meat</title><content type="html">This is the hottest summer I ever had, with almost no rains and it sunrises with high temperatures. It is a&amp;nbsp;hell to stay inside the house without air conditioning and sometimes it is very hot outside too. But in theevening there is always a cool breeze in my backyard which makes us to eat there.




























So these days inspire me to cook cold meals. I have Rump Skirt / Trip Tri stored in the freezer, and I

thought that using fresh-tasting spices and cut them into thin slices would be a good idea for dinner. And it was!!!.
















I had also panettone left from...&lt;br/&gt;

Chove pouco e amanhece com altas temperaturas. É um inferno ficar dentro sem ar e as vezes também é muito quente lá fora. Mas a tardinha sempre corre um ar fresco que nos inspira a comer lá fora






















E&amp;nbsp;são&amp;nbsp;estes dias que me inspiram a cozinhar comidas frias. Faz tempo que tinha uma " colita de quadril" &amp;nbsp;(maminha) &amp;nbsp;no freezer e pensei que se usasse temperos de sabor frescos e a&amp;nbsp;fatiasse&amp;nbsp;seria uma&amp;nbsp;ótima&amp;nbsp;ideia para o jantar. E foi mesmo.

I love easy meals, simple and tasty.















It's time to go outside and enjoy the weather. Chatting with friends or taking walks and it´s time to drink some refreshment and cooking light meals, as well






















And to these days nothing more refreshing than a lemonade and citrus-based desserts.




I always have a wildcard in the refrigerator that inspires me to make the most delicious and refreshing dessert. Lemon curd.
