The following is an excerpt from the June issue of The Morgan Report. Although I recently wrote about the silver as money issue, many precious metals investors are rather under informed about some aspects of the silver market. Our readers have been kept up to date about the thrust for getting Mexico and other Latin countries to use silver along with their paper currencies.
Silver Market Update
Most of you know something that has hardly had any mention in the mainstream press at all, and this is the valiant effort of Hugo Salinas Price to work for the reinstitution of silver into the monetary system of Mexico. Mr. Price is trying to bring silver back into circulation, in parallel with paper and digital money, in Mexico; see www.plata.com.mx. He has several articles written in Spanish, many translated into English. His latest effort was defeated, but Hugo assured me that the silver cause has more friends than ever and some of these will be Diputados, or Representatives as they are known in the U.S.  So the battle will go on.
This is a memo I recently received from Hugo.
Dear friends -
Just to let you know that my high hopes for monetization of the silver ounce have been dashed due to various factors in conflict in the Lower House. The Left is angry with TV Azteca, and the Silver Bill was perceived as being actually a TV Azteca legislative project. So, thumbs down!
I am going to stand-by till September, when a new and perhaps more amenable Legislature is installed after elections coming up soon.
We have good support in the Senate, which will wait till September for further possible collaboration with the Lower House “Diputados Federales”.
Sorry for the bad news, but that’s the way it is. Who knows what further disasters we may see in the world financial stage, from here to September?

I believe that the only hope for our civilization is to begin by silver, which is “the people’s money”. The tremendous obstacles which our Central Bank has offered to this project, [are] based on the fact that silver is outside the scope of banking. That is the only way we are going to save our civilization - by placing a limit on banks, a limit which is not a limit decreed by a law, but by the way in which people will strongly desire to have this money in their own possession, and not deposited in banks. This will checkmate the Keynesians.
Here begins the limitation of the scope of banking, which today owns the world. Money as something independent of banks, existing on its own.
It is our view that 2009 marks a watershed year for the precious metals, because the mainstream propaganda that gold and silver are archaic relics is giving way to the reality that both gold and silver are the new wealth for the new standard of living. In other words the general population will begin to wake up, and once a larger money flow starts into this market it will cause some problems for the latecomers, as the amount of paper debt that can be replaced by gold and silver is very small, relative to the amount of paper in existence. We may see various governments enact some type of tax or reporting on precious metals transactions. As your publisher learned recently, some country-to-country travel now requires reporting of any amount of precious metals moving between some borders.
Our view so far has been that the precious metals may not have a big run to the upside during the summer months and we expect the precious metals market will be kept in a wide trading range by the large traders. The other factor in our thinking is that, due to pressure to keep their ability to buy the basic essentials, many people, who might otherwise want to enter into the precious metals markets, will be kept away by the commonly referred to deflationary forces. This is becoming a difficult call, because we do see a shift in attitude and new market participants coming in at this time. As always we will be watching price and volume data to keep you informed if the market proves that the next launch date for the precious metals is earlier than forecast.

There can be no question that things are getting worse when you see these types of reports.  What is wrong with us that we cannot elect or find leaders to put into leadership positions that understand the times?????

Celente claims and I quote from Dave’s newsletter.  Are you ready for this one????

In 2012 we will have—“Food riots, tax protests, farmer rebellions, student revolts, squatter dig-ins, general strikes, boss-napping, kidnappings, industrial saboteurs, gang warfare, mob rule, and terror.”

This guy must be some kind of nut case, don’t you think?  Read this one as he continues.

 “ The Trend Research Institute had made this forecast many times before: if Iran was attacked by its arch enemies, Israel and/or the United States, it would prove to be the spark igniting World War 3.”

And now this last quote regarding Bernanke and what Celente believes of financiers- money-changers and the global banking elite.

 “On the evening of September 18th 2008 the American democratic system was replaced by a financial dictatorship.  What was billed, as a “Federal Bailout” was, nothing less than a bloodless coup.  The Wall Street Gang had taken over the White House, and control of Washington.  Congress promised not to resist and pledged to pass legislation as demanded.”

We gave no “Consent “ to any of this yet it continues, and with the latest vote on the “Cap and Trade” bill, one must ask how far shall we will be pushed before we have serious social unrest?  “We the People” shall see and shortly, maybe as soon as January of 2010 when we see hyperinflation kick in.

May God have mercy on us when it starts, and it has not started “YET” but it is getting worse—isn’t it?????

Why is it that 75% of Jews in America can’t figure out who their friends are and who the enemy is? Thank God for the 25% that do! I’m with the 25% so that makes me in the minority. I thought the Democrats cared about minorities! Only when they get their votes! Just ask the whistleblowers from ACORN before they are intimidated into silence!

Now California is the worst state in the country for high taxes and good jobs. The tech industry is falling apart, the housing industry is at it’s worst in it’s history. Even the illegals are leaving! Small businesses are vanishing due to high taxes and crime. The schools have 25% of their students that can’t read English, the dropout rate is climbing and the schools are near the bottom when rated against all other schools in the U.S. The budget deficit is 24 billion and rising. They have been bailed out numerous times and are now realizing that cost cuts will have to be made at all levels of spending. Prisoners will have to let out because the prisons are overcrowded and under funded. Teachers will be laid off and government buildings will be closed and sold to anyone who wants to buy. Who will want to live there? Not me!

If we want to know what the rest of the country will look like in a few years, just take a look at California, a once proud and prosperous state when real statesmen ran the government, like Ronald Reagan. This is what liberalism and Socialism will do to all of the states. Even a liberal state like Vermont wants to close itself off from the grip of this liberal, Socialist path we are going down with Obama and his America hating Bill Ayers tendencies of how to run a country. Obama learned well, he just learned all the wrong things! One would think he was un-American and un-Christian! Naw!!! He says he is a Christian and a real patriot. From what I hear, he has not joined a church since he left the hate speech filled church of the Reverend Wright! The press loves him! They also love all leftists and hate all conservatives and especially Christian conservatives. When will we ever learn?

Anyhow, I as a Christian was created and all you other non believers, believe you were……well….evolved!

Why is the press so quiet about Von Brunn now and the relativity of Reverend Wright remarks? They realize that many Americans could wake up to the fact that the real anti Jewish hate is on the left and they also may realize that many American Jews are very anti-American also. Many of these anti-American Jews are in prominent positions in the mainstream media and love to criticize the right when this fact is brought up. These same people undoubtedly voted for Barack Obama and against pro-Israel John McCain and the Republican party. Why would they do that? I really would like an honest explanation of this fact! Obama has been hanging around with anti-American types for a long time, who have also been anti-Jewish. How about 20 years worth of hate speech being fed to Obama by the “Reverend” Wright? Isn’t it amazing how the mainstream media can cloud over or refuse to talk about the facts when they themselves are full of hate and anti-semetic, anti Israel feelings? Why do we hear very few good things about Israel from the MSM?

Obama claims he doesn’t want to “interfere” with Iranian internal policies when innocent Iranian people are being shot in the streets because they are protesting a corrupt election. At the same time Obama just completed talks with Israeli Netanyahu telling Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu he must stop Jewish settlements in the West Bank and should grasp a “historic opportunity” to make peace with the Palestinians. Is that interfering with Israeli internal policy? Sure it is! This is known as “double talk”!

Reality is that the press in the United States is approaching the operational methods of the press in Socialist countries and ABC is becoming the official mouthpiece for Obama and the democrat party and their Socialist agenda for all America. I have been to some of the former Soviet block countries and spoke with many of the people about how things were. You ain’t going to like it, so you better speak up now while you have the freedom to do so! Only we, the people can hold our politicians accountable and we are NOT doing such a good job!

Lugwig Von Mises (1881-1973) 1922  “Socialism” an Economic and Sociological Analysis in the Preface to the second German edition Vienna, January 1932 we have Mises laying out Marx’s three critical axioms needed to destroy any ability of the American people to defend themselves.

Allow me to give you the three in my words:

1. A denial of logic as a valid way of getting to universal truth and there could be no fixed truths from God.  The Socialist refuted all logic and reasoning as “Bourgeois” reasoning, condemning “Capitalism” as something evil.  We see this as coming into full play today with all the “Emotionalism” and “Feel Goodism” of the day.  Their statements of the situation with their “Emotionalism” will always be a truth, while the logical statements will be called false.  We have seen this now since President Obama has taken office, there is no truth in “Capitalism” and they/it must be controlled because of their evilness.  All the while the elite good guys of government have the truth.

2.  They say and believe, that the dialectical development and the resulting tension will always lead to “Socialism” and truth.  But in reality the dialectical tension leads to the negation of negation and chaos for everyone, but the elite who cannot nor will not believe that, they (the socialist) will always put forth some false premise, all the while claiming truth, and grabbing power with control.

3. Never claim to have a “Socialist Promise Land” and/or “Utopian” but rather always offer some resolution, which is assured to work, all the while adding chaos and confusion to the issue.  Never accept logic and reason as a platform from which to argue any position.

We have these 3 axioms coming into play with Global Warming, Closing of the Borders, Monetary policy (its insanity to think borrowing can solve the problem).  The problems facing the American people cannot be solved unless the American people start to see this deeper problem.  Because of this lack of seeing the deeper problem they can never solve anything, for they are not attacking the root but a branch and that will never kill the problem.  Socialism will continue to drive the American people farther and farther into chaos, defeat and finally destruction of a once great nation.

  We the people have lost the treasures of the “Constitution” and essences of the word “consent”.  When was the last time we consented to what the politicians did?  Is it not true that laws and dictates are made without any thought to get approval from the citizens.

We the people have lost the essence of who is to “tolerate” whom.  We must tolerate all the nonsense, insanity, spending, and evilness coming from our politicians, all the while our government says they will tolerate our troops coming home but brand them as someone to be watched for possible terrorist acts if they have a bumper sticker and/or say something not falling within government divides of their definition of “toleration”.  How is this possible?

The understanding of the “Constitution” must be re-learned through the eyes of St. George Tucker (1752-1827).  The government were delegates rather then masters of the people, they governed within the guide lines of the law which was understood through our “Constitution”.  St. George Tucker took Blackstone’s Commentaries of English law and Americanized and Republicanized them so that they would fit within the frame work of what the Constitution stood for, because Blackstone’s commentaries were suffused with the principles of a monarchial and aristocratic state.  Tucker’s revised and Americanized, Blackstone’s commentaries were published in Philadelphia in 1803 and were widely used up to the civil war.  “Consent” and “Toleration” given by the people had only one direction in which authority could flow and that was from the people.  The authority from the people was hinged on God’s law, for the people knew from were their liberty and freedom came, and it was not from the king and/or some government.

Under “Constitutional” law we the people grant, “Consent” not the other way around.  We have lost all meaning of what the constitution means.  We argue over the 2nd. Amendment, free speech, all the while the government tolerates us and dictates laws that suppress us.  They should all be impeached, we gave no “Consent” to leave our borders wide open.  We gave no “Consent” to loan our money to the banks and the Federal Reserve System is UN-CONSTITUTIONAL and the politician are debating as to whether or not they can audit the FED.  Why they should be tarred and feathered, all of them, what is wrong with us?  I tell you we have no knowledge of what our founding fathers tried to teach us.  HAPPY FATHERS DAY—-WE SHALL SEE what next father’s day will bring.
