Hello,

Well, this is the last time you will be visiting this webpage for my column. As of January 2014, my Column is MOVING... ahhh! exciting! Well, it's just to transfer on this Google+ shit. I'm going to be operating that column from January 2014, but it will still be the same domains that you visit - Keep up with my Twitter and I'll tell you the exact post that I do on the new page;)

However, a few weeks back, I received a Casio Watch from The Watch Hut, and I've been meaning to upload a review of it, but I have been quite busy trying to get the others out. Well, this watch is a decent watch in a sense, however, the hands on the watch are rather small but it's everyone to their own taste. You must get over and buy this - it's CHRISTMAS soon as well.

So, you will probably have, one or two more posts before the move but see you soon!

Steve Prescott: His Life & The Funeral

Today, I had the dignified pleasure to attend the funeral of Steve Prescott MBE. It was a tribute that fitted perfectly to an amazing man.

Steven Willam Prescott MBE

If you don't already know, this is Steve Prescott MBE - A Husband, A Father, A Brother, A Friend, but most importantly, a HERO. Steve started his professional career at St Helens RLFC, making 117 appearances and scoring 52 tries, between 1993 and 1997. He retired through injury in 2004 after spending a year out of the game with a broken kneecap. When Steve was diagnosed in 2006, with pseudomyxoma peritonei, he was told that he had just six months to live, however, Steve would not let the Cancer beat him. He wanted to fight the Cancer. He set up the Steve Prescott Foundation in 2007 and was appointed an MBE in 2009. He is survived by his wife Linzi and two children, Taylor and Koby.

Taylor, Steve's oldest son, shown the courage that came to define his father, rose to deliver an eulogy. He said: “I want to say a few words about how proud I am of what may dad achieved. I have a lot of great memories of the time we had together – and I will remember them forever.

“When I was five and Dad became ill I made him a promise that I would always do my best and follow my dream of becoming a sportsman. I hope I can make him as proud of me as I am of him, Me and Koby will miss him but we will love him forever.” Mike Denning, the chair of the Steve Prescott Foundation, then spoke, saying thousands had turned up to remember a “great, great person and a great man”. He said there were three sides of Steve’s character – the son, the dad and the husband; Prekky the rugby league player; and Stephen Prescott MBE – the prolific fundraiser.

And for the first time, speaking on behalf of the family and the Steve Prescott Foundation, it was revealed publicly that Steve underwent a pioneering bowel transplant in the weeks before he died.

Surgeons at Churchhill Hospital in Oxford had removed 90 per cent of the pseudomyxoma peritonei tumours that were in his abdomen, however, several weeks later he died as a result of graft versus host disease, a complication that sometimes follows transplants.

Mike said: “The one in a million disease he had fought so hard for so long had all but gone.

“Steve always said to us that pseudomyxoma peritonei would never beat him and it didn’t. In the end it was complications that took Steve away from us.”

Mike stressed the immense gratitude that the family have for the team in Oxford, which was led by Mr Anil Vaidya, and that the lessons learned from the transplant would help others in the future.

This funeral was surely one, well fitted to an absolute hero. I had spoke to Steve on many occasions, and before and after the service, I chatted to the attendants at the funeral, who all had very fond memories of Steve. It was an incredible experience that was surely one for a true hero. If you saw Steve in the street, then he would make sure that he said "hello" to you or even would stop an chat.

McBusted? I'm A Celeb & Ignorant Brits

McBusted have announced that they are forming a massive supergroup. I know that this announcement was quite a surprise to me, however on social media, it didn't seem to be quite a shock. Many reactions to the news was things like "Is it going to work?"; "What happened to Charlie?" - To answer the question about Charlie, he decided that he didn't want to join the band again, however he didn't forget to cash in on his share of the band. He decided that he technically owned part of the "Busted" name, so he called an 'emergency' meeting with his former bandmates, and then they decided to pay him a six figure sum according to reports. He's not daft.

The ten celebrities heading into the jungle for the new series are: Rebecca Adlington, Steve Davis, Kian Egan, David Emanuel, Joey Essex, Laila Morse, Lucy Pargeter, Alfonso Ribeiro, Amy Willerton and Matthew Wright - bearing in mind, seeing what I've saw on 'The Only Way Is Essex', Joey Essex seems to be as soft as a brush.

You know, when you are like, out in public and you always come across one of them brits that are just complete utter t**ts and then are just arrogant. You never seem to understand how ignorant they can be. I was on the bus the other day, with my disabled nan [who has a heart condition which means that she can't walk/ stand for a long period of time, however she can walk about 10-15 steps] and when we first got on the bus, the wheelchair space was already occupied, so I told my nan to take a seat on one of the disabled chairs - the ones that fold up - so she did and I folded the wheelchair up and then stood up on the bus with it. However, a few bus stops ahead and more people started to get onto the bus with prams and shopping trolleys - them funny ones with wheels, not the ones at Asda, so the bus driver told me that my nan and this other elderly woman would have to stand up, so I can put the wheelchair in the space, however, I objected to doing this as my nan can't do this and the other elderly woman looked as though she was uncomfortable at this suggestion, in the end, the other woman got off the bus which enabled me to place the wheelchair in the correct space.

On the way home, It was the same instance, however I had already placed the wheelchair in the dedicated space, and there wasn't an issue with seating, and then this woman come onto the bus with a pram and suggested that I stood up and that I moved the wheelchair, and as you can guess, I'm a tw*t so I objected to this and pointed out a sign on the bus that stated that the bus company, Arriva, had a "polite notice" that requested the passengers folded up their prams and loaded them in the bay that was available, this bay was available but the woman refused to fold it up, so it is her own fucking fault, and I still think my actions were acceptable after my nan has a disability and she shouldn't have to be made uncomfortable and made the stand up. Don't get me wrong, my nan is the type of person that would stand up if she had to but I felt that she was already in her chair first and that she had paid for her chair, so I told my nan that she should remain seated.

Teen Awards, Poppies, Lexi Branson & Steve Prescott

It seems the windy affects of last week's 'hurricane' are still affecting the British Isles, or more particularly, the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards as Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall saw her skirt blow up in her face.

The popstar was walking the red carpet with bandmates Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock when a breeze caught the hemline of her grey skirt.

Luckily, Jade managed to get a perfectly manicured hand down in time to prevent her knickers being on show for too long.

Seems like the wind just loves to catch Celebrities out?

Okay, so I was travelling to see a family member in hospital this week, and while I was on the bus, I was reading a debate about Poppies for Remembrance Sunday. The question was nice and simple. It was "Should people feel bad for not wearing a poppy?" - I actually enjoyed this debate because it was rather varied and brought out some really good points. I feel as though I have to get into the spirit of things when I change my column banner to accommodate the poppy ready for Remembrance Sunday. I guess, one of the main points of the debate was that the poppies don't really last so people feel as though they have to keep buying them, which someone stated that it was costing them more and more money, they also suggested that they should give safety pins with the poppies and then they should last longer - I don't really like to argue on this matter however, I am a strong supporter of our Armed Forces. Let me know what you think, and cast YOUR vote here.

I was appalled to see this story in the press this week, and it is beginning to highlight that dogs shouldn't be let around the younger generation, and is bringing to light whether dogs are safe or not. It was brought to light on Wednesday 6th November, that the dog had been brought from a rescue centre a few months before hand where, the family checked to see if the dog would be okay with a young child. Police did confirm that the dog was not of the banned breeds and was in fact a bulldog. Police also confirmed that the dog has died after Lexi's Mother attempted the save her child by stabbing the dog. All I can say, is Rest In Peace to Lexi Branson. We will remember you.

This weeks column, seems to feature two deaths:(, meh. Life is so hard at times. Yesterday, I learned of the news that Steve Prescott had passed away and the first time, I read the news, it was devastating, having to know that I had the pleasure of meeting this man on a few occasions, and following his progress quite closely, it was devastating to see. He has got a wife called Linzi and two sons, but it's the fact, of the most inspiration that this man had caused to thousands of people. St Helens residents and many thousands of people will remember him. Steve Prescott MBE - 1973 - 2013.

I also want to wish my very dear friend, Alicia Bevan, a massive GOOD LUCK for her Britain's Got Talent audition today. It's about time that her voice got heard, she has got massive potential and deserves everything that she gets. She is going through a tough time at the moment, but she still remains to be a supportive friend and is staying strong. I'm thinking of you and your family.

Little Mix, St. Jude, Advice Line & Baby P

What an absolute tragedy, the weather causes Britain. This week, we've been faced with a hurricane/ storm called St. Jude - Where the f*ck do they get these names from? - It's also brought to light that the weather in Britain can cause some awful tragedies. It was reported in one of the tabloids that a teenage girl died in her sleep during the weather. Bethany Freeman died when she was asleep in her caravan when it was hit by a tree, another death saw a dad-of-three Donal Dohan crushed to death in his car when he was going to work during rush hour.

I was checking what songs I could find to be my first "Song Of The Week" for this column and I can across the latest Little Mix song which is called "Move" - What an incredible song it is. It's just the set for a future hit and it's got to be a hit of theirs that is going to go straight to number one. I've been reading comments on Twitter, and they are all really positive which must be a good thing for the girls. One comment from @MyNuggetHoran said: "IM ADDICTED TO LITTLE MIX MOVE OMFG ITS SO ADDICTIVE". I tend to read the daily newspaper, probably a tabloid but sometimes they are just full of bullsh*t. As you may/ may not of saw but I'm a strong supporter of the Madeleine McCann case. I wrote a successful post about her before the Crimewatch appeal and it was a hit. You can see it here. but for some strange reason, the tabloid are just constantly printing bullsh*t. I'm not going to name the papers that I'm aiming this at or what the stories/ headlines are.. I'm just saying that you need to consider the readers as well.

Baby P's mum, Tracey Connelly has been released from jail after being jailed in 2009 for the death of Baby P after he was found with more than 50 injuries, after her being released.. I have lost real faith in the justice system of Britain!

Question : "Hi, erm, my boyfriend's ex girlfriend keeps flirting with him and sends him dirty pictures which is disgusting considering i'm with him, I spoke to him about it and he said he wouldn't speak to her any more but she keeps finding ways to speak to him and its really getting me down cos I feel like he still likes her and not me:( recently I had a birthday and she had the nerve to tell him to tell me happy birthday which really got me mad and I wanted to say something to her but he told me not to or he would get angry, but I really don't want to sit here and do nothing. Answer: As you can understand, this is a difficult question for me to answer as it is quite personal but I'm going to do my best and I've considered many factors within making the decision for my answer to this. I'd suggest that you sat your boyfriend down and told him how it was making you feel. I know it may be stressful for your boyfriend to hear that his ex partner is affecting you but you've just got to be honest with each other, however, you've both got to have a high level of trust within the relationship or you might see that the relationship could break down if you don't have a high level of trust in one and other. My Anger At The NHS, Prince George & Benefit B****rds

I couldn't feel any more angry than I did when I read about this story in the Daily Mail. It's got to be one of the stupidest things I've heard to be wrote about the GP's in Britain. I read: "GPs have been paid bonuses to put elderly patients on controversial ‘death lists’ in an attempt to save the NHS money by cutting the number of people who die in hospital. They have been given £50 a time to draw up ‘end-of-life advanced care plans’ for patients they predict will pass away within a year."

So we now have to resort to creating "death lists" to save a bit of money? I've got to express what an incredible job the NHS do for us but it's scandalous what this story has to say. I couldn't put anyone on a death list who I thought would die within a year and get paid for it, so why should GPs. I found this picture on the Daily Mail website, and It's rather confusing but controversial.

What a beautiful picture it was to see on Wednesday 23rd October, when it was Prince George's Christening. Four generations of the royal family was there to see it, and I've got to admit, he's a beautiful baby. He will be having the girls chasing him around when he is older.

I had to be angered by a story featuring a jobless dad of nine in the headline saying "Give us a bigger house". Lee Miller and Natalie Cann want a five bed house because their current one which is a three bed house is "too small". They have said that if they're not rehoused then they're not going to pay the £253 rent (which is also taxpayer's cash, baring in mind £200 is already paid by the taxpayers). Despite not working, the pair who have five sons and four daughters have a 50" Flat Screen TV with Sky HD Box and a reptile tank for their python. They also have a kitchen which boasts many gadgets and luxuries which have an American Style Fridge and a Washing Machine while their daughters have a Flat Screen TV and a Nintendo Wii in their bedroom. Lee, 40, who has worked for just nine months in his entire adult life, said: “I'm objecting to paying towards the rent when we’re living like this. “I would be happy to pay if we had four bedrooms.” Natalie, 33, said: “This place is too small. People can think what they like. I don’t really care. The couple, from Bournemouth, receive £127 a week in child benefit and £482 a week in child tax credits.They also get £200 a month towards their rent so they only have to pay £253 themselves. The total in benefits adds up to £34,068 a year. - I am sorry if this offends anyone but this is just f*cking ridiculous If you can't afford all the kids then don't have them. Your just a bunch of lazy c**ts that want to live off the state for a lifetime. One of you could at least work but you don't. I don't see why our government puts up with things like this but honestly, get a job. Thousands of people pay their taxes and don't have benefits just to put money in your f*cking pocket.

Showbiz Baby? & Incredible TV

So, it looks like we've got another showbiz baby born this week with Frankie Sandford, from The Saturdays has announced on Twitter that she has had her baby. She wrote: "Wayne and I are so proud to say our little boy Parker Bridge was born this morning. 7lb 13oz. All doing well and absolutely besotted." - Congratulations Frankie & Wayne!

So, this week, I went back to College after having like the maddest form of "man-flu" - Yes, call me soft (haha). My whole body just seemed to ache but it still did when I went to college but I had to go. I stayed off on Friday because I had a bad headache but it was my mum's 40th Birthday aswell so I was ill on her birthday - (I felt bad) but I hope that she had a fab day.

Well, not much on the TV this week but I must say that Hollyoaks has been an incredible week. It's been full of so many different emotions and at points, it has made your eyes water. Well done Hollyoaks. It was an incredible effort from the cast and team to make it a week to remember and it sure was. Make sure to tune in tomorrow (Monday, 21st October) on Channel 4 at 6.30pm to watch the most emotional episode of the storyline.

Madeleine McCann

Hello everyone,

I thought I'd write a blog post why i'm ill - so that means I won't be doing a video today. I'm sorry.

However, I'm going to be talking about Madeleine McCann today, who is still in the hearts of Britain, seven years after being taken from her hotel room in Praia da Luz, Portugal where her family were on holiday. Madeleine was only 3 years old when she was taken on 3rd May 2007.

When this case was first brought to our attention, alot of the attention was on how Madeleine was left alone, and rumours were flying around but it was confirmed that she went missing after her parents, Kate and Gerry had left Madeleine, and younger brother and sister in a hotel room nearby a restaurant where Kate and Gerry had gone for a meal with her friends.

At first, I never really felt anything for this case, as it was just a big story at the time, all I felt was that the family of Madeleine must of been going through hell. However, when my first niece was born in 2011, I reviewed this case and as I was digging into the evidence of the case, I felt an awful strong feeling of guilt, that I hadn't campaigned for more information. I have personally never forgiven myself for not campaigning for more for the sake of Madeleine and since having the birth of my two nieces who are younger than three, I have known what it feels like when even on one occasion when you can't see them, how sad and depressed you can be.

Today, 14th October 2013, an e-fit was released who police think may hold information to the whereabouts of Madeleine McCann. Reading the Daily Star today, it said: "Last night Det Chief Insp Andy Redwood, leading the Metropolitan Police's Operation Grange, issued a Europe-wide appeal for anyone who recognises the man to come forward." He said: "I am asking the public for their help. While this man may or may not be the key to the unlocking this investigation, tracing and speaking to him is of vital importance to us. We have witnesses placing him in the resort area around the time of Madeleine's disappearance." He continued to say: "Praia Da Luz is a popular holiday destination for many nationalities so our requests for help need to be repeated in many different countries. I will be travelling to Holland, Germany and Ireland to seek support of the public there. If you were in and around the Praia De Luz resort on Thursday, May 3, 2007 and you think you may have information, please pass it on. The e-fits are clear and I would ask the public to look very carefully at them."

Witnesses described the suspect as white, aged 20 to 40, of medium height and build with short brown hair.

On Monday 14th October 2013 (today), A reconstruction will air on Crimewatch on BBC 1. I urge everyone to tune in and somehow help by sharing this post, or the image surrounding this investigation.

Time For A Break... ahhh!

Hello:)

I've not blogged recently but I'm focusing on other things in my life however, this doesn't mean that blogging will be "chucked" to the back of my priorities.

I'm going to introduce a new advertising scheme on my blog on 1st November 2013. This will be the cheapest advertising scheme on any blog and will be made to suite you.

However, back to the post - So I decided that I'll go on a weekend break to somewhere quiet and somewhere where I can just relax and "be taken care of" and then I picked a date and I went. I'm currently at Llandudno and I've got to admit that the train journey on the way down wasn't that bad, but the train run by Virgin Trains was horrendous. They had no-where to hold a foldable wheelchair, and then some ignorant ba*tard decided to complain to me because I was trying to put the wheelchair down the side of his bike. C**T.

Louis Tomlinson & Eleanor Calder Engaged?

According to pals Louis and gorgeous girlfriend Eleanor Calder “already feel engaged” and the 1D hottie is planning on going down on bended knee very soon to make their relationship official.

It is thought the 21-year-old has planned an elaborate proposal and was influenced by bandmate Zayn Malik’s choice of engagement ring to fiancé Perrie Edwards.

One Direction fans are speculating that the Doncaster bred singer will ask his 21-year-old girlfriend on their second year anniversary.

Friends told me: “Louis and Eleanor are already practically engaged, really.

“They’ve always been very open when it comes to talking about marriage, and often discuss what kind of wedding they’ll have. Now that Zayn and Perrie have got engaged, it’s naturally cropped up even more.

“So Louis thinks it’s time to make it official.

“In November, it’ll be two years since they fell in love, and he’s told pals he thinks it’d be a perfect time to properly ask her to marry him.

“He really wants her to know just how important she is to him.”

Louis has spoken about his relationship with the stunning model, saying: “I couldn’t be happier with her.”

Connor Harris ROCKS Liverpool!

Saturday 17th August 2013 was a rather anticipated event on the calendar for "Harristers" around the world. It was the day of Connor Harris' first headling gig and he chose Liverpool, the heart of the UK as his location to perform. Connor was joined by many different acts for the night such as Bradley Johnson, Christopher Maloney, MiC LOWRY, Ashton Russell, Casper, Jack Maynard, Duane Flames, Chris Parham and Tyler Mensah.

The concert like many did have a few hiccups such as when a girl seemed to faint/ injure herself during Tyler Mensah's performance, it took between 5-10 minutes for a member of trained staff to reach her to get her from the crowd, a member of Connor's team had to see to the victim which I personally thought was unfair on Connor's team.

As a fan of Connor, for me, it was a nice day for me to spend a night with Charley, a friend who has supported me for a long time, but on the other hand, Connor gave an amazing performance - as well as the other artists but you could see by each reaction to the different acts was outstanding.

A massive thank you to Connor Harris and Becky Adams for hosting an amazing evening - we hope to have another one soon!

Connor's fans known as "Harristers" were all in hype and they are truly a dedicated fanbase - One girl called Becca Knight, travelled from the Jersey Channel Islands to see Connor - a total of two planes, two taxis, a total of a seven hour journey, costing around £1000 - a true Harrister.

Each and every performance was unique and individual and all deserve some recognition. I've attached some media to this post so you can see some snaps from the event.

Are Our Systems Failing The Next Generation?

Hello Everyone!

Today, I'm going to be talking about an issue that is very much current in the media today and will be for the next few weeks. This week, saw the court case of a murder of a four year old child. Daniel Pelka was murdered by his mother and stepfather.

Daniel weighed a stone and a half when he passed away. Is that right for a four year old? NO - It has been brought to the public eye that his stepfather, Magdelena and his mother, Mariusz had deliberately humiliated this defenceless child to a degree where he ended up passing away in a room locked away from the world.

While being sentenced in court, the judge told Daniel's mother and stepfather that Daniel was "a victim of chronic and systematic starvation" in a "campaign of cruelty" - Finally, both Magdelena and Mariusz got sentenced to life in jail to serve a minimum of 30 years.

However, did our system of Police and Social Workers fail to protect Daniel. An enquiry is being opened to see if Daniel's school could have done more to protect Daniel after he was seen eating out of bins and snatching food from other children to feed himself. I personally do think that the system could of acted stronger and Daniel would of still been alive today and this tragic and vile murder would of been prevented if more was done sooner.

If you don't agree to my view, but you will surely agree that this was a death that could of been prevented.

Well, Hello my Little Muffins,

Starting this project, when I was inspired by the idea from a fellow blogger was a daunting task for me, as I’d never done anything like this before, but it’s been eventful doing it. Capturing the picture, adding the description and publishing it for 31 days has been an enormous task but I’ve got to say that it has made me understand the hard work by fellow bloggers.

People just think that it is easy blogging everyday but it isn’t. I know that many of you have viewed my posts over the past weeks, and I’ve expanded my social media a little further.

I’ve also joined the etailPR Blogging Network after successfully joining their network with this blog, but I’ve been consulting with a few friends about changes that I’m going to be making to the blog and the appearance of my social media, but I will keep you all up to date with what the progress is of any changes being made.

Well, Maddison is now TWO. Well, them two years have flew, but she enjoyed it:-) - I never uploaded yesterday as I was just spending the day with her. SORRY:(

Hello my Little Muffins,

Sorry for the late post, sadly into the next day but I've been rushed off my feet getting ready for Maddison's birthday tomorrow (27th July) - so, today, I was walking through our town centre and I was just looking at our Town Hall and it does look abit like an institution. Don't you think?

Hello my Little Muffins,

How are you today? Well, I was thinking about other ways to expand to you to see more of me (not like you'd want to, but..) - well, a few months ago, I created a Tumblr site but it was one of them default themes and very boring so I decided that it needed to be renovated.

As you can see from my picture below, it's not got much content on yet, but it soon will have.
