If you think we are not heading for the cliff—-guess again.
Just had breakfast with somebody who knows what is going on (a lot more then I do) and agrees with me that the Republican Party/Leadership is heading for some very difficult times—-the direction of Republican Party politics is looking more and more as if President Obama will be in the driver’s seat—-setting the agenda with the news media and a sure win in November.

This past Saturday, the State Republican Committee endorsed the Republican primary candidate for the Federal Senate seat—–our Lehigh County chairman pushed for and then voted for the endorsement process. Northampton County Republican Chairman voted against the endorsement—–which was the smart way for the State Committee to have gone—-letting the committee people work for who they wanted to in the primary—–with most committee people willing to get behind the winner of the primary—–you would think the State Committee could see the wisdom of that kind of move—–not so—–the leadership including our State Leader Governor Corbett could not see that—–he and the ruling class would rather intimidate all the committee people there—-forcing a split with some of the folks walking out—not good for togetherness and/or Party unity.

Now that the State Committee has endorsed their candidate they also pushed through supposed rulers that are to——— prohibit any committee person from working for any senate candidate other then the Blessed/Endorsed candidate—-how foolish of the state committee in thinking they can dictate that restriction —-they are fools to think this one move hasn’t crippled their efforts in making themselves stronger for what is coming down the road election time November.

On a more local scene we have Pa. State Senator Browne, Pa. State Rep, Mann (Republicans) and Mayor Pawlowski (Democrat) Allentown, Pa. teaming up to rip off the tax payers of the Lehigh Valley. Somehow we will have the Democrat’s keeping themselves squeaky clean in this mess while the Republicans are caught with both hands in the cookie jar—all over the Hockey Rink in Allentown, PA.——-the government funded project that will wind-up well over a $100 million dollar—–a lot of money to go around with everyone getting a little piece of the pie—–accepted the tax payer who is made the fool for paying the tab. What in the name of heaven are these people doing to the citizens—and it appears as if the Republicans are leading the circus——-ripping off the poor citizen.

Is this not true??????—–the Republican’s either look like they are the bad guys or they are in fact the bad guys——take your pick—-both get you to the same place—-the short side of trust and certainly not having the peoples vote.

WE SHALL SEE—Don’ t you think??????

A “life long Republican” who constantly bashes Republicans, has implied that George W. Bush is a Socialist worse than our Socialist wannabe dictator, president Obama.

Case in point: Bush’s drug program that is actually part D of Medicare, compared to Obamacare. Let’s review the 2 policies!

G.W. Bush’s drug plan is Part D of Medicare and is NOT mandated and forced upon us and affects only those on Medicare. It is a “stand alone” plan! These are people over 65 and most of these people PAID for Medicare during their working years. If one does not participate in part D, they can chose to stay with their regular insurance provider to cover their drug costs, like I did because I disagreed with Bush on this issue. If one does not choose part D, the IRS will not come after you and make you pay a fine! Bush’s part D is no more Socialist than Medicare itself that was made into law by a democrat, President Johnson. “Both Medicaid and Medicare were created when President Lyndon B. Johnson signed amendments to the Social Security Act on July 30, 1965.” Here. Now let’s compare that with Obamacare. You know—the policy that must pass so we know what is in it! Obamacare is medical insurance that covers ALL citizens, not just on Medicare. Imagine the cost! The people not covered by Medicare will be covered under Medicaid. It also covers those that never paid a dime into Medicare. It is also mandated! That means you will pay or else the IRS will make you pay a fine. That is, unless you are a friend of Obama like the union bosses that Obama loves because they give him huge campaign contributions stolen from their member’s paychecks. They get to opt out of Obamacare! Those that have the Advantage plan that the liberals like to call the “Cadillac” plan, will have their premiums raised so high that the Employers that cover those plans for their retired employees, will probably drop those plans. That would force the employees to switch to Obamacare. The Obamacare facts here:

Only a person that does not know history would consider Bush to be a Socialist and equate Bush and Obama as Socialists of the same order!

No society will function well when we are divided along political lines that are used for procuring votes. No where in the Constitution does it say that some ethnic groups must be treated differently than others in an effort to “make” us equal. Equal to what and who makes that decision?

We have “Affirmative Action” that discriminates against groups that are not African American. There is the “Black Caucus” that is really a political arm of the Democrat party that helps only African Americans. Why is that legal? It should not be! Who do the likes of the self proclaimed civil rights leaders, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton represent? Where is their money coming from? Are they sanctioned by our government to keep racial tensions high for the purpose of getting votes for the Democrats only? I think so. What good has come from these divisive organizations? Welfare is also a tool used for getting more votes for the Democrats only.

A long time ago, the Democrats figured out that getting voters was not so hard if they claimed they were helping the “disadvantaged, the oppressed or the less fortunate” among us. After all, who could be against helping the poor? If anyone said anything against their policies, they are called racists or worse. “Victim” status was assigned to these groups who were discriminated in the past because the politicians knew these groups would be easy to convince that they were victims. They just had to redefine the perpetrators as being white conservatives. The Marxist tactic now used by Obama is defining the perpetrators as being white “rich” people from Wall Street and CEO’s of “big” corporate
America! Fairness is not taking from one to give to another! Allowing the “rich” to keep their own money is not the same as the government “giving” to the rich or as the rich stealing from the poor as the Liberals in the Democrat party claim.

When the victim groups were created, the Democrats knew they had to now convince the victims that they could be made “equal” by voting for them! Somehow, equality could be achieved by taking from the rich and giving to the “less fortunate”! Sounds good, does it not? Has it worked? The taking from the rich and giving to the poor happened but equality never happened. What about equality in education? Why do the Democrats not believe in that kind of equality, since a good education is one of the best ways to decrease poverty? Could it be that the poorly educated are more dependent on the government for survival? Do the poor think that they can survive without government help? According to the “occupiers” that Obama supports, they can not!

Our government has been using the poor for self advancement and spending trillions in tax dollars over the years in doing so. Equality is like self esteem…it must be earned! I’m not talking about the handicapped or disabled here, only the physically and mentally capable persons like you and I.

We haven’t divided ourselves, the government has. It is in the best interest of our country for our government to treat everyone alike or we won’t feel as equals! However, we are the voters that allowed this to happen. How will we survive as a nation when our own government is undermining the unity of our citizenry? If this doesn’t change, we will fall just like other nations have!

This is the most believable video I have seen on this subject.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3aCfR8rmrw

If in fact this video is true and it certainly seems to be well documented, naming particulars and supposedly facts that were to have actually happen. Any of you that are detail type’s ——- please do take it apart and let me know if there is truth there——-if you can get to the bottom of any so call truth I would be very much interested in hearing from you. Why that isn’t a major news story or one of the heavies in talk radio didn’t pick it up leads me to none of it being true.

The above paragraph tells you how cynical things have become, a problem for me or anyone, who thinks, they can’t get to truth, all the while not believing what one is told, regardless how it is presented.

Trust in reasoning and thinking that you have the facts is a must and not questioning truth is needed if leadership within society is to work and/or be possible. The problem becomes confusing when you are not sure of truth. As Pilate tells/ask Jesus in the Gospel of John 18:38 “What is truth?” If you are going to hang your hat on the “Conservative Movement”, or “The Constitution”, or “The Tea Party Movement”, and/or “Crony Capitalisms” cynicism will need to be kept to a minimum and that is not happening.

The citizen does not understand that the radical Progressive/Socialist/Marxist does not need his ideology or his believe system re-enforced, that is why Obama and his ilk thrives on confusion. There is no room in his psyche for doubt or confusion—–none—–he is committed to what he believes. Further more he cares not for “What is truth?” that is why stating their position as truth is not difficult even when nothing of it is true. Most people will not understand that confusion or believe people can be that way.

Why the leadership in the church can’t see this is surprising, we will in the 21st century come to the position where the only thing that will be trusted is “Thus saidth the Lord”. If the Church doesn’t make it clear that truth comes from God and the Bible we will have an ever expanding bout with cynicism with man believing nothing and becoming a ruler on to himself with total confusion through out the social fabric. At that point the country will have disintegrated and what Marist believes to be truth matters not.

The Church must start making Biblical arguments if truth is going to survive.

We Shall See—-don’t you think?????

Here is an article by an anonomous writer and given to me by my friend Clyde! He feels like many of us in our later years, including your’s truly!

”They like to refer to us as senior citizens, old fogies, geezers, and in some cases dinosaurs. Some of us are “Baby Boomers” getting ready to retire. Others have been retired for some time. We walk a little slower these days and our eyes and hearing are not what they once were. We have worked hard, raised our children, worshipped our God and grown old together. Yes, we are the ones some refer to as being over the hill, and that is probably true. But before writing us off completely, there are a few things that need to be taken into consideration.”

“In school we studied English, history, math, and science which enabled us to lead America into the technological age. Most of us remember what outhouses were, many of us with firsthand experience. We remember the days of telephone party-lines, 25 cent gasoline, and milk and ice being delivered to our homes. For those of you who don’t know what an icebox is, today they are electric and referred to as refrigerators. A few even remember when cars were started with a crank. Yes, we lived those days.”

“We are probably considered old fashioned and out-dated by many, but there are a few things you need to remember before completely writing us off. We won World War II, fought in Korea and VietNam. We can quote The Pledge of Allegiance, and know where to place our hand while doing so. We wore the uniform of our country with pride and lost many friends on the battlefield. We didn’t fight for the Socialist States of America; we fought for the “Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.” We wore different uniforms but carried the same flag. We know the words to the Star Spangled Banner, America, and America The Beautiful by heart, and you may even see some tears running down our cheeks as we sing. We have lived what many of you have only read about in History books and we feel no obligation to apologize to anyone for America.”

“Yes, we are old and slow these days but rest assured, we have at least one good fight left in us. We have loved this country, fought for it, and died for it, and now we are going to save it. It is our country and nobody is going to take it away from us. We took oaths to defend America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that is an oath we plan to keep. There are those who want to destroy this land we love but, like our founders, there is no way we are going to remain silent.”

“It was mostly the young people of this nation who elected Obama and the Democratic Congress. You fell for the “Hope and Change” which in reality was nothing but “Hype and Lies”. You have tasted socialism and seen evil face to face, and have found that you don’t like it at all. You make a lot of noise, but most are all too interested in their careers or “Climbing the Social Ladder” to be involved in such mundane things as patriotism and voting. Many of those who fell for the “Great Lie” in 2008 are now having buyers remorse. With all the education we gave you, you didn’t have sense enough to see through the lies and instead drank the ‘Kool-Aid’. Now you’re paying the price and complaining about it. No jobs, lost mortgages, higher taxes, and less freedom. This is what you voted for and this is what you got. We entrusted you with the Torch of Liberty and you traded it for a paycheck and a fancy house.”

“Well, don’t worry youngsters, the Grey-Haired Brigade is here, and in 2012 we are going to take back our nation. We may drive a little slower than you would like but we get where we’re going, and in 2012 we’re going to the polls by the millions. This land does not belong to the man in the White House nor to the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. It belongs to “We the People” and “We the People” plan to reclaim our land and our freedom. We hope this time you will do a better job of preserving it and passing it along to our grandchildren. So the next time you have the chance to say the Pledge of Allegiance, stand up, put your hand over your heart, honor our country, and thank God for the old geezers of the “Grey-Haired Brigade.”

“If Obama loses the Catholic vote, he loses the election. The White House will come around fast. Rely upon it.”

Closing lines from Pat Buchanan’s article “Obama Sandbags the Archbishop” in Human Events.
http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=49191

Buchanan points out losing the Catholic vote loses Obama the election and Buchanan thinks Obama and the White House will come around fast.

How ignorant of Buchanan and the Catholic’s to think Obama and his ilk will change any of their positions as if wanting to and with that changing over something as trivial as gaining their vote. Why my dear Buchanan and his Catholic friends, all Obama needs do, is fake a change of heart at some critical point in the political process and the Catholic folk and the leadership will fall hook, line and sinker for his charade, thinking they have forced a change in the evil president thinking.

Are you kidding me? He is set in his path of evil and nothing less then a “Born Again Revelation” from God will change his heart.

I have noticed——with Beck anyway—–the word evil is creeping into the conversation more and more. This re-defining of the nature of the problem is taking place ever so slowly and we should note that transition carefully. For not only are the Catholics ignorant of the phenomenon called evil and it’s existents in the White House and through out the culture but they are surrounded by Evangelicals ignorant of the same. The Evangelicals are not only ignorant as too what is going on around them, but they are ignorant of what the Bible teaches, and few truly know Jesus Christ as their savior and if that is not enough they know nothing of God’s law as applied to the social fabric and what God requires. The American people on a whole are ignorant as to what the likes of the “Progressive” are doing to them, why is this?—-The people know nothing of their Bible.

The people will need to define evil, and look a what sin is. Both actions, evil and sin, are words that people can not or will not talk about. Why is this? Because you will need to insert God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible back into the conversation and into society. Did Buchanan in his article do that? Did the Catholic Church do that in defining their compliant with President Obama—they had a valid argument and compliant I might add, but I missed it if they include God. Is Sin and Evil finally on the table for discussion, did they or will they discuss sin and evil with President Obama——glorifying God in the process——-for man is His creation—-I did not see any of that and don’t think they are ready to bring God into the discussion.

We Shall See—–don’t you think??????

“The connection between earnings and education is unmistakable, yet overlooked in America’s current public policy debates”

This is stated in Investors.com. The liberals in politics know this but refuse to do anything about it. Are they afraid that the poorly educated would riot? Are the poorly educated accustomed to being fed by the government? Would those that bring up the subject be called insensitive by the left, especially in the MSM? Does welfare and Affirmative Action have anything to do with the perpetuating of this disaster that looms over and is changing our culture to something less than desirable? Since welfare and Affirmative Action started, are we better off as a society? Do we have more poor now than ever before? Are we not 37th in math and science among the industrialized countries in the world?

To all of the above, yes is the only answer that fits. What other proof do we need than the last sentence? It is also proof that a government can destroy it’s own country if left unchecked by the people. What are we waiting for? Let’s fix it! We can start by getting government out of education. It CAN be done! If we can send a man to the moon, we can fix education. But then again, maybe we don’t want to. Maybe we like the handouts and promises of handouts more than fixing our problems.

“The solution should not be redistributing America’s wealth, but reforming its education system”.

In the open letter below I have eliminated, the school districts name, along with any reference to contact names within the letter, nor did I say who wrote the letter because my point is not to single out anyone for criticism nor pick at Pennsylvania School Districts. The point of this is to show there is a legislative effort on the horizon that will eliminate the home owner’s school property tax burden. I have encouraged other citizens to request their school boards review HB1776 in an effort to start the process of generating interest in HB 1776 at the different school districts here in the Lehigh Valley, Pa. Without this interest and push from the different concerned citizens and groups, HB1776 will die a slow death on the house floor.

I will also tell you I wrote a similar letter to the Superintendent of the Bethlehem School District asking that they consider HB1776. I was fortunate enough to have a school board member who did bring the bill up at a board meeting under new business just last week—-so the bill was introduced and there appears to be interest.

There is a link (Below in the letter) that will help you gather information, the bill is in committee and still being reviewed and worked on. Please look over the information and ready yourself to get involved by introducing HB1776 to your school board, with an action item of—– the school board taking a serious look at and supporting HB1776.

Thank You
Randy Toman

Letter to a school district:

Dear Elected Members of ——- School Board,
In December of 2011 I submitted four concerns and requests on various issues. You were kind enough to address the “spelling” issue which generated some community interest and constructive dialog. I am pleased to report that I have since met with Dr. ——— and Dr. ——- who both graciously spoke with me at length on the matter. Though we may not always agree, these two professionals restored some of my confidence in the way this administration, absent of Mr.———, is willing to meet directly with parents/guardians and address concerns personally. For that I am grateful.

This letter is a follow-up on my suggestion that the ——– School Board petition our state legislature in support of eliminating property tax. Here is another web link for HB1776. http://www.ptcc.us/ I hope that each of you take the time to look it up. At least one of you stated during the campaign that you were in favor of “eliminating the financial responsibility” for tax payers. I am not asking you to eliminate our responsibility because after all, the budget must be funded. However, your diligent support of HB1776 or similar legislation will show your understanding that the current property tax system of funding the school district is unsustainable, antiquated, and unconstitutional.
Top among all the arguments in favor of such a plan is our constitutional right to own private property. As long as the government can hold our homes hostage through property taxes we will not truly own our properties. As long as you have the ability to raise our property taxes we have no control aside from voting you out after the damage is done. When you were sworn in as school board members you promised to uphold the constitution. Here’s a chance to show you meant it.
The following thoughts further support the need for you, our elected school board, to work towards eliminating property tax on behalf of those whom you represent.
1. School boards must look to make corrections by thinking outside the box. HB1776 would certainly force that thinking.
2. School Boards must understand that sticking with the current system of taxing the property owners as they need more money to balance the budgets will not work. This is an unsustainable means of revenue as our economy continues to spiral downward; the system is bankrupted.
3. School Boards cannot continue to fund an ever expanding system of unsustainable spending and budgetary increases using the excuse that, “it’s for the children”. With HB1776 school districts would receive the inflation index only for their expansion.
4. School Boards need to adjust their spending downward, not their revenue upwards. HB 1776 would force thought towards limited spending.
5. School Boards must get more aggressive and do what is right for the ‘good’ of the tax payers. To achieve this good one should not continue taxing property owners when the real problem to be tackled is spending. HB1776 would force thinking towards doing what is right.

Please open conversation on this serious subject as soon as possible. A consumption based system of funding school districts will level the playing field for all citizens, not just property owners. I look forward to your speedy response.
