Lady 'Stangs at the 9th Annual 54 Classic at Skyline

The Macksville Lady 'Stangs will be playing in the 54 Classic at Skyline. The 8 team tournament will include as seeded:

1. Norwich
2. South Barber
3. Pretty Prairie
4. Skyline
5. Cunningham
6. Attica
7. Kinsley
8. Macksville

The Lady 'Stangs will play first seed Norwich on Tuesday, January 22nd at 6:30pm.

Lady 'Stangs win at the buzzer!

The Lady 'Stangs beat the LaCrosse Leapords by hitting a shot at the buzzer to win the game.

Melissa Espino leading scorer on the night with 17 points hits the winning shot to win the game. Tara bunker was the second leading scorer with 11 points and 7 rebounds on the night.

The Macksville Boy's kick off their first round game at 6:30pm on Thursday January 17th against the 2-7 Larned Indians.

In a close fought game, the Lady 'Stangs came out victorious with a game winning shot at the buzzer by Melissa Espino. The leading scorers for the game were Melissa Espino (17) and Tara Bunker (11) with 7 rebounds.
