We hope to release it within 2-3 weeks. The feature is mostly complete, but the documentation should be written/updated. We are planning to release Option Matrix as Beta first. It will be completely functional, but we do not recommend to switch existing stores to Option Matrix until we publish the final release. It could happen in 1-2 weeks after the Beta release.

Any updates to estimated release date?

Yes, Option Matrix products can have different dimensions, and they are taken into account in shipping calculations.

can you have different weights for different size products, like a Small t-shirt may weigh less than a xxl t-shirt or product, etc.. in the variations for shipping caluclation during checkout?

Any update on the beta launch?

I love your application but I can't use it in any projects because of missing localization and internationalization support. I see in the roadmap that its planned, but do you have any idea about when it these will be available? 2 months, 6 months ,or 1 year or more? I am sure lot of people are waiting for this. Thank you :)

 I like how the matrix has sub-sections for different types of options.  Very nice organization from what is shown.

Option Matrix will be a part of the core Shop module, so you will not have to pay for it. 
If you want to switch an existing store to Option Matrix, you will need to update the product setup (use Option Matrix instead of grouped products) and update some front-end code. We are trying to make the front-end API as simple as possible, for example to get a product's sale price on the Product page you should call $product->om('sale_price') (om stands for Option Matrix) instead of $product->get_sale_price(). Other updates will be simple too and we will provide a detailed documentation, so the transition should not be difficult.

Fedex Shipping Labels

No hope on it being sooner :) This looks so good and is exactly what we need. Any suggestions for what we should do in the meantime? Will this be a module that we will have to pay for?

FedEx is already integrated in LemonStand. What specific integration are you referring to?

Bummed to see that the FedEx shipping integration is not on the roadmap any longer.  Something that I am desperately waiting for!

Exciting Aleksey – will this tie into its own set of import APIs? Right now we're skirting the matrix issue using a very confusing set of import parsing but would *much* rather import properly into a true matrix.

I think the roadmap is prioritized well. Regarding the localization... it says languages for backend... will this be possible for front-end? Also, multiple currency is important... just wondering if that could be introduced with the localization features?

This looks so good!! When will this be done? Really need to get this module right away. I see alot of fellow developers doing clothing stores are going through the same thing. Any specific day, month?
