Each Las Vegas high rise condo tower seems to have its own selling cycle.

A few years ago we saw the prices drop dramatically at MGM Signature and probably half of all the units in the 3 towers have been sold as short sales and foreclosures. Today - we have one or two bank owned condos in all 3 towers at any given time at most, and the few MGM Signature short sale condos that come to market usually receive offers within a week of being listed.

Trump Tower has had no bank owned condos come to market for many months and the one short sale that came on the market last week went into a multiple offer highest and best scenario on Friday.
