When my customer informed them that Launch Systems deals with their Sophos renewals, they were given the impression that this company had taken over our Sophos business. As a result, we have now lost a very good customer of ours to a competitor who, I believe, has at best acted extremely unprofessionally and at worst fraudulently.<br /><br />I would therefore like to make it clear that we have not handed our Sophos business on to any third party and would ask you to be suspicious if anyone other than Launch Systems contacts you regarding your Sophos renewal.
