Keep a supply on hand in the freezer for drop in guests.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prepare:&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
2 cups water&lt;br /&gt;
12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed&lt;br /&gt;
12 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed&lt;br /&gt;
3 cups water&lt;br /&gt;
2 cups reach flavored schnapps&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 cup lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;
8 cups ginger ale, chilled.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
In medium saucepan, bring sugar and 2 cups water to a boil. Boil 3 minutes, cool. In a large non metal container, combine sugar mixture, concentrates, 3 cups water, schnapps and lemon juice, blend well. Cover, freeze. Before serving, let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes to thaw slightly, stirring occasionally.&lt;br /&gt;

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread, cucumber and lettuce, mix well. Place about 1/3 cup egg salad on each of 4 slices of bread, top with cucumber and lettuce, then bread.&lt;br /&gt;

A member of the cabbage family, Rapini, or broccoli rabe, is a vegetable that is gaining broader popularity. Now widely cultivated in california, it's commonly available in supermarket year round. Locally grown varieties are available for most of the summer and fall. Rapini tastes slightly bitter, is very tender and cooks quickly. A familiar ingredient in Italian cooking, it's common in soups, pasta and tarts, and as a side dish served hot or cold.&lt;br /&gt;

A member of the &lt;i&gt;beet family&lt;/i&gt;,&amp;nbsp;Swiss&amp;nbsp;chard has &lt;b&gt;broad, green, somewhat glossy leaves.&lt;/b&gt; Its wide stems are usually white or red but are sometimes yellow, pink and multicolour. The leaves and stems are often prepared separated. The leaves can be cooked just like spinach and have a similar but somewhat more earthly flavour. Good in egg and cheese dishes, the stems have a slightly stronger flavour and must be cooked longer.&lt;br /&gt;

Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat pan with oil and saute the red onions until transparent, followed by the garlic being cooked until it becomes white. Toss pork and sauce and simmer. Fold in cooked pasta and mushroom. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with cheese and parsley.&lt;br /&gt;

Having macaroni salad for dinner is one of the necessity in the tables of Filipinos for special&amp;nbsp;occasions. So here's a very simple salad recipe I've learned recently.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prepare:&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup condensed milk&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup all purpose cream&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 kg deboned roasted chicken&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 kg cooked  macaroni&lt;br /&gt;
salt and black pepper to taste.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
Mix the mayonnaise, condensed milk and all purpose cream. Season with some salt and pepper to taste. Mix in a bowl the fruit cocktail, chicken and macaroni. Fold in the sauce. Season again with salt and pepper. See how easy it is? :D&lt;br /&gt;

4 ears fresh corn&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup water&lt;br /&gt;
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion&lt;br /&gt;
1 jar diced pimientos, drained&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup cider or white vinegar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 teaspoon celery seed&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 teaspoon mustard seed&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
Cut enough kernels from corn to measure 2 cups. Heat water to boiling in 1 1/2 quart saucepan; add corn. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and cook over medium heat 9 to 10 minutes or until corn is tender, drain. Mix corn, bell pepper, onion and pimientos in medium heatproof glass or plastic bowl. Heat sugar, vinegar, celery seed, salt, mustard seed and papper sauce to boiling; boil 2 minutes. Pour over corn mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 5 days.&lt;br /&gt;

Prepare:&lt;br /&gt;
One 4-5 pound center cut pork loin&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and freshly ground black pepper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Glaze:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp chili powder&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp ground cumin&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp ground coriander&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;
Juice of 2 oranges&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup cider vinegar&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp finely chopped serrano or poblano chile&lt;br /&gt;

1/4 cup molasses&lt;br /&gt;

Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Put the pork loin in a shallow roasting pan and sprinkle lightly with salt and generously with pepper. Roast for 1 hour. To prepare the glaze in a saucepan, combine the chili powder, cumin, coriander, cinnamon and toast over medium heat for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the prices begin to smoke and become fragrant. Immediately remove from the heat. Add the orange juice, vinegar, chile, sugar and molasses, stir well and return to the heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened. Remove the roast from the oven and spoon the pan drippings over the meat. Brush the glaze generously over the pork. Insert meat thermometer into the thickest park of the pork and roast for 45 minutes longer, casting with the glaze, until the thermometer registers 160 F. Let the meat rest for 15 minutes. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices and serve hot.&lt;br /&gt;

Combine all ingredients and seasonings for filling in a bowl and mix well by hands. Place a spoonful of the filling in gyoza wrapper and put water along the edge of the wrapper by fingers. Make a semicircle, gathering the front side of the wrapper and sealing the top. Heat about 1 tbsp in a frying pan. Put gyoza in the pan and fry on high heat until the bottoms become brown. Turn down the heat to low. Add about 1/4 cup of water in the pan. Cover it and steam the gyoza in low heat until the water is gone and cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.&lt;br /&gt;

Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
Poke chicken using a fork. Mix other ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. First, fry the skin side of the chicken on medium heat until the skin is browned. Turn the chicken over to fry the other side on low heat. Soup the sauce used to marinate chicken in the pan. Ante the pan and steam cook the chicken on low heat until done. Remove the lid and simmer until the sauce becomes thick. Stop the heat. Slice the chicken chicken and serve on a slave. Pour thickene sauce over the teriyaki chicken. Garnish with grated ginger if you would like.&lt;br /&gt;

Prepare:&lt;br /&gt;
12 vanilla wafers&lt;br /&gt;
2 8oz. package cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. vanilla&lt;br /&gt;
2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
Line muffin tin with foil liners. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on meduim speed until well-blended. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325degree.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruits, preserves, nuts or chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;

Preheat grill to high then line with non-stick grill foil. Remove pork chops from marinade and season with salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;
Grill chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting ofter with reserved marinade, or until an instant read&amp;nbsp;thermometer&amp;nbsp;inserted from the side of the chop into the center reads 160F (70C). Brush chops with unused marinade.&lt;br /&gt;

Here's How:&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat grill to medium-high then line grill with foil. Combine lemon juice. chicken broth and saffron. Bring to a boil and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in butter, garlic salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chop chicken and sausages into bite-sized pieces and toss with 1/4 cup of the lemon juice mixture. Spread the chicken evenly on the foil and cook, turning as needed, for 5 minutes. Add the sausages and cook, turning as needed, for 5 to 7 minutes or until well browned and cooked through.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Toss rice with remaining mixture and tomato sauce. Transfer to a hot bag and add the cooked meat, peas and shrimp. Close the bag and smooth as flat as possible. Grill for 10 minutes, flipping and turning the package often, until shrimp are cooked and rice is hot.&lt;br /&gt;
