So what will the Democrats do? Steal money from the states that are not quite broke yet? Will Obama just print more funny money which will obviously lower the value of our dollar? They could cut entitlements but that may cause the Democrats to lose votes. Given those choices, the Democrats will keep the mint printing presses going full time and will probably not raise taxes for fear of losing votes. This is all the more reason Obama and the Democrats want to get their health-care bill passed as soon as possible. They need to get more people dependant upon them for their entitlements to keep the votes coming in. The “victim” groups need to grow even larger for the libs to stay in power!

I notice that the Democrats are not using seniors complaining about their health-care to make their point about how we all need government controlled health-care. We only see the people without insurance being put in the leftist commercials. We also don’t see the people who are losing their jobs as pawns for the leftists in government. We only hear about “the children” who have no health-care. Well, I guess the liberal Democrats are thinking ahead for future voters. They are looking further and further back at our children to protect their job security just as they are spending money not yet earned by those children to support their social policies now! Yes, the Democrats care but only for themselves! How did so many voters get so stupid? Or is it greed?

Unemployment rate doesn’t mean unemployment went down but the media and the whitehouse is using their words carefully. Oh well, let’s just print more money and pay the fiddler later. That has been the strategy lately in the Obama white-house. When you hear the screeching of the violin, look out! You are not going to like the tune but it will go like this:  Obama-ugh-ugh-ugh, Obama ugh-ugh-ugh!

But then again, why does anyone need a job if we really don’t want one? We just need to vote for the libs and spread the wealth until it runs out!

One was the fact that the transaction operated in an unregulated financial arena with no over site by the Federal Security Exchange, second there was an element of risk that was hidden and could not truly be determined, finally the fact that swap’s operated in an unregulated financial arena they were immuned from most securities-law and disclosure requirement.

This last fact alone should have kept the school Board from the use of these types of financial tools when it came to borrowing monies all 3 elements added undue risk.  Yet we have the Bethlehem Area School District steeped in and deeply involved in using these types of financial tools.

Why is this?  There can be but two reasons why one would go there and/or be lead there.  One is shear stupidity, the other intentional, for gain by some party, while the other is sold a bill of goods.  Both reasons are dangerous to the taxpayer and warrant investigation.  Both reasons should not be dismissed because there is to be repercussions and the taxpayers should have redress and it appears they don’t and/or won’t have that redress.

If you add to this dangerous situation the fact that the school board has no way of addressing the grievance posted by a taxpayer you indeed have compounded the situation into a very dangerous affair.
 
I have stated both privately and publicly that all swap and derivatives type contract should be terminated as quickly as possible.  If the market place should start to deteriorate (seriously) with an increase in interest rates those swaps would turn toxic over night and there would be no place to unload them at that point. Besides, the School District should not be in a high-risk financial arena, not with taxpayer’s money.  And to have the School Board talk about triggers to pull is shear nonsense.  Waiting to have the swap turn down and/or reach a point of bailout is playing Russian roulette with all the chambers loaded with a round.  Get out now while the getting is good.

The above three changes in the financial markets are the most important events in the last decade and must be looked at closely for the citizens of Bethlehem, Pa. to understand what has happen to them and their school board.  These factors continue to force the guidance of the political maneuvering through ignorance on the school board.

Swaps and derivatives had become part of the order of business even though the school board knew nothing of how they worked.  The Banking Industry and Wall Street used financial engineering to manipulate earnings and complexity of the market place and that became the mechanism to avoid regulation thereby having no control over them and the buyer beware should have been the caution but it was lost in ignorance, so we have, control and caution both flying out the window with stupidity and greed being the guide.   .

A dangerous situation at best because the wall street rocket of deception and money making schemes had long left the common folks; who were trying to run the business of the school districts in the dust.  The school board had no idea what was happening and never realized they were only the pawns of manipulation to be used in the game of Wall Street Bankers making money.  The school boards never realized that Wall Street and the Bankers made money by keeping a percentage of the bet. (IE: Swaps and derivatives, which do not have a real tangible asset backing the transaction, and is a very complicated pyramid scheme of packaging so called assets)  The deceptions of, the Bankers, the Lewis’s, and the Majewski’s of the school districts around the country was never realized by those boards.

This simple lack of understanding and the fact that the sheep trusted the leaders is where the fault lies. Whether there is a law on the books whereby the citizens can seek re-dress remains to be seen.  What has been shown is this, a grave injustice has been done and there appears to be no path of correction or way to punish the wrong doers.  Which brings us (the tax payer) to an interesting point in the process.  Now that we have discovered the injustices the question must be asked is the method of governing (the elected school board) sophisticated and modern enough in structure to handle the needs of the citizens.  I have witness and been at enough school board meeting to draw the conclusion, that it is not.  It has as a governing board no avenue to assert leadership and is in no way a body that is representative of the taxpayer, and is not a controller of the taxpayers revenues, regardless of what you might think of their budget process.

I have heard more then once “We are here for the welfare of the Child” hearing it just last night at the School Board meeting.  And of course I must ask, exactly what does that process entail besides “Tax and Spend” and second “If in fact they do represent the children, who represents the tax payer in this mess?  We are bordering on a situation were we have “Taxation with out Representation” a very dangerous situation.

I have been putting all the pieces together and I can only draw one conclusion and it is staring me in the face. I draw no conclusions out of thin air, but draw from the actual words of Obama and his Czars. One of the things that struck me was the fact that Obama has used the exact phrases and words of his self confessed Communist Czars! One of them is the statement his unelected Czars made about taking Capitalism apart brick by brick. Another is “Spreading the wealth”! There are too many such people connected to Obama and there seems to be an effort to overthrow our constitution and government and to make all of us slaves to the state. Proof of this goes back before Obama became a Senator, when he hung around with radical Marxist revolutionaries. 

Many other things are happening to support my assumptions. The attempting takeover of talk radio and the Internet under the guise of diversity and fairness. Another is the attempt to intimidate FOX news because he simply does not want the truth to get out to the masses. He wants them to conform to his propaganda machine that the mainstream media is already doing!

He is moving fast in the hopes that many of us won’t catch on. Many Americans already believe he is the Messiah, the Chosen One! This notion is being pushed strongly in public schools everywhere. Our young are being taught that Socialism and Communism is just another good government like the Cuban government under Fidel Castro and that the U.S. is a Nationalist, Imperialist greedy country.

The poor are being pitted against the rich and the non-workers are wanting more and more entitlements because they really believe it is owed to them.

Health-care is just another tool that will give our government control over us and our economy. I am hoping that Obama and the Communist wannabe Democrats will bite off more than they can chew and wake up the American people soon. The honest people that understand history and really care about the future of their children, are starting to connect the dots.

Just a note: Jack Kennedy would be an ultra conservative democrat today and be driven out of the party with vengeance, had he lived! Yes, the Democrat party has changed for the worst and must be brought back into reality. The way that is done is up to us!

Much of this debt is unfunded money from the states that is mandated by the federal government for social programs to keep the democrats in office by getting more and more votes.

It all started with welfare, continued on with president Johnson’s “great society”, food stamps, ADC (Aid For Dependent Children), mandated medical care for all who use the emergency wards in our hospitals and continues on with Barney Frank’s housing loans for the people too poor to pay back the loans. Now Obama wants to give health-care insurance to all the poor children who don’t have insurance because their parents or parent can’t afford to pay for insurance, no matter what the reason. Over the years, as these entitlements continue to increase, the working class are losing their freedoms and the numbers of lazy people grow bigger and bigger. What good has the welfare policies of the past and present done? The liberals in government have created and groomed derelicts to provide them with enough votes to keep them in office forever! Is this what America is all about? Any country would be great if they all work and contribute together. This is not the goal of the liberals in government, obviously! This is the main reason we are bankrupt!

Let’s see, that’s only 1.21 million a person! Please save my job Mr president! Now, about the “created” jobs part; How is that possible with unemployment climbing higher and higher? Do you mean that unemployment occurred at a smaller percentage this month in relation to what it has been in past months? About those “saved” jobs; how many were saved versus created? How long will those created jobs last? Same thing for the saved jobs? Until the unions stop contributing to the democrats only? Until the companies that are bailed out finally go belly up for the 3rd or 4th time and the tax payers get out the pitch forks?

I think I understand! The stimulus really only stimulated the control the government has over certain government jobs that really costs us money as all government jobs do! Ah, I get it! Bail out the failing companies and their unions and they will contribute even more to the democrats next time. Yep, I knew that those ACORN community organizing skills would come in handy sooner or later! A total of 2.7 million jobs were lost since the stimulus bill was signed and now you have saved 650,000 jobs! Obama must have used Geithner’s tax calculator.

The big question is: How long are we going to put up with it and do we really care? When will a real statesman come forward and hold him accountable? Are our leaders too intimidated by Obama do to do anything? So far it looks that way! It’s pretty sad when we must depend on talk show people to expose the corruption going on with our elected officials instead of the news media. Something is amiss here!
