Tort reform need not be included in the Health Care Reform Bill. The reason that malpractice insurance is so high is because Insurance Co. and Doctors are to willing to settle suits against them out of court. If these two cohorts would have the guts, when they feel they are right, to call the bluff of those who they accuse of filing a so called “frivilous” lawsuit there would be less malpractice suits filed. Initially this would be expensive for Insurance Companies and Dr’s but is the real answer to tort reform. We need laws we just need plaintiffs to follow the law and when they are wrongly accused go to court…don’t settle out of court

Bring the troops home from Afghanistan! Eliminate NASA but do not eliminate jobs. Maybe early retirement packages or offer jobs elsewhere in the Governmen
