Började dagen med ett gympass. Explosivstyrka. Det första explosiva så tog det lite lugnare än vanligt för att inte trasa dönder nått i kroppen - 50 min.&lt;br/&gt;

På aftonen ett kort paddelmaskinpass med stenhårda intervaller 2x(10x45/15s) med 3 min blockvila - 50 min.&lt;br/&gt;

Idag var det kajak dag på Båtmässan i Göteborg. Mycket bra reklam för kajaking i allmänhet och DKM+ i synnerhet. En paneldebatt om vad ny kanotist bör tänka på vid val av kajak genomfördes också.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
Bootshaus hade med en paddelmaskin där OS hoppet på 200m Anders Svensson visade takterna. Anders paddling på 100 meter genomfördes på 17,6 sekunder med en stång som såg ut att vara böjd hela tiden!&lt;br/&gt;

Hade egentligen tänkt få tid idag till att läsa den nya paddeltidningen som finns på nätet. Engelsk online tidning som är gratis. Och den är helt tillägnad racing, maraton och motion. Coolt! &lt;br/&gt;

Riktigt bra serie övningar. Jag har bytt ut en del övningar beroende på vad som finns i gymmet. Bla kör jag marklyft istället för ryggresning. Sen har jag improviserat kring magövningar. Bla kört benlyft hängande i chinsstång.&lt;br/&gt;

...det är vad 20km Södra Berget Runt handlar om. Och en hel del höjdmetrar åsså. Vet inte riktigt hur man ska tolka SportTracks men den säger +550/-550m i stigning under loppet. &lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
Gjorde vad jag kunde idag. Hade bra skidor. Var pigg i kroppen. Och balanserade med pulsen kring mjölksyratröskeln under hela loppet. Det som det brister i är min diagonalåkning. Har för dålig diagonalteknik och blir hängande på armarna. Och det är inga stora muskler att jobba med i uppförsbackarna.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
Tar med en schysst känsla från tävlingen och en tredjeplats. Nu är det bara att jobba framåt. Det känns som att jag ligger "före" fjolårssäsongen. Är riktigt sugen på paddelsäsongen som ligger ett par månader bort.&lt;br/&gt;

Sitter som bäst och gruvar för årets upplaga av Södra Berget Runt. Lite hatkärlek kan man lugnt säga. Ett härligt evenemang med många startande men banan är lite väl mycket :-) Klicka på bilden så syns banan och banprofilen. Gott om höjdmetrar att ta.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
Körde 40km ifjol men kommer ta 20km rejset i år. Återstår att se hur det går. Ber en stilla bön att det finns fäste under skidorna för sista stigningen. Från 16-19km tar man 150 höjdmeter! Huga. &lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
Skidorna är preppade. Nu återstår bara att sova gott.&lt;br/&gt;

Inte alls dumt att kunna backa tillbaka och se vad man gjort för nått. &lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
Döm av min förvåning: Lyckades skrapa ihop 500 timmar under fjolåret! Är riktigt nöjd! Av det var 210 timmar kajakspecifikt (maskin eller kajak). 100 timmar var skidåkning. Det var de stora blocken. Har hunnit lyfta lite skrot, cykla och springa oxå. Åsså finns det med en del bålstabilitet.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
Bilderna nedan är träningstid totalt under 2011 respektive träningstid kajakspecifikt. Vad som förvånar mig är att jag tränade minst under vintern. Det trodde jag inte.&lt;br/&gt;
