In addition to participating in this new program, you can also learn how walking can improve your health and receive other healthy  living information during our special Healthy Steps kickoff health fair.

This is a position with the primary responsibility of revenue generation, field marketing, and tenant / public relations.  Relocation may be a possibility in order to assume the advanced position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• NOI – through the generation of direct revenue
• Occupancy – by participating in the leasing process
• Sales – through retailer productivity and new store openings
• Market Intelligence – with a thorough understanding and utilization of customer and demographic data
• Center enhancement – via in-mall programs, events, and promotions
• Strategic Communication – with advertising, public relations, and in-mall messaging
• Co-development of a Strategic Marketing Plan
• Participate in strategic planning
• Implementation of Marketing Plan
• Leasing / Specialty Leasing involvement
• Revenue generation / sponsorship involvement
• Budget Management
• Assist in Management of Guest Services and gift card program
• Participation in ICSC
• Event coordination and planning
• Website maintenance

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 2-3 years retail or marketing related experience
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy
• Strong TEAM player
