This is the final conclusion of Part 1, where Dr. Howard - who gained over 3 inches in length and 2 inches in girth with penile exercising (PE) - explained how he did it.

In this part, he talks about some of his keys to success, as well as PE becoming more out in the open.

You’ve been very successful in both PE and in life. What principles or secrets have you applied throughout both to get where you are?

With all goals in life, it’s never a 9 inning game. . .

You play until you succeed. You can’t think of reasons of why you shouldn’t or can’t do something, you just do it. . .

One place to start is through judicious studying of your goal, do your homework! You try to identify sources of information that are most credible to build a model of the goal and can lead to the great probability of success.

Also, in both life and PE, be ready to accept a great deal of failures. Failure is built into the system of growth, you learn mostly through your failures. We have to have mountain tops and we have to have valleys in the life process. To appreciate the mountain tops one must experience the valleys also.

Why do you believe PE isn’t more out in the open (mainstream)?

It will be. It’s a process. It takes times and is analogous to vitamin supplementation.

For instance, back in the 60’s and 70’s you did have health food stores to a modest degree. The medical profession was heavily predisposed against it simply due to their training. We health professionals and MD’s basically want to present what we believe to be scientific grounding in our opinions. If we don’t have enough science on something, we’ll dismiss it.

Scientific backing is a safeguard for doctors. But with all new discoveries, you do have your innovative physicians who will step out and say this is intuitively reasonable even though you don’t have a lot of scientific proof to it.

Do you believe that is happening with penile exercising?

Yes! Progression of a concept and its broad acceptance starts out with a few people.

For instance, with PE a few people take out the ruler and VIOLA! They don’t need to go to a doctor to realize they’ve gained. Then they go to forums such as Thunder’s Place and PE Gym and they talk about it.

At this point, the spark turns into a fire. It will eventually spread to captivate the awareness of the scientific community.

How long do you think this will take?

I’m not sure. It took a couple of decades at least for the scientific community to become aware of the concept of alternative medicine as a complement to traditional medicine. And now it’s widespread and taught at major universities like Harvard and Johns Hopkins.

I imagine that the time frame will probably be compressed with PE due to the advent of the computer, the Internet and the access of the computer.

Sooner or later the fire will get so big that the scientific community cannot ignore it. But history dies hard. It is hard to change history. People have mindsets and are trained in certain ways. You just have to accept their position and go along. But it will happen.

You kind of have to be an independent thinker and not a sheep. They have a Shepherd-sheep mentality in religion. It’s to your benefit to be an independent thinker and not be afraid of new concepts. Even if it might be a taboo subject, go for it and learn.

Do you believe PE is hard to understand?

In my experience, PE has an substantial learning curve. I hope that one day it achieves a more systematic approach as modern day body building.

It’s still in the early stages and you have so much information along with contradicting information. It can be confusing for someone new to it.

Your book has been instrumental in systemizing PE somewhat and making it easier to apply.

How big of a role does health partake in your reasoning for exercising your penis?

Overall health represents integrity - spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

I PE to increase my penis’s functionality and size, which adds to the sexual pizzazz factor that most honest people will admit they are seeking.

PE adds to the general quality of life. As in body building, PE exercises increase strength. PE adds a tangible aspect to intimacy and lovemaking.

What are your feelings on cardiovascular health and PE?

I think cardiovascular health is very important and is particularly helpful in PE. It triggers a favorable biochemistry and physiology that is much more accommodating to erection responsiveness and stamina.

It also could accelerate healing time and overall health. Also, with general supplements like multivitamins and more specialized supplements one could further optimize the healing/health process as well.

Do you have any final tips, warnings or suggestions for men who want to improve their penis?

Read and study. Try not get too confused about it, but learning is the first point. Go at it in increments that are intuitively safe. Be careful. Don’t be in a rush. It’s a lifestyle. It will yield results, so long as you exercise with health in mind above all else.

Get the technique down and be intuitive about the intensity. Often times we might read about something that so-and-so did who made great gains, and we forget about how long it might have taken them to build up to that point. Repeating their methods can lead to over zealousness and unhealthy exercising.

In terms nutrition keep it balanced, maintain ideal weigh by not overeating, keep the alcohol down. Don’t smoke. All of these factors should be considered with PEing and the overall health of your sexuality.

[Aaron: From observation alone, I find that the men who make the healthiest choices combined with PE tend to gain the most.]

Not all medical professionals are apprehensive about penile exercising.

Some, like Dr. Richard Howard II, actually embrace it with open arms. He has been both a motivation and a lighting rod of support since I first talked to him nearly two years ago.

Dr. Howard wrote the introduction to Exercising the Penis and has one of the most motivational success stories I’ve ever heard. He lost over an inch with a topical cream that caused Peyronie’s and gained it all back and more (totaling over 3 inches gained in length and 2 inches in girth).

How does a doctor go against conventional wisdom and gain so much? I’ll let Howard tell you in his own words . . .

Can you give a quick overview of your professional background?

I have a bachelor’s in biology and economics, a master’s in public health and in biochemistry and a doctorate in public health and all course work up to a doctorate in biochemistry from Tulane University.

My main professional motivation was to determine methods of developing optimum health. It occurred to me that if you’re healthy you can live life to the fullest, and that was really the beginning of my health awareness.

Through exercise, supplements, proper diet, and inputs via a meditative and spiritual nature one has in place the predisposing elements for optimum health. I wanted to be an integrated individual that is healthy, energetic, with minimum stress and maximum mental acuity, and to be able to share this practical and useful knowledge with others for their own self improvement.

Did that have any ties to why you started penile exercising (PE)?

Yes, PE is part of wholeness and integrity of the individual. There seems to be a need in human nature to partition things or have either or, but in my view you can integrate it all - like in the principle of bodybuilding, which should logically include PE.

Eventually, through experiences I became aware of the sexual pizzazz factor. As a result of certain experiences and awareness’s, I began to realize sexuality and the physical tools involved counts in a substantial way in the dimension of interpersonal romantice. For example, all things being equal women with sizable breasts would generally have somewhat of an advantage in romance.

Overtime, I came to the conclusion that this would be most likely true in men as well. If all things were considered equal, the man who was most endowed would have more sexual pizzazz.

How did you get into PE?

I read about the Chartham method and tried that. I gained about a half an inch. After that, there wasn’t much for roughly 20 years. I did use vacuum pumps, but I never felt they worked particularly well in gaining any further than a half an inch.

In 1999, I ran across the Jes Extender and gained 3/8 - 1/2 an inch there in six months. It was a simple and ingenious device and the scientific literature on the extender showed significant results in a trial with this device.

By that time, I had an increase of 3/4th an inch in total.

I then applied a particular formulation that I thought would be theoretically helpful. It turned out that it was a very potent collagen synthesis cofactor and can cause collagen to grow out of control. It resulted in Peyronie’s disease and loss of an inch and a half. It ruined my whole afternoon, and maybe a few months to a year or two.

I went back to the Jes Extender and it simply didn’t have sufficient traction to correct this problem. It was like a tractor trying to pull a Mack truck out of a mud pit. Even though the extender says it can help Peyronie’s, it didn’t help in this case.

Where did you find your answer?

I explored the Internet and stumbled upon Thunder’s Place, which had a rich array of information.

I tried the BibHanger, which is a tool that would be skittishly thought about by many. It is a collar that you can attach to the penis and hang weights. I believe that with careful application it would have the traction to pull out the crimps caused by the atypical Peyronie’s disease.

Hanging was trial and error for me, but it began to work as I progressed in the learning curve which includes knowledge and fineness of right wrapping, the right warm up, the right settings and the slow addition the weights over time. If you don’t, you can have an occasional injury that usually clears up in a day or two to a week. The BibHanger site provides all the information one needs to effectively learn to use the ingenious device and make substantial gains.

How much did you gain?

After a period of time, I was able to pull out the collagen crimps and get back to my pre-Peyronie’s length. It was off and on for a while after that.

Then Katrina hit. I live in New Orleans, so I used PE as a way to cheer myself up. I started various methodologies ranging from jelqing to hanging to pumping.

The tissues in my penis became stronger and I gradually increased my length an extra 2.5 inches in length and 2 inches girth - bringing my current size to 8.25″ X 6″.

Through personal reflection, as a scientist, insights are continually occurring to me as to developing progressive advanced routines for those who wish extraordinary gains.

What tips do you have for men trying to repeat your success?

Always start warm. Whether it is in the morning upon awakening in bed, when you’re already warm, or using a traditional warm up. Study as much as you can, from your book, Penile Exercising Gym, Thunder’s Place, and BibHanger.com and others.

When it comes to stretching, make sure you stretch in all directions - up, down, and all around. The idea is to hit as many angles of the penis causing constructive stress in different areas.

Start with the manual PE moves as illustrated in your book which should yield adequate gains. If one wishes more than mechanical devices such as the BibHanger can be considered. There is always a risk/reward consideration. Also participate in all the health promoting dimensions one can such as diet, exercise, supplements, low stress, and a positive/spiritual outlook.

What about girth?

For girth work, make sure you put pressure on the base so that the anterior section expands.

There are various ways in doing it. I use an overhand grip so that I can get as close to the base as possible. For jelqing, gripping the base is important as well especially if the goal is girth.

Do you think that trying to do too much too soon tightens up the collagen?

Yes, that’s a function of being obsessive about PE. Doing too much causes contraction and a defensive response. That’s the way collagen deals with it.

You have to go at it easily, stay warm, do different variations and try to maintain tissue looseness.

I’m not a fan of the V-stretch or hanging in a V-configuration, as the strain it causes on the dorsal nerve concerns me. I don’t like to put a lot of pressure on the nerve and feel it’s dangerous, so I’m more of an advocate of the A-configuration.

*Aaron: Stay tuned for Part 2, where Dr. Howard talks about the future of PE and gives more insight on how he added over 5 inches to his penis. In the meantime, here are some related posts:

If there is one constant in life, it is failure.

Every plant, animal and species on this planet experiences failure more often than success. It’s a fact of nature. We all fail.

I’m no different.

If there is one thing I’ve learned from countless successful people, from athletes to actors to business women, it’s how we deal with failure that really counts.

What’s the best way to deal with failure? . . .

1. Get back up

Listen to Nick Vujicic. You have to face failure. Brush your shoulders off and get back up. What matters is not how hard or how long our journey is, it’s how we finish.

2. Ask “why?”

Albert Einstein may or may not have been a genius but he sure did have a knack for finding the truth, such as when he quipped, “The true definition of insanity is repeating the same action, over and over, hoping for a different result.”

To make a change, you have to ask yourself, “Why am I failing?” If, for instance, your goal is to accurately throw a football 50 yards and you’re only throwing it 30 yards, you may be failing in one of two key areas: strength or technique.

If you’re failing in strength, you know you have to hit the gym if you want to change. If you’re failing technique, you know you have to practice more.

No matter what you’re trying to improve in — say public speaking, building a business, and even penile exercising — the key ingredient to transforming your failure into a success is asking “why am I failing?”

3. Use the failure

Generally speaking, I think men who frequently exercise — whether it’s their penis, their brains, or their bodies — deal with failure different than others.

We focus on failure. We tend to allow it to become our essence of existence, using it to learn more and to improve. We want to become better, often at everything we do. And we will. So long as we get back up . . . and then ask “why did we fall in the first place?”

It’s understandable. Penile exercising is relatively new, and only recently has the Internet allowed it to flourish into an act that men can discuss freely. Like all new things, it takes time get out in the open.

But it’s slowly becoming more popular.

Last year, I did a poll of the top web sites related to penile exercising. The results suggested that over a million men have used exercises in an effort to make their penis bigger and harder. Even mainstream media is opening their minds. Recent books like Built for Sex talk about jelqing and related exercises in a fairly positive light (kudos to author Scott Hays).

Every once in a while, though, an urologist or sex expert still discredits the effects of penile exercises, claiming it’s “scientifically impossible.” We all make mistakes and there is a lot of misinformation in this world, so it’s easy to understand where the discrediting comes from.

Sometimes, however, I read something that leaves even me baffled.

One of these instances recently came when A. J. “Big Al” Alfaro sent me a link to a WebMD article about Dr. Sheldon Marks take on penis enlargement. In it, Marks, a urologist of 20 years and a male, said . . .

“It is not like the penis is elastic and can be enlarged. It is what it is.”

I’m sure, or I hope for the sake of his patients, that Dr. Marks didn’t mean that literally.

As any guy can attest, the penis is one of the most elastic organs in the body and often enlarges up to 8 times its flaccid size during those “exciting” times.

So what’s with all the confusion?

Why aren’t penile exercises more mainstream?

1. It’s a taboo subject. Even in today’s sexually liberated society, very few people want to talk about penis exercises. The majority of people don’t even want to talk about the penis. Understandably, it doesn’t make for a great dinner conversation. That’s one of the main reasons I started this blog - to get the topic out there in an atmosphere that focuses on improving in all aspects of life (physically, mentally and spiritually).

2. Most of the early adopters don’t want the world to know about it. A large majority of men who exercising their penis have a “fight club” mentality (you do not talk about fight club . . .). Understandably, they are concerned that the “average” size will increase if more men know about it, and in effect lessen their effort.

(Note: If you are one of the men that fear the “competition” will amplify in the sexual arena, first realize that sex isn’t a competition. It’s more like a union between you, your partner, and whoever else may be present. Second, consider how many men would have to gain an inch to raise the “average penis size” even a quarter inch. I imagine, at the very least, tens of millions.)

3. Old myths die hard. The Earth wasn’t proven round overnight (some still even believe it’s flat). It was only in the latter part of the last century that several articles started being published regarding the smooth muscle in the penis.

4. More studies are needed. In today’s scientifically-focused society, nothing is proven without mounds of evidence. And rightfully so. More studies and scientifically scrutinty is needed. When more studies and surveys gradually come out about the effects of penile exercising, we’ll all look back and wonder what took so long for the truth to be established. Hindsight is always 20/20. We already do this now when it comes to the G-spot, even though it wasn’t a proven region until the 1980’s with the release of Whipple, Ladas and Perry’s book.

What do you think? Why isn’t “PE” more out in the open?

If you’re like me and most other men, you are prone to get stressed about the little things.

By nature, men tend to worry, argue and fret about things that really don’t matter in the scheme of it all. For many of us, that includes things that pertain to the bedroom. In fact, experts estimate that the majority of sexual problems for men — especially younger men – are psychological.

Meaning, our sexual problems often occur because we are thinking about doomsday bedroom scenarios too much.

I recently had a man contact me about a minor mishap with premature ejaculation that turned into a full-blow problem. It started with a one-time occurrence that led to him constantly worrying about it happening again. Sure enough, it did. Then again. And again.

He’s not alone. I’ve had dozens of men contact me with similar problems. What’s more, I could relate. In the past, I often worried about several different things going wrong with my penis. My negative focus often caused my worst fears to come true. It’s a common occurrence for men, I presume.

After all, in many ways, every time we enter the bedroom we’re asked to perform. Our most prized organs are placed under the microscope. Women, on the other hand, generally don’t have to worry about their genitalia stopping a good night of fun. If something goes wrong, our side of the fence is usually to blame.

But that doesn’t mean we should let the stress get to us . . .

Be Logical

I’m logical by nature. With virtually everything in my life, after I think about something for a while, logic usually wins out.

Eventually, I stopped and realized the underlining issue with most of my sexual failures. Like most men, it came down to a fear of not performing. Logic led me to ask myself the question I always ask when I face a fear: What’s the worst that can happen if my biggest fears come true? In short, “so what?”

The answer I came to is simple: Stop caring.

“So What?”

It’s not that you shouldn’t care about pleasing the one you’re with, it’s that you should stop worrying. Because, when you stop and think about it, it’s really no big deal. And you know that.

If you’re with a partner that you love and deeply care about - whether it be a wife or a long-term relationship - so what if you ejaculate too soon on more than one occasion? If the person loves you back, they’ll still be there in the morning (often ready to try again).

If you’re on a one night stand with a person you’ll most likely never see again - so what if you can’t get an erection? Please them in another way and then be on yours.

If you’re seeing a person that falls somewhere in between a one-nighter and a person you love, yet they aren’t understanding of a less-than average penis size - so what? People who aren’t understanding aren’t worth your time.

There are soon to be 7 billion people on the planet. It’s easy to find another one who is understanding. And who is much better for your psyche (not to mention much more fun).

Sit Back and Enjoy

You can’t be ashamed, nervous or constantly worrying about how you’ll perform. As sexologist Barbara Keesling, author of How to Make Love All Night says:

“When you’re scared, your penis shows it. When you’re excited, you’re penis shows it. When you’re depressed, your penis knows it, and it behaves accordingly.”

Give your penis the feeling it really wants, and what your partner really wants. Forget the fear. Be excited. Be turned on. Be happy. Your penis will be too.

Sex should be fun, enjoyable and pleasurable. A break from the real world. So forget your worries and please yourself.

Think about having fun. Think about what a great time you’re having. And if you start worrying about releasing your seed to soon or your erection turning sour, think “So what? What’s the worst that can happen?”

Just some thoughts. What do you guys think? Why do you think we men tend to fret so much?

At some point in every man’s life, I presume that he wonders if he can change his penis. Many men think about it much more than others.

I’m curious by nature, so it always awed me how the magnificent organ between my leg works. Several years ago, after a negative comment about my penis from an ex-girlfriend, I searched the Internet for ways to improve the seemingly unimprovable until my head was spinning from information overload.

My research led me to a brigade of knowledge ranging from web sites selling “the secrets of male enhancement exercises” to self-imposed experts stating that “penile exercises don’t work because the penis doesn’t have any muscle in it.”

The latter always stumped me. Even after my own account with penile exercising, I always wondered how it was possible to make the penis bigger and harder if it was indeed not muscular in nature.

How can we stretch and enlarge the tissue within our penis and not damage it? Not only that, how is it that exercising the penis elicits the same type of positive effects that exercising muscle does - size increase, more definition and an increase in hardness?

When I found my answer, I was awestruck . . .

An Organ of Muscle

When I was doing research for Exercising the Penis, I learned that the penis truly is a muscle. Not completely muscle. Not a normal muscle. But approximately 50 percent smooth muscle.

In February in 2004, authors Schwartz et al reported in the Journal of Urology the amount of smooth muscle in the penis:

“Published reports suggest that the average penis smooth muscle percent is between 40% and 50%. “

What exactly is penile smooth muscle? Well, there are actually three types of muscle.

The first, and by far the most popular, is skeletal muscle. If you’ve been to the gym, you’ve exercised skeletal muscle. Your biceps, chest and abs are the most coveted skeletal muscles.

The second, and arguably the most important, is cardiac muscle. It’s the muscle that keeps your heart beating.

The third, and the type found throughout your penis, is smooth muscle. It’s typically found in your organs, blood vessels, and other areas that host lots of blood.

Although the three muscles do have their distinct differences, they all are made of similar structures with proteins, actin and myosin leading the charge.

Healthy Smooth Muscle is Essential for Healthy Erections

After pouring over a database of scientific articles and getting feedback from authorities like Dr. Cassill, I eventually came to realize that penile smooth muscle not only makes up 50 percent of the penis, it’s also the bread-and-butter of a man’s erection strength. As noted by Schwartz et al in the Journal of Urology article:

“Normal smooth muscle content and function are necessary for the initiation and maintenance of erection.”

In another article published in the Urologic Clinics of North America, author Dr. George J. Christ argued that the health of your penis muscle literally defines the health of your erection:

“Complete smooth muscle relaxation is both necessary and sufficient to elicit an erection.”

The Process of an Erection

The importance of the penis smooth muscle actually starts at stimulation. A touch of your partner’s hand. A gentle whisper to the ear. A video of naked Paris Hilton. Whatever gets the blood flowing.

Eventually, whether it takes milliseconds or minutes , your body sends blood to your nether regions. At this moment, your penis smooth muscle relaxes (unlike skeletal and cardiac muscle, smooth muscle spends the majority of it’s time in a contracted state).

The all-important relaxation of your smooth muscle causes the tunica to press against the veins that would normally allow the blood to leave your penis.

With the muscle completely relaxed, the veins are essentially shut off and your penis is hard-and-ready for a good night (or at least a good minute) of love making.

The problem, however, is that the smooth muscle doesn’t always relax all the way - and erectile dysfunction often occurs. It could be due to your smooth muscle not being frequently used (use it or lose it, as the saying goes). It could also be due to overtraining, anxiety, your penis not getting enough blood flow, or a variety of other reasons.

Either way, one thing is certain: The penis does indeed have muscle in it. And just like exercising your arms causes it to grow bigger, harder, and more defined, countless anecdotal reports show that exercising your penis does the same.

Do you guys like posts like these? I have several more anatomy topics. A good article that goes over how you can use smooth muscle clues to guide your training is TGC theory.

I had the largest grin on my face.

I put down the ruler and marked down 4/10 of an inch next to the “length added” column and 1/10 next to “girth added” — bringing the total gain to two inches in length and one inch in girth.

I felt like a new man. Hell, I had become a new man. It was at that point that I knew the book, which would eventually become Exercising the Penis, needed to be written.

The increase of my penis size was only half of it. The other half came in the form of consistent rock-hard erections, a boost in confidence, an increase in self-awareness, and — most importantly — an acceptance of who I am.

All of this was possible with a form of exercising that many experts would say is self-delusional. Or just down right crazy. On more than one occasion, I secretly wondered if they were right. Most of the time now, however, I wonder why the hell doesn’t the world know about this?

Why Do We Care?

Why is it that we men put such an emphasis on our most prized organ? I’ve contemplated this question for many years, and I’m still not so sure. Perhaps it’s because sex, despite our social inhibitions to talk about the topic, is important in today’s society. Perhaps it’s because, as Dr. Lamm says, the penis is man’s gateway to virility, to procreating and to pleasure.

Or maybe it’s much simpler. Perhaps it’s as simple as we just want to be able to please our partners — and we want to please them well and often.

I haven’t always been a pleaser, and for a while I wasn’t even confident in the bedroom. In fact, the beginning of the journey that led to my book started with a question. I didn’t ask it — she did.

“Is it in?”

Up until that point, I thought the old idiom was never used outside the realm of Cosmo magazine, or as stand-up comedian’s joke.

I would have thought she was joking– my heart sunk on the hope that she was — if her facial expression didn’t convey the harsh truth that she really didn’t feel anything. On hindsight, it was my weak erections that led to the lack of friction.

Either way, the damage had been done. She and I both blamed my less-than-average sized manhood, and this was the largest reason among many that caused me to eventually exercise my penis in an attempt to make it bigger.

From Hope to a Conviction

Through the pint-sized hope that I had in thinking I could change my penis, I searched for an answer. It came in the form of penile exercising, and my hope led to belief.

After I gained an inch and dramatically improved my erection quality, belief led to certainty. Eventually, certainty led to wonder — a wonder of how so few men know about the benefits of using these exercises.

Wonder led to a conviction to get it out in the open. A conviction that despite all the odds stacked me — my young age, my lack of medical degree, and no noteworthy connections — seems more plausible with every step taken.

A conviction that grows every time a man approaches me and tells me how penile exercising made a difference in his life.

A conviction that is hard to forget when I remember a 2007 poll I did on Thunder’s Place, in which roughly 10 percent of the men said they had considered killing themselves with the sole reason being their penis size.

Men Care More than Women

The idea that a man would kill himself over his penis size is as ludicrous as it is unfortunate. But it is just one example of how much emphasis our society, especially our fellow men, place on the penis.

The fact is, penis size matters to men more than it does to women. Based on my countless discussions with men and women on the topic, I would estimate only 1 out of every 5 women care about penis size as much as we men do.

It’s hard for a man to not to think about his size when he hears negatives comments like the ones I’ve received; when he sees unrealistic proportions of what is average in pornography; and when he notices the media continually blasting “bigger is better” in TV series like Sex and the City.

The good news is that most men don’t need a bigger penis. A large majority of men just need to know they have the ability to change their penis. They need to have control of the organ that is placed under the microscope each time they have sex.

For many men, penile exercising gives them that control.

How is it Possible?

How does the penis grow bigger and harder?

It’s really not hard to imagine when you know the facts. The truth, at least the truth in this article and in countless others, is that the penis is half smooth muscle. Just as exercising your biceps causes your arms to grow bigger and harder, exercising the smooth muscle in your penis causes it to grow bigger and harder.

The process of penile exercising is very similar to exercising any other muscle (although I suggest avoid trying to curl any weight with little guy). It takes time, the right type of exercising, and a proper amount of rest to see results.

Either way, you should ignore most of the spam email in your inbox that claims you can add “5 inches in 5 weeks.” That’s not going to happen.

The best part of it all? You won’t need to gain that. Most men spend less than six months penile exercising, gain an inch or less, and walk away much happier and more confident than they were before. Not necessarily confident because they have a huge penis (most men who penile exercise don’t build “mega cocks”). Confident because they have that basic male need — a sense of control.

I understand much of what I talk about on this blog and in my book may seem at odds with mainstream thinking. Like all new and controversial topics, that’s expected.

But if you resolve to test the concepts and look at the facts, you’ll see how deep the rabbit hole goes — just like I did.
