Fresh roasted cold meat

This is the hottest summer I ever had, with almost no rains and it sunrises with high temperatures. It is a hell to stay inside the house without air conditioning and sometimes it is very hot outside too. But in theevening there is always a cool breeze in my backyard which makes us to eat there. So these days inspire me to cook cold meals. Carne fria assada

De longe este é o verão mais quente que tenho passado. Chove pouco e amanhece com altas temperaturas. É um inferno ficar dentro sem ar e as vezes também é muito quente lá fora. Mas a tardinha sempre corre um ar fresco que nos inspira a comer lá fora E são estes dias que me inspiram a cozinhar comidas frias.
