When taken into account with the neighboring casino and entertainment arena, this hotel can be billed as a vacation resort and boasts such amenities as a lagoon like pool area complete with a full scale, erupting volcano and reenacted pirate battles, luxurious and spacious suites, large gaming and gambling casino, eighteen screen movie theater, bowling alleys, and dozens of upscale dining options.

Like other newer hotels in the Las Vegas area the Grandview at Las Vegas likes to advertise itself as an all inclusive resort. Gone are the days of considering a hotel just a place to sleep in between casino visits and shows. These days many visitors do not leave the premises of the hotel they are staying in. This phenomenon has occurred because so many hotels offer everything a tourist would want under one roof. The Grandview is no different.
The first and most obvious attraction that this hotel offers is a dramatic recreation of a lagoon or island like resort. The exterior of the building is dominated by a pool area that offers guests four thousand square feet of water, a double-sided waterfall, poolside dining and bar options, poolside spa and hot tub facilities, poolside fitness amenities, and a dramatic, full-sized, and fully functioning volcano. This volcano erupts several times a day to the delight of all visitors and guests. A poolside fitness center includes treadmills, stationary bikes, yoga and stretch areas, and free weights and a state of the art music system that allows each guest the ability to listen to their own music poolside.
The suites at this hotel have also been designed to be more than simply a place to sleep at night. Most suites come complete with a full service kitchen with full sized appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The bathrooms are spacious with Jacuzzi style tubs and marbled floors. Rooms also include state of art entertainment features which includes high speed internet, on demand television, and big screen televisions.
Next store to the hotel is one of the area’s largest casino and entertainment arenas. This venue offers one of the largest casino floors complete with card games, slot machines, gaming tables, and sport booking services. However, the complex is also home to an eighteen screen state of the art movie theater, bowling alley, a high end gaming arcade complete with all of the latest gaming technology, a performing arts stage, live concert venue, and a forty thousand seat equestrian center where world class horse racing and other competitions can be seen. There are also half a dozen dining options ranging from sandwiches and soups to luxurious four star restaurants.
When all of these features are taken into account, it is no wonder that the Grandview at Las Vegas is considered an all inclusive resort.

On one hand the city offers the best hotels of the world, with massive rooms, casinos and the latest in terms of luxury. On the other hand, the city also has some lovely low priced hotels that are comfortable and provide good service to their guests. So if low on funds, you need not cross out Vegas as a holiday options, since the place has enough to offer to the budget traveler too.

Interestingly, the low priced hotels in Vegas are not shabby and unkempt. On the contrary they offer a decent standard of living with good sized beds and washrooms. Below is a list of some on the Las Vegas hotels that offer rooms for under the $40 mark.

Riviera

Villager-Flami Orleans

Cancun Resort

La Quinta Las Vegas Convention Center

Sahara Hotel & Casino

Desert Paradise Resort

Hawthorn Suites, Boulder Station Hotel & Casino

Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn Nellis Afb, Royal Hotel & Casino

Golden Gate Hotel & Casino

New Frontier

Stratosphere Tower

Palace Station

Tropicana Resort & Casino.

All of the above hotels are great for those looking for cheap hotel options in Las Vegas. In case you wish to explore some more do work with the tips listed below, so as to make the most of your search.

Always book via the net – It is a fact that bookings made via the net fall cheaper to the hotel since they do not need to employ people to manage these bookings. This cost advantage is transferred to the guest. So always make your reservations via the net rather than going through a travel agent or calling the hotels, etc.

Avoid Weekends – Another fact about hotels in Vegas is that they all hike their prices during the weekends since this time sees a lot of tourists coming in. So if you want to keep the cost of your hotel stay low, target the weekdays when even the expensive hotels will slash their rates drastically.

Discount deals – Due to the heavy competition between the hotels, many of them will offer discount deals to the client. It is best to inquire about these deals before you make a booking. There are hotels that will give you a night off, if you stay with them for 3 nights. These and several other such discount offers will help you to enjoy Vegas while keeping the cost of your holiday down to a bare minimal.

Do consult a few travel books like Lonely Planet when planning a trip to Vegas. This will help you to narrow down on the best possible option. Keep in mind that even the large and expensive hotels keep their casinos open for outsiders too. So, even if you do not stay at the expensive places in Vegas, you can always visit the casinos here and enjoy the play here.
It's just not as easy as you might think to keep a lush green in the middle of a desert! That said, many private golf courses in the area don't even list rates, so one can only guess how steep the rates actually are. But there are still a number of private and public courses where you can go and play a great round of golf - and still leave the green with some greenbacks in your wallet.
I lost at blackjack last night but I still have $50 left...can I play golf, or should I just head over to the slot machines instead?

Well, I guess that all depends on just how lucky you feel. But if you are tired of giving the casinos all of your money, and want to take advantage of the great golf courses Las Vegas has to offer, then you are in luck...maybe. A growing concern for those wanting to play on the golf courses in the Las Vegas area is the fluctuating rates. Hey, we're all used to rates changing due to seasons, lighting conditions, reservations...the works. But some of the golf courses in Las Vegas have divided the seasons up in ever-more-imaginative ways, that seem to try and squeeze every last possible dollar out of the green. However (and this is subject to change, so DEFINITELY try to book some green time as far in advance as possible), the following golf courses can be played for $50 or less: Craig Ranch, Los Prados, and Eagle Crest.

I managed to escape the casinos with $100...golf anyone?

If you have been able to squirrel away a Ben Franklin, then a lot of the golf courses Las Vegas offers will gladly put you on the green. Now again, the rates at some golf courses are changing by the day, it seems - so be sure to check before showing up with only Ben. Those officially posting fees of $100 or less during the winter months are: Desert Rose, Las Vegas Golf Club, Painted Desert, Highland Falls, Palm Valley, Las Vegas National Golf Club, and the Rhodes Ranch. Oh, and for those not "in the know", rates tend to be higher for golf courses in Las Vegas during the winter months, as the heat can be downright brutal during the summer. Oh yeah, Las Vegas is in the middle of a big desert, isn't it?

I really need to stretch my golfing funds as much as possible...what options do I have?

No worries, my friend - sometimes the cards just aren't rolling. You can save anywhere from $5-15 by walking golf courses instead of driving the carts. Not a great option during the heat of the summer months, but an option that can help stretch the dollar a little farther.

Twilight rates are another way to save money, but they can be very confusing. What is most confusing about the golf courses Las Vegas has to offer is that their twilight rates are not necessarily offered in the dying light. During the summer months, and due to the extreme heat, twilight hours tend to start in the late morning and early afternoon. In the winter, however, twilight hours occur at the end of the day, and it is not uncommon for golfers to not get in an entire 18 holes.

While Las Vegas does have many exclusive golf clubs, with prices so steep that they refuse to post them, there are a number of reasonably priced golf courses that offer some great greens at prices even the worst of gamblers can afford. Plus, if you are wise and plan accordingly, you can get those low prices even lower - and maybe even get in another round of golf to keep your mind off those lousy cards for a few hours longer! After a great round on the green, I can promise you that you will not leave Las Vegas feeling like a "loser" - even if your wallet tells you otherwise.

Before You Go to the Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world. That means you should plan your trip before you are in Las Vegas. Otherwise, you can loose your mind in the list of shows, hotels, casinos and of course in the shopping.
Searching for "Hotel Las Vegas" using google is the best way to reach Las Vegas Hotel reviews. There are hundreds of websites tell about the Las Vegas hotels. Reading blogs probably more helpful for choosing the best hotel and best prices in Las Vegas hotels.
Day time, shopping is the best activity for Las Vegas. Also, you can go to the museums like The Neon Museum, Pinball Hall of Fame and Atomic Testing Museum.
After the sun goes down, Las Vegas is the brightest area on Earth. This city can be seen from the space. In Las Vegas, night time is fantasic with its hotels, casinos and off course The Strip. As I said before, you should plan your trip especially for shows. There are so many websites publish reviews for the shows in Las Vegas. You can ask your hotel for the shows as well, and do not forget to ask if they could provide your ticket. You should see Jubilee at Bally's Hotel, Cirque du Soleil "O" at Bellagio Hotel.
Where ever you stay in Las Vegas, you have to see other hotels like Bellagio Hotel, Wynn Hotel or Venetian Hotel. You probably had seen these from the movies, now it is the time to see them in real.
Las Vegas' climate is an arid desert climate, that means sun is shining 300 days of the year. From March to October the weather is between 69 °F and 81 °F. July and August are the hottest months of the year in Las Vegas.
Now, write down "Las Vegas Hotel Reviews" to google and plan your trip to Las Vegas, The Sin City of USA.

That translates to it is an outstanding time to come to Vegas.

But why do these promos exist in the first place? They exist for three main reasons: to help counteract the distances that many visitors have to travel to reach Las Vegas, to create incentives to experience the city, and to attract celebrities that in turn attract regular tourists. Without promotions being offered on a regular basis in Las Vegas, it would be a very different town.

As you probably know, thousands and thousands of tourists crowd Las Vegas casinos and hotels each week, literally spending millions of dollars that then benefits our local economy. The dirty little secret is that very few of these visitors pay full price for their rooms, meals, or entertainment. The truth is that if everyone had to pay full price for these amenities, then the total number of visitors would be much less thus affecting the overall economy. Hence the origin of the promo business in Las Vegas.

As an individual visitor to Las Vegas, you can drive yourself crazy trying to keep track of who is offering the best promotion when you are visiting. We have had clients tells us they have spent 30 hours online to save $250 dollars. This is probably not the best use of their time or energies.

Instead, have you considered working with a professional that does this all day, every day. What if I was to tell you that there are professionals that work very hard to find you the best deal to save you money…. And they can save you a ton of money because they know where all the good promo’s are and which ones are coming. You would probably pay a lot of money for that, right? Well, no need to do that because we are compensated by the hotels and casinos to save you money. You can’t beat that kind of deal.

For so many visitors, a trip to Las Vegas is an expensive and time consuming process but it just does not need to be that way. Imagine for a second that when a hotel or a casino operator wants to offer an unbelievable special or promotion. Who do you think they contact first? Simply, they contact those people that are responsible for booking 100’s, if not 1000’s of visitors into their hotels each year….. people who operate businesses like myself. Because of this, we will always have the latest information to help you get the absolute best travel package and rock bottom pricing.

Despite the importance of finding the right hotel, it can often be quite difficult to strike a balance between quality and price, and often those hotels which appear more desirable are less than affordable. So what should you look for in selecting a hotel, and where should you go to try and find that perfect accommodation, whatever your needs?

One of the best ways to determine which hotel is right for you is to consider what you're looking for, and to match your requirements against the star rating assigned by tourist associations. Generally, the star system ranks from 0-5 on an ascending scale
depending on the extent of facilities and luxuries within the hotel. The higher the number, generally, the more expensive the room rate, which can help you gauge value for money. Of course, if you find somewhere with a higher star rating at a lower cost, then you can be sure this is likely to provide better value for money in terms of facilities and the level of service you can expect.

Another way to choose a good hotel is by going on word of mouth. What do your friends think about various hotels in the region? Has anyone you know had a particularly good (or bad) experience of hotels around about the one you are looking for? These can be good ways to ensure you get good value for money out of your hotel, and it can also be a great way to ensure you don't get disappointed. Additionally, the recommendations of people you know aren't tainted with commercial interest, and if someone tells you they had a good experience, they're more likely telling the truth than if you hear it from the hotelier himself.

Finally, a good place to check for hotel reviews and recommendations is the Internet, and there are numerous travel sites which host impartial reviews and write ups of various hotels and hostels. This can be a great, low cost way of ensuring you find a hotel that meets your requirements, and provides you with an enjoyable trip to help you relax and unwind.

Selecting a good hotel is never an easy process, but if you know where to look to find value for money, you might just end up with the right hotel for you. Finding a good hotel is partially down to knowing what you're looking for, and a great deal of it also comes down to experiencing what's available and at what price. However, with realistic expectations and an understanding of where to find good hotel rooms at an affordable price, you should be able to circumvent this traditional process, and end up having a great time, whatever the reason for your break away.

Las Vegas Sahara Hotel Room Rates

Sahara Hotel & Casino is one of the last vintage Las Vegas hotels in existence. Built in 1952 by Milton Prell, the Sahara gained recognition when construction and real estate developer Del Webb purchased the property in 1961. Since then the Sahara has experienced many addition and upgrades and is a favorite of many Las Vegas tourists.

The Sahara Hotel & Casino is located on the SE corner of Las Vegas Blvd South & Sahara Ave. This is considered the northern part of the Las Vegas Strip. There are 1720 guest rooms and suites. The Hotel Casino covers 85,000 square feet and is strategically located. Just behind the Sahara is the North Monorail Station, a easy walk to the Sahara. There is easy access to I-15 as Sahara Ave has on and off ramps to the interstate. Downtown Las Vegas is just 2 miles to the north, a simple cab or bus ride away.
Now what I really like about the Sahara is that it is family friendly. Sure it has the large modern casino, bars, buffets and all the other things you expect to find. However, the Sahara has family style attractions. There is a roller coaster call "Speed the Ride." This is an excellent roller coaster that features a 360 degree loop where you go forwards and backwards. There is also the Nascar Cafe and Entertainment Center. This themed restaurant is a tribute to the sport of Nascar. Next to the cafe is a cyber speedway where you can experience realistic racing action. There are video arcades and many other hand on action games. The prices for all this are very reasonable and there are many package specials available.
Also near the Sahara, across the street and a block or two south is Circus Circus Hotel & Casino. This is another great family hotel. Here you find free circus acts, arcade games, carnival style games and more. There is also an indoor amusement park here call "The Adventuredome." This is one of best family attractions and value in Vegas. You can purchase an all day pass for $24.95 have access all 24 rides & Attractions.
So, you can see I really like the Sahara but now comes the best part. They offer the most affordable rates on the Las Vegas Strip. I have seen rates as low as $27 per night Sunday through Thursday. On weekends you can get a room for under $100 a night. That is next to impossible to find on the strip. Don't worry about food the Sahara has 4 great restaurants and all expected amenites.
It is a very distinctive property with style and grace.

The Bienville House has all of the unique elegance of a French Quarter Manor. A crystal blue pool is surrounded by a flagstone courtyard and is overlooked by many of the room's wrought iron balconies. There are four sundecks for you to relax and savor the ambience.

This lovely hotel started as a grain warehouse but it has gone through many manifestations since then to become the boutique hotel it is today.

In the beginning it was Planter's Rice Mill, then Thompson's Rice Mill and Southern Syrup Manufacturing. Then, in 1985, the building was completely transformed into the North American Hotel. The original advertising stated it was a delightful summer residence for Ladies and Gentlemen. Unfortunately the hotels owners went their separate ways and the building was divided into a boarder's hotel and a fire house. Then it was converted to 20 luxury apartments and started the rival of Decatur Street. In 1972, after surviving a fire from across the street, it was purchased by the Monteleone Family.

The location of the Bienville hotel on Decatur Street mixes the old and new of the charming French Quarter. With its lovely wrought iron balconies this intimate property is the closest to the French Quarter and therefore many attractions are close by. Some of them include Aquarium of the Americas, Canal Place Shopping Center (including Saks Fifth Avenue and Brooks Brothers), Woldenberg Park, IMAX Theater and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. From this New Orleans hotel you can be spellbound by the stars at the Hard Rock Café while still enjoying the historic French quarter with it's many famous eateries and scenery.

From this splendid location you can find antique shops, New Orleans's signature Jazz Clubs, famous restaurants, beautiful historic buildings, voodoo shops, museums, the wharf and more. Just blocks from the exciting 24 hour Bourbon Street, you can find spectacular antiques and art galleries on Royal Street.

AAA has awarded it the coveted Three Diamond title and the Bienville is a member of the Historic Hotels of America. This boutique hotel consistently works hard to go beyond the standards that are demanded of that title.

They have a restaurant, the Louisiana Heritage Café that also serves as a school of cooking. In its casual setting it offers seafood, pasta, soup and salads in the New Orleans tradition. Some of Chef Faroldi's dishes include Seafood Beignets with Remoulade Sauce, Blackened Catfish topped with Crawfish Etouffée and the famous "Rajun Cajun" Omelets. It is located on the first floor of the hotel and serves three meals a day.

The culinary lessons at the Louisiana Heritage Café can be for individuals or groups. Anyone can attend these lessons. The delicious fare is typically Cajun and Creole and while the chef is preparing the dishes he offers historic stories that will compliment his presentation.

For the business person Bienville House Hotel has a charming space for small meetings or parties for up to 100 guests. In the board room, which will hold 12, you can see the historic roots of this New Orleans Hotel in the exposed brick from the 1800's. Within this board room you will find all of the amenities, like a wireless internet, and a wide range of AV equipment. The Vieux Carre room has 1,318 square feet available for larger meetings. All catering needs will be met by the staff at the Louisiana Heritage Café.

After your business meetings, the location of the Bienville House will delight your fellow attendees. With attractions like Bourbon Street, Jax Brewery, Jackson Square, the Mississippi Riverfront, Harrah's Casino and the Canal Street and St Charles Avenue Streetcar lines your peers will have plenty of things to occupy them. With it's proximity to New Orleans Central Business district the Bienville House Hotel's prestigious address it's a natural for any business person.

They have what they call The Corporate Executive Option to give all business travelers a satisfying experience. Then, after a successful day, the business traveler is mere steps from the city's greatest restaurants, jazz establishments and shops. This plan offers the best rates with superior accommodations and many amenities. In your room you will find plenty of space to work with large desks, phones with data ports and cable TV. Included in this option is express check-in and check-out. You can count on the staff's support to help arrange a small meeting or a corporate reception. You couldn't do better than these elegant surroundings with state of the art equipment.

The "To do list" is long in Las Vegas. There are great shows to see like Garth Brooks, The Phantom of The Opera, Donnie and Marie, Penn and Teller, Terry Fator and the list goes on. There are hotels that cater to the pool loungers with some hotels with complete water parks and lazy rivers you can ride. Other hotels draw people by having phenomenal shopping packed with fashion where you can buy brand names like Coach, Versace, Hugo Boss, Ann Taylor, Lucky Jeans and much more. For those who love to eat, Las Vegas hotels have the food. The chefs of Las Vegas offer international cuisine fit for dignitaries from all over the world at prices we can all afford.
The Vegas nightlife cannot be beaten. It is like no other in the world! The night clubs are hopping all over town to the beat of music from all over the world. Each hotel might have two or three clubs under one roof. There is one hotel on the strip with over nine. There are clubs built for all ages and all types of people. The Las Vegas show girl might be gone but a new girl has come to town. Go-go dancers now are the "in item" at all the clubs luring people into the clubs like sirens. If dancing is your thing then Vegas is for you.
The Vegas hotels of the 50s and 60s have been reborn into colossal resorts that have everything. The gambling is still the mainstay but the hotels want you to stay longer so they offer all forms of entertainment to keep you there. To find the right hotel in Las Vegas for you, do some research before your trip; the odds are in your favour to find a bargain.

I am a highly travelled businessman from London who has decided to share my global adventures with all of you. Over the last two decades, Las Vegas has developed into one of the fastest growing tourist towns in the United States - if not the world.
Dozens of high end hotels, each more involved and dramatic than the last, have been constructed with at least a dozen more in the planning stages of development. All of this construction has created an atmosphere that has driven a huge increase in tourism. However, like other tourist cities, competition has created wildly fluctuating hotel prices. Figure in the dramatic climate changes in Las Vegas and action associated in gambling, and hotel prices can vary by hundreds of dollars for identical suites.

With the construction of huge, high end entertainment facilities that combine hotels, casinos, restaurants, entertainment facilities, retail space, and dozens of other high end amenities under the same roof, the associated competition has created a dramatic local economy. Each facility tries to under price the other while trying to ensure the highest profit margin possible. Thus, each hotel wants to offer a lowest enough price to guarantee a steady stream of customers while maintaining a high enough market value to guarantee a profit. It is a tricky balancing act to master.
Added to this balancing act that every other business must truck through is the tough atmosphere that surrounds Las Vegas. Las Vegas, Nevada is a city associated with gambling, big players, and big spenders. The city has worked hard to create an atmosphere that caters to these big spenders. After all the more money a person spends within the city limits, the more money is invested into the local economy. Therefore, local hotels offer high end amenities including name brand retail fronts, five star dining options, and world case entertainment in order to draw these wealthier tourists to town.
Surprisingly, these whales (as they are locally known) often pay next to nothing for their hotel accommodations. This is true because the big spenders often come to Las Vegas only to gamble. Since the house holds a huge advantage over every gambler, they often end up on top. Sometimes a single gambler can lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in a single night. Therefore, each hotel, which also contains a casino, wants these whales to stay at their facility. Because of this, these hotels offer these big spenders huge discounts on suites because the count on them to spend ten times the value of the suites at their amenities. Thus, hotels want to attract both the discount spenders and the big spenders thereby creating huge variances in Las Vegas hotel prices.
On top of these complications is the added discomfort of the local climate. Las Vegas is located in the middle of one of the hottest deserts in the United States. Thus, hotels offer huge discounts during the hotter summer months in order to draw tourists to the uncomfortable climate.
For all of these reasons, there are huge variances between Las Vegas hotel prices.
They plan on staying at a Las Vegas casino but have no idea which one to pick. There are an awful lot of Las Vas Vegas casinos to choose from. It is hard to decide what the perfect Las Vegas casino is. With careful thought, you should be able to decide which one is right for you.
There are many factors you should consider before choosing a Las Vegas casino. The first one is location. If you are coming from an airport, you may want to choose a Las Vegas casino that has a free shuttle. If you plan on touring the Las Vegas strip, you should choose a Las Vegas casino that is located directly on the strip. The Las Vegas strip is very long so be sure to choose a Las Vegas casino that is near the locations on the strip you wish to visit.

One Las Vegas casino you may enjoy is The Luxor. This Las Vegas Casino is Egyptian themed. The Luxor is shaped like an Egyptian pyramid. The elevators that go up to the hotel rooms even go up in a diagonal angle!
There are also rides and attractions for children, all of which are Egyptian themed.

Another Las Vegas Casino you might enjoy is called The Excalibur. This Las Vegas Casino is medieval themed. The Excalibur has a show that portrays knights jousting, a midway with carnival games, and a whole menagerie of shops and restaurants. This Las Vegas casino is recommended if you have children.

There is another Las Vegas casino you may enjoy if you have children. It is called Circus Circus. Guess what the theme is for this casino?
Circus Circus has a midway with many carnival games and circus acts every hour.

For a more adult themed Las Vegas casino, you may enjoy the Bellagio. This is an Italian themed casino. The Bellagio has gondolas surrounding the hotel for a romantic evening. They also offer fine Italian cuisines and have a very exquisite shopping center. This is a very popular Las Vegas casino.

All of these Las Vegas casinos have one thing in common and that's lots of gambling! Las Vegas is located in Nevada and all forms of gambling are legal. Each one of the casinos offers a variety of gambling experience from: video slot machines, reel slots, video poker, poker, craps, roulette, keno, horse racing, black jack, and many more. You can also have alcoholic beverages while you are gambling and many are offered free by the casinos.

You will really enjoy your trip to Las Vegas.
