Çok sıklıkla yaptığım ve beğenerek yediğimiz bir çeşittir. Geçen yıl patlıcan közlemek için közmatik almıştım. Alt tarafı delikli bir tencere düşünün, bunu ocağımın üzerine koyup içine de patlıcanları koyuyorum. Aynı ateş közündeymiş gibi oluyorlar. Gerçekten de çok kolaylık. Diğer türlü çok zor oluyor.
