Hello and Welcome!

I am Laura from Central Texas. I am a wife, mom and Registered Nurse. My journey started as a full time ER Nurse who was was downing in life. I was both mentally and physically exhausted. I was barely able to get out of bed on my days off. Months after month I was gaining more and more weight until I found myself 65 pounds overweight. I was not living. I was merely surviving.
