1/2 dente de alho
1 colher chá de flor  sal
2 chávenas de castanha de caju crua e germinadas
2 colheres de sopa de sumo de limão
1/4 de xícara de água filtrada

1. Num processador, pulverize o alho e o sal. Adicione as castanhas de caju e bata até ficar tudo bem picado.

 O xarope serve para adultos e crianças e sem dúvida melhora o sabor de algumas ervas.

Há xarope de infusão, tintura mãe ou de decocção. Qualquer que seja a base que escolha a dosagem é sempre a mesma 1/3 de infusão, tintura ou decocção e 2/3 de xarope.

A tintura mãe é para poder conservar as propriedades das plantas por um longo tempo, de dois a três anos.

A tintura é mais concentrada, que a decocção ou a infusão. É necessário verificar sempre qual a dosagem indicada para cada tipo de tintura.
