We’ll end this joy ride the way we started it. With a hungry baby looking to consume all of the weird, wacky, and wonderful content that falls within the broader lacrosse state of mind.

Lax players are lifestyle oriented and here at the Feed we strove to keep an eye on pop culture while you were out freezing in the rain at practice.  We had some good times but as the LAX NETWORK grows larger there has been a shift in focus that caused the Spoon Feed to close it’s doors. You know…if a blog can have doors.

Thanks for your support and we hope you continue to read all of the wonderful sites on the LAX NETWORK.

Is greed going to bring down the NBA.  If it does you can blame Lebron, Chris Bosh, Deron Williams, and the latest generation of basketball players for grabbing the money and running…all at the expense of the fans.

In an article for Fox Sports, Jason Whitlock compares the recent upheaval in the NBA to the housing bubble and worries about the future of the league.

Who’s to blame? Whitlock points at the current crop of all-about-me players.

“As a player, you have to do what’s best for you,” Wade told reporters in reaction to the Carmelo trade to New York…That pretty much sums up the mentality of the modern-day American and modern-day pro athlete. Pleasing the individual takes precedence over everything else.
