We use cut-outs, such as roses, stars, humming birds, and many more. For an additional price, we can customize the shape of the Wheat Grass and use different types of containers. We also do Veggie Patches as well and Cheese Patches. We use Melons, Honeydew, Cantaloupe (watermelon by request) Grapes, Strawberries, Mangoes (in season), Pineapple, Kiwi, and we offer the option to select your own fruits.

The Wheat Grass can be used in smoothies or any type of juicing, which is a Big Plus! We are very flexible with our arrangements. We do not want to list our price because the price of the fruits fluctuate. We like to work with our clients and give them a good deal.

There is only one other catering company in LA that make fruit arrangements and deliver them, and they are very expensive and do not offer any options; they only use templates arrangements.

  • Seasoned Bread Crumbs (optional)

 

Pre heat your oven to 375

Thaw Spinach out and squeeze out the water, beat egg, finely chop cheese, mince garlic.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and chill for about an hour. (I use a clean towel, I place the thawed spinach in the towel and wring it very hard, until the spinach is dry)

Wash medium size portobello's or baby bello's and dry, scoop out the middle of each.

Dip each Mushroom in melted butter, stuff each Mushroom with the mixture, place on a non stick cookie sheet.

You may add a little Parmesan Cheese to the top.

Bake stuffed Mushrooms until the cheese is melted. YUMMY!

We have found that our clients always run out of this appetizer first.

Happy New Year to you and Ron !!  Our guests had a marvelous time and really enjoyed the ambience and of course the [...] dinner you prepared. Folks are still talking about how tender the Beef Tenderloin was and how tasty and juicy the Chicken Breast were.  The veggies were perfect as was the mac & cheese. and then the Dessert Bar was POPPING with mind blowing choices.  Boy was I exhausted when I finally got back to my suite…smile. But worth it!!!!!
