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo&lt;br /&gt;
- 4/5 cucchiai di pangrattato&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite le cozze e buttate eventualmente quelle già aperte. Mettetele su una padella capiente, aggiungete 2 bicchieri di acqua, uno spicchio d' aglio e fatele cuocere a vapore per circa 5-10 minuti per farle aprire. Intanto mettete in una ciotola il pangrattato, il prezzemolo tritato e un pizzico di sale e mescolate.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando le cozze si saranno aperte, togliete il guscio superiore e gettatelo. Disponete le cozze su una teglia e spargete il pangrattato con il prezzemolo su tutte le cozze. Se preferite potete aggiungere mezzo cucchiaino di sugo di pomodoro su ogni cozza.&lt;br /&gt;

Separate i tuorli dagli albumi. Montate bene gli albumi a neve.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; font-family: inherit; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; font-family: inherit; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Sciogliete il burro in un pentolino. Mettete &amp;nbsp;le uova, lo zucchero e il latte in una ciotola con i bordi alti e cominciate a mescolare il composto con le fruste, aggiungendo un po’ alla volta la farina ed infine il burro sciolto. Mescolate sino a quando il composto non sarà liscio e senza grumi. Se il composto vi sembra troppo liquido aggiungete un po’ di farina, al contrario se risulta troppo denso aggiungete un po’ di latte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; font-family: inherit; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Fate riposare il composto per circa 30 minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; font-family: inherit; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Prendete una piccola noce di burro e spalmatela bene con un tovagliolo su tutta la padella antiaderente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; font-family: inherit; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Riscaldate bene la padella su un fuoco medio e versate un mestolo dell’impasto al centro della padella.
